Sultani

If you look at what fragrances I own you'll see that they range from very reasonable to a couple that are a little more pricey. I think that you'll also see that I have run-of-the-mill stuff for everyday and a few that require a little understanding.....that's putting it mildly! 😆 No snobbery here at all, I just like what I like regardless of status, trends and price. I do my best to express that to you guys in the most honest and open way I know, by being true to myself! So Arabian oud Sultani? It's quite possibly one of the best all around fragrances that I've ever come across. I've been on a good run lately, found a lot of truly lovely products that have seemlesly gone into my rotation. Pure luck! Sultani is a true legend to me already. The initial spray is obviously concentrated but still manages to convey a citrus, musky, woody, ambery and slightly spicy overall experience that doesn't over power in any one note. It reassures you of the gorgeous experience to come. After a few minutes this fragrance settles into something that straddles everyday and luxury, off to the shops and special occasion, or anything in between. I struggle to think of a situation where Sultani won't be suitable, standing out from all other products too! It's just a class, high quality masterpiece. It really is. It's fresh and musky but rounded and comfortable all at the same time. It's confidence, individuality and self assurance in a bottle. Sultani let's people know you are around but doesn't scream at them, but trust me when I say heads will turn. It's just strong enough and perhaps a little more, in every way. Sillage, 1-2 metres easily, but never putting anyone into respiratory failure. Just a smooth, heavenly delight. Longevity, it'll comfortably see out a busy working day or a night out with plenty left for hours. I can smell this on clothing a day or two later, still fresh! Strength, it's not a beast in the fact that it'll overpower a room. However, such is it's quality and craft that everyone will catch it without fail. The oil content is high and the beautiful blending allows Sultani to just sparkle consistently for many hours. Overall, this is as close to a signature scent that I've found.....I am a person who doesn't want or believe in signatures, I like to wear many different perfumes depending on my mood, occasion, environment etc, but Sultani is extremely hard not to reach for very, very regularly! I have the 100ml bottle, I will be buying a 200ml as soon as I start to get low on this one, it won't take long! Genuinely, pop into an Arabian oud store if possible and try it for yourself. Spray it on skin, go for a coffee to give it a few minutes to acclimate and you'll be back there making a purchase......with several other Arabian oud products too I imagine! 😂 Their products are absolutely incredible, oozing quality and distinguishing themselves many other perfumery houses. If you aren't able to physically try it in store then it's one of the very few products that will probably be a safe blind buy for the vast majority of people. Who wears Sultani? I think the question should be "who wouldn't want to wear Sultani"? If I'm being completely honest, perhaps younger adults under 30 who want to be famous and scream how great they are at every opportunity wouldn't appreciate this product appropriately. You know the type! The people who think more is more and money equals class! IYKYK😉 Anyone else with a modicum of common sense and a semblance of style will absolutely adore it. I can't recommend Sultani highly enough.

Stunner. So much hate and so many snobs delivering nonsense reviews, imo and with all due respect. I felt it only right to give my opinion and will try to as objectively as possible as much as you can about a topic that is so subjective. I have 250+ bottles of perfume ranging from niche to clones to designers, I do not post on socials but in simply in love and addicted to perfumery. I have managed to stay grounded and not overthink things. Not about the Sultani, in word spectacular. Ticks all but one box for me when looking for a fragrance and one other gripe. It is long lasting, high quality, professional yet sexy, day and night, strong and soft, sweet and rough, light and rich, projects like crazy and alluring. I bought the 50ml wore it twice and fell in love, it seems others fell in love with me too. 3 ladies smelt me and gave me’ the eyes’- enough said. Today I write it to a 12 hour shift, sprayed a moderate amount and throughout the entirety of the shift, the compliments came rolling in. From work friends, patients, work enemies, support staff and my work seniors alike - dare I say that this could bring peace in the world. Shift over, I resprayed 5 or so sprays (around 12-14 total now) I boarded my plane home, the check in agent, security agent, 1 air hostess and 2 fellow passengers all gave me compliments. I arrived home 3 hours later and my sisters and parents also loved it. It defies logic as described above, it’s understated yet load and attention grabbing. If you smell and like it at least let’s say 15% get it, it will grow on you. I won’t say anymore as this review is already too long. Now the only box it doesn’t tick is price but this is easily solved, Arabian oud have many sales, just wait for one or get it from Saudi Arabia- where it is founded- it os much cheaper there. I have family there but couldn’t wait, my 200ml bottle (bought on cyber Monday 40% off sale) has arrived and is sitting majestically on my shelf, what a centrepiece it is. Now the only gripe I have is that after 5/6 hours out of I spray too much I become nose blind to it, however the scent will still be projecting and giving you a wonderful big silage. This is a gripe for as an addict but not for someone normal it probably isn’t. In the name of transparency, this is 95% accurate and 5% infatuation leading to over hype. I am also not SaudiArabian and do not have any affiliation to the brand. I will be asking my cousin in Saudi to send me 2 more 200ml bottles ASAP. I love this but please do not buy it for yourself. I want to keep it quiet, but if you do don’t tell anyone else. That’s all folks!

