Royal Oud

I tried this at Arabian Oud in Philly and OMG, this is transcendental and spiritual. It's hard to choose there, they have such amazing quality fragrances right now, but I sprayed this on to see if I liked it more than the other 2 fragrances I bought the day before. It is really good, and now I have to decide if I want this one, or the 2 I bought before. I won't be letting go of the 2018 Majestic Special they still had old stock left, but I'm between this one or keep both Tuwaiq and Tarteel Silver. **Update: I ended up going with this instead of Tuwaiq and Tarteel Silver. This fragrance hit me like walking into an aromatic garden full of actual plant and flower smells and I was getting rich bourbon balsamic notes on my skin, very delicious. The oud in this is the real deal, like using an oil/attar. It is a thick concentration. I already had some straight rose oil on my finger but the rose coming from that spray combined was pretty nice. I did feel like it holds its own even without extra rose on top, but if there is anything to add, its more fresh rose oil. The Cambodian Oud mixed with Trad Oil certainly changes its dynamics from typical Cambodian. It's also the more high end aged Cambodian in this one. Comes out a very nice terpene-balsamic sensual warmth. This one smells like what so many others want to smell like but doesn't quite have the quality ingredients to pull this off as well as Royal Oud. I have a sensitive nose, this fragrance lasted 12hr+ on me. I even showered and it lasted into next day after the shower as a skin scent. I think those are becoming used to the smell if they think its not projecting, there is nothing wrong with projection according to me. I've had some that don't project or last, and this is perfect for me. This ended up being my grail scent. I don't think I need another scent, maybe just things to add to this beauty, like a dab of fleeting rose or lotus oils here and there. Basically, this is a balanced dream in a fragrance and is my grail scent that Arabian Oud has. It evoked old memories and made me wonder what new ones I could make while wearing this scent. I chose having this over 2 award winning fragrances they had. It will be difficult to wear anything else now, I'd have to wear it while also wearing this one. Easily a signature scent, and it just wouldn't smell as good if they made a cheaper copy with less quality ingredients. I wouldn't want that.

Royal Oud (al-'Oud al-Malaki in Arabic) is, as its name suggests, a truly regal fragrance. I have only ever encountered one sprayable oud fragrance better than this: the monumental Kalakasi Oud by Abdul Samad al-Qurashi. This here is a luxurious spray that can be purchased alone or in the full set with the accompanying oil. The oud oil (dahn al-'oud) is to be applied first and then this spray added as a layer. That combo is too rich for me. It's literally an Arabian prince's fragrance and something you'd wear in a palace or a burr (desert camp). My own preference is to apply the lovely Mukhallat Diwan al-Sharq oil before applying this. Wow. Literally outstanding. I'd wear this combo to meet a king and expect that king to be impressed. It's that good. 10/10

Very smooth high quality Cambodian Oud that opens up in his natural raw form with dip earthy sophisticated mystical tone associated with flowers and dark caramel accords perfectly combined with musk, ambergris, rose, and a touch of saffron. This is the King of the Kings, it is the regal Royal Oud that rules the entire Oud kingdom. Cambodian Oud, Rose, Ambergris and Musk combined in a perfect harmony with the universe that made me buy a triple back up. Perfectly elegant and sophisticated which is a little uncommon for a natural out based perfume. No stinky stuff here, just elegance and royalty in a bottle. The 80ml bottle cost $700 but I believe it is well worth it if you compare this concoction with other offerings from the real Oud market. Enjoy!

I bought this and I was blown away now I understand what the word danky means this is real high quality barnyardi oud this is a special fragrance you only wear this around well to do people who have smelled high quality perfume regular people who enjoy designer cologne won't understand what they're smelling this is undeniably good 👍🔥🔥 and it lasts forever I have worn this a couple times I put it on in the morning and by night time it's still in the opening on my skin I haven't been able to smell the rose yet mainly cuz I wear this in the winter I can't wait to wear this in the summer I'm very happy with this purchase if you get the chance to buy this please get it it's $700 on their website but you might be able to get it cheaper somewhere else
