Desert Falcon

Great scent. Projects very well. Compliments 50% of the time I wear. Picture shows luxury edition (black cap) which is my review. Random compliments even when I cant smell it on myself- so be careful with your spray volume. Smells wonderful. Considering when I spray (morning) and when I have received compliments (late afternoon/early evening)- I would say it has at least 8 hours of solid projection and does not sit close to the skin. Smells wonderful and I highly recommend for anyone looking to splurge. Be careful of buying decants from unverified sellers as you will miss out on the beauty and elegance of a fantastic scent!

I haven't sniffed "Creed's Silver Mountain Water" so have no idea if "Desert Falcon" really smells like that. To my nose "Desert Falcon" is a mixture of "Soul by Hugo Boss(85%)" and "Grey Vetiver by Tom Ford(15%)" -- and if you go by notes of all three fragrances then my nose seems bumbler, right? Whatever!! Well, solely the Desert Falcon itself is an amazing fragrance, has heavy silage and lasts whole day. Distinctly masculine and compliment getter. It's suitable for all the seasons and situations whether wear it on parties or in office; it stands out.

This is a guy's scent. And the compliments are PLENTY. 😎 Scent: 9.4 Quality: 9 Projection: 8.9 Sillage: 9.2 Longevity: 8.5 Good Quality Clones That I've Come Across: Mohra seems to be a clone of Desert Falcon, and Desert Falcon MAY smell like something else, please lmk if you know of one. Worth Buying: 100%. Yes. Stop saying SMW. It's not. 🤦♂️

Reviewed this one many times and here it is again after a few years (i have the special edition): one, it is amazing, strong, different second, the simplest way to explain Tuscan Leather on steroids note, it is very strong, like most scents from this house, so be careful. It lasts all day and turns slightly more woodsy later on.

Update after a few months: this one is such a stunner but also forgot to mention it is atomic and lasts forever The Luxury edition is quite amazing! Got it last week and hadn't tried the regular version. It is very classy and high end. Reminds me a bit of Boadicea Explorer or TF Tuscan Leather on the drydown.

There are 2 desert falcon flankers. The one with black cap is the lux edition & it is similar to Halfeti The other one with silver cap is similar to SMW. The one I have and enjoy is the lux, and it performs very well, Halfeti on steroids

An ethereal, soft scent—like tobacco that has mellowed after lingering on the skin for a while—with a light sweetness that is never cloying. I picture it on a mature person at an evening party by the sea on any Mediterranean island.

Desert Falcon Luxury Edition: The picture shows the luxury edition bottle, but the notes and the name are for the original. Because there is no other page, I will leave my review here until there is. I'm so happy I was able to find a sample before I bought this, because as good as this is, $300 is a lot to ask for. This smells awesome, but it's not easy to wear for myself. For as hard as it is to wear, I would rather have something else. This scent reminds me of Santal 33, but instead, this is less sharp. This also has an ambery sweet dry down which to me is typical (even though I love such smells). This lasts long and projects 6 feet so you are getting good performance with this, but I can't see myself spending so much for something I'll wear once per month or every two months or less. Rating: 4/5

Fragrance Review For Desert Falcon Arabian Oud I bough it among other fragrances (like the ones by Al-Rehab) during my stay in Dubai United Arab Emirates. They have every fragrance you can think of and ones you have got to try and never have. This is a rather sweet and fresh lime based fragrance. It smells of citrus at first, fresh, fruity, vaguely reminiscent of the opening to Shalimar, and also like aftershave. The opening is clearly unisex and the dry down as well as it contains musk. It's an Arabic musk which means it's even muskier than the musk in base notes in Western perfumes. The heart is fruity with apple blossom that smells more like apples and a white flower similar to a soft jasmine. The fruity floral character makes it unisex/feminine enough for me. It's very easy to wear, uplifting and refreshing. It's great to wear in the summer when the weather is hot and it's 90 something degrees. I wore this at the pool and when I stayed at the Armani Hotel in Dubai. Ramadan is coming up and I'm sure all the incense scents come out. This is nothing like a traditional oud or incense but it's very pleasant.

I've just tried the new version of Desert Falcon, called Desert Falcon Luxury Edition (same bottle but with black top). I tend to dislike "western-style" Arabian Oud perfumes, because I prefer the oriental ones. But this new one is really the exception! Totally different from the original Desert Falcon, the Luxury Edition is a perfect mix between western and oriental perfumes. The main notes of this scent are Sandalwood, Tobacco and Pepper, but it also has Grapefruit, Lavender, Absinthe, Spices, Oud and Amber. But everything is mixed in a "western way", if you know what I mean. Really, this is a very good scent. Perfect for those people who want to approach to oriental perfumes, but in a soft way.

I’m like huffing this bottle right now trying to describe it, because the notes on here are some baloney. It’s much darker then what it say, but not like a dark fragrance? Man I’m not Shakespeare. It’s a spicy dark sweet freshness. All year, any day, all day. Banging as anything. Also shout out to the people at the Arabian Oud store I bought it from. Very rare I find assistants helpful, but they were very helpful and seemed educated on the brand

A somewhat less 'fresh' & more apple-centric Creed 'Silver Mountain Water'. Certainly a close enough approximation to be recognisably SMW-ish - plus rather nicely at a far more affordable price ! ... I'm NOT actually a fan of SMW so even actually prefer this slightly altered version.

Desert Falcon and Penhaligon’s Mister Sam are nearly identical 90% i would say. No need to buy both, I kind of hate that I bought Desert Falcon. Nevertheless it’s a beautiful fragrance but Mister Sam is slightly smoother and more refined in my opinion!

Silver mountain and reminds to end like Terenzi Ursa. If it were cheap, must buy. But about 100$, so i have no idea about price/performance. I have to say again, its towards to end its reminds Ursa little bit. Scent: 8 Long: 8 Sillage: 8
