Gentleman Secret

This to my nose is an excellent spicy aromatic fragrance. A fantastic combination of spices with floral notes, fresh fruit, citrus and a "classy" soapiness. The stunning aromatic opening gives the impression of the fragrance wanting to take familiar routes but the mild spices change the whole sensation making it more exotic, bright & warm, sensual and elegantly mysterious. This absolutely feels like a stylish confident gentleman who does not need to shout out his presence but instead waits for his presence to be discovered. Irresistibly seductive at close quarters. Gentleman Secret on my skin has satisfying longevity with discreet, classy, masculine sillage. Exotic & confident. 8/10

It opens with the Top Notes of Litchi & Bergamot. Middle Notes are Pink Laurel & Spices & Base Notes are Oud & Musk. Prominent & Strong Notes are Litchi, Pink Laurel, Oudh & Musk. Gentleman Secret is Egoiste Platinum on steroids. As Name Suggest it is for Gentleman's Scent. Though it is Marketed for Men, A Conifident Women can also Wear this & Its Unisex in my Opinion. Longevity is Good & Projection is Excellent. Packing is Good & Bottle looks Good too My Rating is 4 out of 5.

Truly Gentleman Secret, this one from Arabian oud is very nice release. I agree what other reviewer said this one has little similarities with Platinum Egioste and sometime remind me Abercrombie and Fitch type. I don’t think smell like Mont Blanc legend. For sure this one is nice close followed by Platinum Egoiste. Amazing and powerful on my skin. 9/10 my score.

Although I bought this perfume because I liked it for it warmth and soothing gentle spice notes. Only later after wearing it a few times did I realise it is extremely similar to Mont Blanc's Legend series. I am not saying it is a copy or anything unscrupulous, as it may be my sense of smell once again being unreliable. It would be of interest to me to know how other people feel. The Mont Blanc is more mellow base/middle notes, whereas the Gentleman's Secret has a minutely brighter fresh on the top. I've also noticed elsewhere on Fragantica references to Fierce by Abercrombe and Fitch. I have not yet tried a comparison so will respectively accept it being possibly very similar to this. Regardless of similarities, it sits proudly amongst my collection and gets used when ever I feel the urge. Good for anytime of the day and as ever it makes no odds if worn anyone's age or gender despite it being called a "Gentleman's Secret".

It's very good very smeller to platinum egoiste great longevity stays about 8 to 10 hours for protection is a bit close to you but it's just perfect great alternative and smell good if you get for a good price
