Saffron Oud

Has resemblances of OFG and Haltane for sure but it has a lesser sweetness to it which I prefer. Very nicely drafted and it has one of the worst boxes ever. Again this has resemblances of OFG and Haltane but not a clone. It has a very present pungent non metallic saffron with their signature musk. It is masculine and leaves one of the most beautiful scent trails I have ever experienced. Not to mention it is dirt cheap at discounters in the US nowadays for $110 this is an absolute steal IMO.

I was on the hunt for a new signature perfume when I stumbled across Arabian Oud Saffron and I’m so glad I did. I’d never even visited the store before, but this scent instantly felt perfect. It gives effortless compliments every time I wear it, works beautifully as an everyday fragrance, yet still stands out. The aroma smells truly luxurious and refined without being overpowering. Definitely a new staple in my collection.

My mind is blown with the quality, it lasted for a good month on the tester strip I got, of course not the same strength after weeks but you can still pick up the saffron. I feel it takes a different direction than OFG with the addition of the rose. Notes include: Saffron Rose Musk Amber Patchouli Oud Great scent profile, and great performance. Happy with my purchase.

I don’t care if this is a clone - Arabian Ouds take on Oud for Greatness. It is really really nice. The rose takes the DNA in a slightly different direction for me and the ever present Arabian Oud amber drydown is present. To me, it’s fresher than OFG - almost like a mix between OFG and OFG Neo. Bottom line - if you like the OFG DNA get this

Coming to say i was wrong, i was foolish. This is such a brilliant bottle, rose, saffron, always gets me complements, perfect.

Great quality perfume. Very potent and long lasting. It smells luxurious and expensive. It is also great for layering.

Beautiful pleasant fragrance. Good longevity and moderate to strong sillage

An effervescent, spicy middle-eastern patchouli and rose fragrance. Saffron Oud opens with sparkly fresh citruses contrasted by a leathery saffron. A captivating opening that I wish lasted a bit longer. The saffron then quickly fades and the true core of the fragrance reveals itself: a slightly fruity rose, an oudy accord intertwined with patchouli on a generously dosed bed of ambroxan, with a touch of moss. The resulting effect is fun, sparkly with persistence and sillage, while never being cloying. Overall a very pleasant wear, do test it out if you have the chance. :)

Would recommend buying as a general everyday fragrance. Very strong, pronounced, and distinct Arabi smell that has a huge sillage. It might lean a bit towards feminine but I still wear it as a man. Make sure you only buy this if you like patchouli because it's very noticeable

Rosey, Saffron and Oud powerhouse. The oud in this is strong, dry and masculine, with floral and saffron notes that round it off. It is a very straight forward, linear smelling perfumes that projects and lasts. Well made and worth it for the price point.

It reminds me of oud for greatness. It is amazing for winter and night times. The sillage performance is great, and I would advise to not overspray because it may induce headaches for you and people around you.

its like oud for greatness but tone down the oud and add some rose which makes it more appealing and wearable. a good beginner oud fragrance where the oud is noticeable but balanced out by the rose.

In terms of value for money, it’s not a good choice

I wanted to like this. But I already have too many saffron oud combos among my collection and it has that sweetish 'amber' note in the drydown that I'm starting to get tired from the AO maison. It is still a nuke when it comes to performance and sillage (10+hours with 2 sprays, moderate to massive sillage for more than 5 hours), I'm just tired of the same old finale from AO these past few years.

Oh boy! Saffron Oud is not here to play it safe — this one comes in hot with a spicy, leathery blast of saffron and smoky oud that immediately makes a statement. It’s rich, bold, and full of character, the kind of scent that turns heads... but also might raise a few eyebrows. This is definitely a 50/50 fragrance — some people will be obsessed with its luxurious, Middle Eastern vibe, while others might find it way too intense or a little too much on the nose (literally). It’s warm, spicy, a little sweet, and unapologetically loud in its first hour — then it mellows into a smooth amber-oud dry down that clings to your skin (and clothes) all day long. For fans of strong, spicy ouds and niche-style scents, this one feels like pure opulence — it's powerful, very masculine, elegant, and leaves a lasting impression. But if you're more into subtle fragrances... this might feel like a scented punch in the face. Try before you buy, because love it or hate it — you’ll definitely have an opinion.

Unfortunately, just another clone of Initio Oud For Greatness. Nothing more. Excellent ingredient quality, excellent longevity, but zero originality. What a pity.

It’s ok.. nothing good here.. Bad blending.. not a good oud scent. Not a good saffron scent.
