Aseel

Aseel by Arabian Oud is such an excellent fragrance. The performance in sillage and longevity are top-notch. Correct Notes as per user tomir71 below: Top Notes: Red Berries, Litchi, Pineapple Heart Notes: Rose, Almond Blossom, Magnolia Base Notes Patchouli, Black Vanilla, Caramel, Woody, Oud The one I got tends to smell more like Sweet Mango rather than Sweet Pineapple. Yet, it does not change the fact that this fragrance is beautiful and makes me feel like a Real Sultan!

Aseel is a beautiful and exceptional fragrance. Sillage and longevity are both top notch. Arabian Oud is a very underrated house btw. The oud mixed with vanilla, musk and various fruity notes bring a nice and intoxicating smoothness you don't always get from oud fragrances. Being that I work in the Middle East, this fragrance helps me fit in and it makes me feel rich and important. Lol!

I've been looking for this for half a year and finally found it for a good price. It is hard to find in the US. It is a fruity oriental scent. To me it is a better, fuller, more masculine and richer version of Xerjoff Erba Pura. I also had the Special Edition before and this is the clear winner in my eyes.

Aseel is heavenly stuff, much better in my opinion than the Special Edition. The correct notes are: Top Notes: Red Berries, Litchi, Pineapple Heart Notes: Rose, Almond Blossom, Magnolia Base Notes Patchouli, Black Vanilla, Caramel, Woody, Oudh Great performance and overall 10/10 for me.

A much less aggressive version of Arabians Tonka. Warm vanilla, soft rose and oud with a distinct chocolate note. Seems this has been discontinued. Which is a shame

I like this perfume, all i smell is vanilla..vanilla is very dominant.. suppose to wear in some cool weather, and night.. versatile vanilla that i like

Lool so first it wasn't here for some reason, then they put the wrong notes. Its fruity, sweet, woody.

I was told by a sales rep in Saudi Dammam airport that Arabian Oud had discontinued this fragrance but that the special edition version is still in production (a shame as I don't like the fruity tropical special edition version and they smell very different). This is a rich oudy scent with dark vanilla. Quite sweet but the oud is complex and rich. I'm my view of you want a more readily available alternative (albeit one which has the oud turned down and is more simplistic) then buy Montale Arabians Tonka which is in the same ball park but slightly lower quality.. on the other hand AT is more mass appealing. I think Montale took inspiration from Aseel which was a big hit in the Middle East market. The sales rep in Harrods London today told me that on sales metrics last month (Dec 23) Montale Arabians Tonka was the single best selling fragrance in the whole fragrance hall!

The rare moment when the flanker got so popular the original died in its shadow. The sellers in the stores near me told me this is now dc'd and the supplies in the physical shops are limited. And the weird thing is, the gourmand tobacco and leather tobacco trend is full blast here in Saudi Arabia and they chose to kill off this one?!!!!!

@easterncrescent Montale realised Arabians Tonka before Aseel so this definitely wasn’t their inspiration, maybe the other way round.