Stunning fragrance that reveals itself slowly. This has notes similar to two other Arabian Oud recent releases: Amiri and Al Fareed, both excellent fresh/spicy scents. This opens with a less noticeable pink peppercorn note than the other two and starts out similar in feel with Tangerine (found in Amiri) and Bergamot, but with the addition of a berry and mint note. It's very fresh and retains a good deal of that throughout its long dry down. On a side note, this is listed as an EDP, but the alcohol content by volume is amongst the lowest I've seen at 65% - this goes on pretty oily so be careful where you spray. This also explains why I don't feel this projects quite as strongly as the other two scents, as those are 80%; the higher the essential oil ratio, the closer to the skin GENERALLY is the case.) As the scent develops, the floral notes come in seamlessly. Arabian Oud as a house in general tends to have very, very well blended scents and that's the case here. You don't really smell the individual notes and it never screams out "florals" more than just a soft dimension added to round out the sharp/tart citrus notes. About an hour to an hour and a half in, the Sandalwood starts to make an entrance and this is where this really blossoms into a first rate fragrance all its own. I can't compare this to anything else. If I tried, the closest I could come might be Aqua di Parma's Oud, but that does this scent absolutely no justice as this is far, far better than that offering and the sandalwood use here isn't as heavy as the oud note in that, nor do the citrus/berry notes ever come across as sour as AdP does (at least on my skin.) Overall, the higher concentration of essential oils seems to allow this fragrance to reveal its depths over a greater period of time which takes you on quite a journey. The presentation, save the outer box, is first rate, as usually is the case for Arabian Oud (the box and bottle themselves weigh in at over 4lbs.)

So my bottle is now a year old and here is my take. It’s a 200ml so it’s a new batch for sure. There are probably still 100mls out there that are the older formulations. This newer batch doesn’t perform as well as older batches but has become acceptable over time. When I spray my shirt it lasts all day. I suggest if you have an underperforming batch 1. Let it macerate, 2. Spray your clothes. Edit: I noticed that the "newer" underperforming batch we are all talking about is not as "balanced" or is reformulated with the same ingredients but in different amounts to the original recipe. For Example, the powdery aspect which used to be a 4-5/10 is cranked up to 10/10 in the drydown of my new bottle. This leads me to my next point. I wore this to work because I thought it wasn't a "beast" like the last formulations. The other day I was told that I was filling up half the space I was in by a co-worker. At this point, I thought the scent was on its way out as it was about the 6-hour mark after I sprayed that morning. I think this formulation has the same amount of oil but they dosed the ambroxian/musk and whatever creates that powdery accord in higher amounts causing it to be perceived as softer by the wearer. This happened a second time when I was given positive feedback on how good I smelled but was also told Im filling up rooms and trailing down halls. Yet again, I could only smell a faint scent on my shirt at this point in the day. The moral of the story is, did Arabian Oud just Creed Aventus the newer batches of Sultani? "Bro, Im looking to purchase 2023 batches of Sultani and older...Bro". Thanks Arabian Oud.

Dear All, Especially @rkn, @Shaafora @Eau De Jaysome This fragrance has achieved a difficult equation: 1. A joker for all seasons and occasions. 2. Simple yet elegant, uncomplicated yet charismatic (rare). 3. You may feel like you've smelled perfumes like it, but in reality, it's a unique creation from Arabian Oud. 4. Is the fragrance linear? (Although a linear scent is not a flaw, and it can be beautiful), But this fragrance is definitely pyramid, yet its transition between layers is fast until it settles on the green woody scents (elegant). I explain it this way: You think it is linear, because the opening and the heart are in harmony, not far from the base, so it feels linear, in other words, all the components of the perfume are light, pleasant and harmonious (the amber here is like a structure there to support and not to make the perfume heavy), this harmony is what makes you feel that the perfume is linear, it needs an experienced nose to notice the transformation. 5. Performance: powerful, but not nuclear, which brings us to the next point. 6. The perfume is mass appealing: this scent will please everyone, and it has a strong performance without annoying anyone. Everyone enjoys the perfume.. you, your partner, your family, your colleagues, even your laundry person will enjoy it before throwing the clothes in the washing machine. The funny thing is that I made many friends purchase this perfume; it wasn't even hard. I just told them the name or asked them to sniff it in the shop.

