Bussma

This is an uber simple scent...sweet saffron with a somewhat marine dry down in bed of dry musk. It is essentially Ambroxin. That might sound boring, but it is extremely versatile. I wear this on its own for a very pleasant mellow wear. But I often blend Bussma with designer blue fragrances to amp up the quality and longevity. Blend this with BDC and you get a much more complex and long lasting fragrance that still smells like BDC. I’ve recently started blending Bussma with 80’s fougeres...Wow! This combo takes every “grandpa” fragrance and makes it modern. I’ve gone through half a bottle in 8 months...like I said...very versatile. This is a very strong fragrance. It has that BR 540 quality of being both soft and pleasant while also pumping out huge silage. Personally, I would not buy this as a br 540 replacement. It’s doesn’t have that burnt sugar/ambery vibe. This is more of a powdered sugar and slightly aquatic vibe.

I first purchased this in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, back in 2018. I was recommended this by the store clerk as it was one of the best seller's (btw back then I didn't know about BR540) Ever since then I've gone through a few bottles and each time it's pulled compliments...it doesn't last as long as BR540 or the more recent Armaf Untold, however I prefer it...its a tad more sharper imo and masculine... Definitely worth it when Arabian Oud do their 50% sales...

A more refined version of BR540 more masculine and no noseblindness. Projection and longevity are better aswell. Love it 10/10 for me.

Love this one! It’s a mix of Trajan Electimuss and BR540, with a heavy dose of saffron! 😮💨

I love Arabian Oud but this one smells like another Baccarat knock off. Smells Like Apres L Amour from Thomas Kosmala and Untold from Armaf. That strong alcohol beginning just doesn't sit well with me. I bought this based on my love of Arabian Oud and influencers. Some will love this but it's not for me. I like it but I wouldn't buy it again.

Not sure how release date is 2022 - I've had this since 2018. It's a (very) slightly masculine-leaning BR540-leaning scent with a fruity-aquatic twist. Packaging is fantastic!

This is baccarat 540 (not the extrait version) but with a fennelikel top note. No vanilla amber scent. It's somewhat a tiny bit aquatic and loose compared to 540
