Nobles

This is the scent that glorifies vermouth, absinthe, wormwood, aka artemisia. Sharp, biting slightly herbal and bitter is the punctuation on a scent that could be redundant but instead I find recalcitrant of the norm. Comparisons to this saying it smells like halfeti i do get but if this is halfeti; blockade is Aventus. Yea. Smella little reminiscent of one another but boy the newbie improved on your record!!! Nobles is halfeti with punctuation. Louder. Brighter. Lasts longer. Better sillage. I noticed some people saying owning both is redundant. Thats a matter of opinion, but if I had to pick one NOBLES ALL DAY! versatile year round, versatile dressed up or down..This is the bold beautiful beastly bright behemoth halfeti wish it was. 4.8..truly a masterpiece! Lost points because i wish the citrus was dialed up even more!! Not basic at all!

Looks and feels like a piece of jewelry. Smells really nice and sophisticated. That top Artemisia note is unnecessary to my nose. It smells very unique. I cannot recall if I ever smelled something like it. I have mixed feelings about it. Need to spend more time with it. Update 1: Still silage is average and I really want this to be beast mode. Will let it macerate more and update again. Scent profile is beautiful. Update 2: Maceration is a thing with every single bottle of Arabian Oud I have in my collection. This one after about a month of maceration is so much better. The herbal note is way dialed down now and silage is getting better.

I thought I got gifted a rolex, the box presentation is top notch. The juice takes the rest of the show, sweet citrusy and woody but there’s something that makes this so very classy like someone who owns a yacht is waffling to me. 9/10 managed to pick this up for an amazing price.

Graphite, leather, and tonka are the wonderful notes in this incredible fragrance. No matter your budget, it will bring you masterful serenity. Completely unprompted and in harmony Undoubtedly a perfect score of 10/10

Arabian oud! for god sakes, stop putting unnecessary sweet undertones in every perfume you make. I love many of your perfumes specially this one, but I’m getting sick quickly because of this caramel nonsense.

If you like alfareed from arabian oud. You will like this one. Not similar but same line except this one more daily use. 10/10.

Classy, Luxurious, Elegant, Exclusive.

I really like this honestly. When I first bought this, the ginger was very strong.... although after the third use the ginger became milder, maybe i just got used to it. Now the grapefruit is the first note that i smell, along with the cedar wood. Ginger comes after it, but like I said, it's very mild. The dry down reveals the tonks bean, very sweet, I do not smell the leather, perhaps it is very weak. The tonka bean is what really makes this fragrance, along with the mild ginger, otherwise I feel like this would be average. Oh, another thing, the packaging is fantastic, very luxurious. I love the way the bottle looks, I find the drak green color very appealing.

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: Top notes are very similar to Naxos by Xerjoff, but the heart and base notes take it in a drier and creamier direction. The advertised ginger and leather combination aren't as prominent on the nose as the notes suggest. It took me a hot second to realise what this reminded me of, but once it clicked, I couldn't shake it. This is Naxos by Xerjoff. It opens with creamy vanilla supported by nuances of cedar from the heart (hence the "This reminds me of" suggestion of Halfeti cedar), paired with the sharp citrus note of grapefruit, and freshness of artemisia and ginger. Naxos has vanilla, bergamot and Lemon in its top notes. Unfortunately, I'm one of the few people who strongly dislikes Naxos. To my nose, warm, fluffy vanilla and sharp, vibrant citruses blend as well as oil and water. I bought this in Saudi Arabia and tried Nobels twice before purchasing - but only on paper. This didn't allow the vanilla to bloom and fully reveal itself as it would on warm skin. If you enjoy vanilla and citrus combinations, this should definitely be one to try - on skin (come on, you're not an amateur). Thankfully, it's not a complete loss for me; the heart and base notes do enough to differentiate it from being a copy/clone of Naxos. Where the latter introduces honey and cinnamon to create a warmer, sweeter composition, Nobles uses cedar to dry down woodier and creamier. This creates a dynamic depth between the vanilla, which isn't listed as a note Fragrantica, Perfumo or even on Arabian Oud, but it's undeniably there. The advertised notes of ginger and leather honestly aren't that prominent to me. I suspect the ginger is simply apart of the 'citrus' element of the formulation, and the leather is blended imperceptibly between the cedar and tonka. Which brings me to the base notes. The saving grace of this purchase. I don't perceive a strong leather note, I don't perceive any tonka note. But, the construction of this leather shares the same DNA from another of Arabian Ouds' creations - Arabian Leather. What they share is a freshness and cleanliness you would associate with new, soft and supple leather, only in Nobles it's difficult to single out the leather note. It's simply the inference of "new" leather. I have a feeling the tonka note is the unsung hero of this perfume, acting as a fixative for the vanilla, grapefruit and ginger. Is this perfume worth your money? Well at retail price, no. But only because Arabian Oud run very generous promotional discounts on a regular basis. And even then, this is often available through retailers and eBay at a discounted rate. Is it actually worth the £220 asking price by itself? For me, no, because I do not like vanilla and citrus combinations at all. But as I actually paid about £50 for this brand new in store from Arabian Oud while out in Saudi Arabia, it's absolutely worth it. At least in my collection, it's adding a versatile fresh scent without being a citrus/sweet fruit explosion.

A beautiful green package , elegant bottle and with an entry of Citrusy wood ish personality , the ginger is present with the classic tonka without overpowering the whole concept , after few hours the leather is very present , lasting long hours (+8 hours ). very male fresh essence for the spring and summer , Very Elegant , among 25 perfumes that I tried today from arabian oud , I only pick 3 this was one of them !!...