I have put off dabbling in Arabian Oud for the longest time, and not because of anything they do as a brand in particular, but I just always had the notion they were a brand that made dupes, such as Lattafa, Afnan, etc. I don’t know, I guess my ignorance took over, but that ignorance has made me miss out on Sultani this whole time! I recently discovered Speed Legends not too long ago, and that for some reason blew my mind. Upon the first sniff, I was sooo underwhelmed, but then I wore it and, boy did that change everything. It immediately jumped into my favorites, ever. Upon reading that Sultani is extremely similar, and after all of the rave reviews, I took the plunge and ordered it without smelling it. Sultani is indeed very, very similar to Speed Legends. After comparing them on tester cards side-by-side, Sultani has more body and ultimately has one thing that Speed Legends doesn’t have. Sultani also makes Speed Legends smell deeper into the laundry detergent category, but not in a bad way. I freaking love Speed Legends. This one element in Sultani gives it the edge over Speed Legends and that’s the....berries. Dear god the berry note in this is unbelievable. It’s literally a fruitier Speed Legends...absolutely incredible. Forget how many times I said “Speed Legends” in this review and just take my word for it. A+ Arabian Oud, A+

I’m lazy when it comes to writing reviews but this beautiful blend deserves acknowledgement. I received my bottle last night. Sprayed it in the air and instantly knew this is one of my favorites out of my collection. Blind bought mind you... Sprayed one spray on my arm before I went to sleep last night and after six hours the fragrance was very much noticeably still there. I also sprayed one spray on the back of my neck before I went to the gym this morning and the projection and sillage was strong. I’ve heard this juice compared with other fragrances from the house that’s aligned with similar DNA’s; Amiri and Diwan. It’s very distinguishable from Diwan. Comparable to Amiri but I think Sultani is fresher, sweeter, brighter, lighter and oddly stronger. I love Amiri but I’m glad I have Sultani as well. But honestly if you were to ask which is better? I would just say you don’t necessarily need Sultani and Amiri. I’ve seen people complain about the longevity, so I was a little nervous while waiting on my bottle to arrive. But after still clearly being able to smell the juice on my arm after six hours of sleep is beast mode indication to me. IDK maybe some people go nose blind to it especially if you going heavy with the sprays. Other than that it’s one of the best fresh juices I’ve ever smelled so far. 10/10 hands down!!!

I have seen videos about the house of Arabian oud for several months. I never really paid too much attention to them. Then I saw a post on facebook about Sultani. I was intrigued. The notes resonated with me. So I blind bought it. I don't typically do that especially with a house I never tried or sampled. But when I received the box, I was pleasantly surprised. From the insane, luxurious presentation, to plain yet beautifully crafted bottle, this just screams opulence. As for the scent, I think in order to really enjoy this you have to really like amber and musk. Those two notes are what last throughout the life of the fragrance for me. Now don't get me wrong, this scent transitions beautifully throughout the fragrance. Yet every note is well blended. Nothing harsh in any facet of this fragrance. I pick up essentially every note with the exception of the patchouli, and no particular floral note stands out. This is versatile. I just would not wear during a blazing hot summer day. Maybe a summer night. Easy 10-12 hours longevity. But overall, this scent is my pick up of the year so far next to Burlington 1819. Everything considered, I would give it a 9/10. I need to spend more time with this. I think this maturing on a shelf would do wonders for the scent. I will give an update later. Straight stunner IMHO.

I absolutely love this fragrance. I first recieved a 50ML as a gift and was blown away at how amazing it smelled and performed. A tester strip still projecting slightly after 6 days type performance. Then I bought a 200ML bottle that was clearly not the same. I went into a rabbit whole of batch differences and maceration desperately trying to fix the situation or feel better about it. I ended up finding out the 2024 feb batch is just not right and dont have the patience to see if maceration will fix that. Sold the bottle and bought another 200ML from 2023 and it is unbelievable just like the first 50ML i got from a 2023 batch as well. I really hope arabian Oud corrects this issue and maintains the Sultani quality. When I went in to the store to buy my second 200 ML from a 2023 batch i tested the new Sultani Amber. I clearly showed the staff the difference in oil concentration visible from the tester strip. The new amber was just not sticking like the 2023 older sultani does. Clearly soaking the strip and maintaining a soak stain showing its oil. The Sultani amber vanished in minutes.

