Dehen Oud Sioufi

I have an Arabian Oud attar called Royal Seufi Oud which I suspect may be the same as this product, an Arabian Oud Limited Edition made from perfectly aged Malaysian Crassna and it is one of the most exquisite Ouds I have ever smelled: sublime, elegant, and multifaceted, opening with a magnificent, slightly sweet woody-wine aromatic note that recalls the bouquet of a fine burgundy - a remarkably seductive and appealing note that I have never found in any other oud. Beyond this, the fragrance evolves into a veil of seductive beauty that has a magical effect - it elicits comments, admiration and praise from passers by, strangers standing nearby will discreetly lean towards you and inhale softly with an expression of bliss, and for hours to come the fragrance surrounds the wearer like an aura, who is occasionally reminded of its presence like a gentle breeze. The aura surrounding the wearer is a sublime, aromatic, finely aged woodiness - without the mustiness and "barnyard" notes that characterise some varieties of oud. Arabian Oud's 'Royal Seufi Oud' is one of the most beautiful ouds I have ever had the pleasure to wear. In the same league as their Special 25 year Limited Edition. It is rare, beautiful and its quality is self-evident. It smells like royalty. The old fashioned Oriental potentate type of royalty, and its wonderful aroma also invokes a feeling of profound peace and serenity. and it is likely to be instantly loved by any fan of woody fragrances, and one which will undoubtedly appeal the most to those unfamiliar with real, traditional oud, or familiar only with the mainstream perfume industry's bizarre synthetic notion of "Oud", which for the most part bears little or no resemblance to the extremely scarce real thing. By which I mean quality oud, as found in the high end offerings of Arabian Oud, Abdul Samad al Qurashi, Ajmal and Majid Iterji.
