Shahrayar Men

Accidentally i saw this perfume in my barber shop, given by a friend of him and i was attracted by the steel bottle. Initially i did not find it so exciting but it kept me interested while it was on my wrist. It is a strange smell and does not remind anything i have or tried....it is purely an Arabian perfume, with very good longevity and sillage. It is not the incense dominated one like some other colognes i know from east....suggested but a must try before u buy.

I’m stunned as I see people consider this similar to SMW clones. I have this since 2014 and it has nothing to do with SMW except some metallic nuances. Now I came here to appreciate the smell & its strength after wearing this 3 days ago, and it still radiates nicely from my shirt.

I have been wearing this since 2013, having bought 3 bottles within the time period, and although it is so hard to find these days, it is still by far the best perfume I have had. Amazing notes well blended and does really well in much hotter weather.

this is the second best perfume from this house it is nostalgic, peppery & gets people attention. The best i’ve tried & owned from this house is Blue Oud (couldn't find it here) although, it is the most expensive one.

The secret to this one is time, you need to wait until it settles down and you will be rewarded. Initially, it smells very heavy on honeysuckle and geranium, along with white musk and nutmeg. I was convinced this is a floral perfume before I got to the drydown. Drydown is much better than the top notes in my opinion, and it lasts for over 24 hours. The drydown revolves mainly around white musk, vetiver, vanilla, and some spices that seemed to me like saffron although it's not mentioned in the notes. I'm not convinced that nutmeg is present here, it's more like spicy saffron and it's quite strong. I can't smell violets or mint either. It's Middle Eastern through and through, no doubt about it. Nuclear strength at the beginning but mellows down to this amazing sweet, clean, spicy base. Worth sampling if you want something different.

This was a blind buy for me since I found a 100ml bottle for only 35 euros so I couldn't let it be. This one smells kinda good in the beginning (the first 30 minutes) but the dry down is very similar to Oscar de la Renta Oscar for men. I get a lot of black peppar even though it is not even mentioned as a note in this cologne. For summer and spring it can be used as a casual scent but I wouldn't buy it if I knew it smelled like Oscar for men.

I blind bought a full bottle and I really regret buying it. Nothing I would ever wear, not even in my wildest dreams. Headache inducer!