What a beautiful scent, so elegant. It opens up with fresh burst of sparkly citrus then dries down to a deeper and warmer musk. Longevity is great with overall moderate projection which you get faint whiffs of throughout the day. This needs to be worn on skin to let it truly shine. This scent grew on me. Edit: This edit was inspired by @Redcrow and @moozieee. I'm all here for the Sultani glaze. My first freshie was hawas ice, thought it was mid and still think it is, not for me, decent air freshener tho. Then Turathi blue, also kinda mid, it reminds me of bathroom floor/toilet cleaner, too sour. Then it was supremacy CE, finally something decent, one of the best at that price range. After a bunch of cheapies, I wanted something higher end. I stumbled upon arabian oud that had everything half off. After doing lots of research as always, I blind bought the 200ml of sultani and was not disappointed, pure class. This is a scent I confidently wear anywhere anytime, no need to think if it's appropriate, just reach for it, I can imagine this being my signature scent for life.

Worth every bit of hype it ever got. Smells like luxurious laundry and laundry detergent/fabric softener and the opening of this is absolutely magical. Opens with citrus, berries and some spice. The cardamom gives off a slight tea effect to my nose. 5-10 minutes later it becomes more soapy and laundry-like. Up until the 6th hour, it becomes more soapy and laundry smelling, then it turns into a warm, musky, woody fragrance with some of that Sultani luxuriousness lingering. It doesn’t smell like it exactly, but this gives off the same vibe that Imagination does, but so much better and worth the price. I get 10+ hours on this but understand that you may not smell it on yourself. I was thinking it only lasted 6-7 hours, but when I asked someone if they could smell it 10 hours after spraying, they could easily smell it. So I believe there isn’t a reformulation but rather some people going nose blind to it. Not to mention someone will say a batch from start of 2024 is weak, then another review says their batch from the end of 2024 lasts forever.

This reminds me of a dry version of LV Limmensité (watery notes removed) with a spicy, musky, ambroxian feel. Im working my way through a 10ml decant and I will add a full review later. Impressions after 4-5 full wears is that this is great. Sits closer but the sillage is great and it lasts about 10 hours on my skin. It's in the same lane as Tygar-ish scents but with a twist. I don't think it's redundant to have this + Vibrato + Limmensité as well as they all offer a different take on such a likable DNA. Edit: the 7th time I wore this is just clicked. This lasts all day on my skin. I started sweating at hour 8 and this was pushing great off my skin. The sillage that this creates makes this fragrance for me. I am looking to get a bottle and trying to find a reputable seller of the 200ml. For reference, I have Vibrato, Dior Homme Sport 2021, and saving for LV Limmensite. I don't think it's redundant to pick this one up with those in my collection. Glad I finally found an Arabian Oud that I love.

@aashari - I just received a 200ml bottle from Jomashop that has a date of 9/4/2024 and it's 9/17/24. Performance is half of what I'm used to from multiple samples/prior bottles. I hope this needs to macerate but I'm debating a return as it only lasts 3-4 hours and that's a deal breaker for the hefty price tag. I LOVE this scent though. Does anyone have any feedback on brand new bottles needing maceration or performance issues? Any input would be great - Thanks! Edit: I love this scent too much to let my bottle go. I'm going to let this macerate over the winter and revisit it next summer. Wherever it lands in terms of performance I will just have to accept it because it is just that good. This is my favorite from this house. Edit 2: I let it sit for 3 months and now I get moderate performance, 5-6 hours on skin and 6-8 on my shirt. I can live with that but I think after trying 10-15 scents from this house, Im good. The price to performance is not there for me.

This fragrance is simply stunning. I have never smelled anything quite like it. It is musky, fuzzy sparkling in the opening and warm and velvety in the dry down. It smells like the bed sheets in the best hotel you have ever been at. The scent profile manages to be clean and rich at the same time. It is not super sweet or boozy and doesn't contain any oud, yet it screams money and sophistication. The performance is excellent as well. The projection in the first two hours is huge. After 3h the scent sits closer two you but you will still have a solid scent bubble and smell yourself constantly. The versatility is also a strong point of the fragrance, it can be worn in pretty much every season. Just make sure you adjust the number of sprays to the temperature. In the summer heat go for 1-2 sprays max, this stuff is strong. This scent leans more towards daytime use but it can easily be worn at night as well.

This is my very first review on Fragrantica. I’ve been a longtime lurker, but Arabian Oud Sultani is so good that I felt compelled to finally write something. Sultani is a fragrance truly worthy of royalty. It's smooth, elegant, and powerful. It opens with a vibrant burst of citrus and spices, greeting your nose with a fresh, spicy, and slightly fruity introduction. As it settles, the heart blooms into a stunning mix of soft, floral, and powdery richness that feels both regal and inviting. The dry down is where Sultani truly shines: a sweet, woody, and musky base that feels rich, warm, and timeless. There’s a perfect balance here between citrus brightness, floral softness, fruity sweetness, and deep woody undertones; all wrapped in effortless sophistication. If you want to smell like confidence, class, and quiet power, Sultani delivers in every way. Truly a scent fit for a king. 10/10.

Fruity fresh berries throughout the entire experience, fresh spices, mint, bit of florals. A sweet freshie. It 100% smells like a powder-free Al Fareed, hands down. No denying. Side by side comparison. Signature scent worthy. Office worthy. Formal occasion worthy. Anytime, anywhere, anyplace. Even for cuddling. Most versatile scent on planet earth. For hot weather, Sultani over Al Fareed. For cold weather, Al Fareed over Sultani. That being said, I love this over Al Fareed. This is THE best perfume in my collection. What. A. Masterpiece. UNISEX to the max due to the berry mint note. This is Arabian Oud's new flagship. Trust me. Blind buy worthy. 10/10 easy. Longevity 10, All day and then some Projection 10, Is not nuclear, very oily, is refined and is polite Scent 10, oh my god..bow down to the Sultan Versatility 10, all the damn time Price 10, if you buy from a Kuwaiti Ebay seller.

Sultani is a masculine fragrance with a musky spicy scent with a floral touch. The top note is slightly citrusy that quickly fades and leads to the main part of the fragrance, which is the same musky spicy and slightly floral combination. This part lasts for a few hours (4-5 hours) and is a high quality and luxurious scent. Then in the final part it ends with musk and a little creamy sandalwood that lasts and lasts and lasts but it is completely attached to the skin and does not have projection. This fragrance is moderate to cool and of course more suitable for the first half of the year. In terms of similarity, I do not know a similar one in my olfactory memory, but because of the musky spicy note, it reminds me a little of Fleuve Tendre Les Liquides Imaginaires, of course with much better quality and longevity, and of course more luxurious and formal.

Quite possibly the richest most elegant smelling fresh fragrance ever.This coukd honestly be my wedding day scent if i ever find a woman even worthy.If not this is the scent i will wear once i achieve to symbolise my matriculation through my post graduate or making my first 6 figure deal. Its spectacular the citruses are accentuated with the beautiful berry accord.The picante spices puncutate the opening with charm and grace.Then the smooth floral notes add further beauty. Whilst not straying into a purely feminine bouquet.The base of amber woods and musk finish this beautifully.It lasts and projects for more than 12 hours honestly this is otherwordly.The name Sultani id truly befitting as its fit for a king; or rather any man who carries himself with the dignity and refinement of a benovolent monarch.

This to me is a nice, clean airy scent. I see why people compare this to fresh laundry. It’s very pleasant but after 30 mins I can’t smell it unless I smell it directly on my skin. Wondering if I’m going nose blind to it or if it just turns into a skin scent after a while. I also see why people compare this to Amiri which I’m also testing. They’re similar but Amiri has a heavier/spicier dry down that I’m not fond of since it reminds me of D&B The One Luminous night. This is much more my speed but wondering a bottle is worth it at $200. Unique profile I’d say since I haven’t smelled anything similar (besides Amiri) but the longevity id need to test a bit more. Update 9/11/25: Got myself a full bottle, this is definitely a must have for me and gets great attention when I wear it

Clean laundry, musk, sweet berries, and cardamom. I'm typically not one for fresh laundry type scents since I typically find them unworthy of their price tags, but this fragrance stands out amongst that landscape. It's inoffensive in every way, while maintaining a unique edge from the added berry note. Performance and longevity are both great, I honestly can't believe how good this is for the price. Speaking of price, this can be found on discounters and second hand marketplaces for excellent prices. I got a 50ml for 80USD, and it's the best value for money fragrance in my collection, surpassing vibrato. I can't speak on the comparisons to speed legends and others, but I would say when you take everything into account this fragrance is truly a masterpiece. 10/10

I had this Sultani bottle dated February 2024 batch. Sprayed on both my skin and clothes and the smell disappeared in 1 hour. I was totally suprised and disappointed. I have Diwan and that lasted a long time on my shirt till next day and more.. Did Sultani got reformulated or did i received a bad batch? Thankfully Arabian Oud gracefully accepted the return with full refund. 2 thumbs up to Arabian Oud store. Edited : 22nd Dec. Arabian Oud on sale now. Thought i'll try Sultani again and ive had 3 full wearing to work so far. Did not even let it sit to macerate or mature. This is a fresh, bright sweet frangance and this time lasted whole day on my shirt. Good above average projection and sillage. Im glad i gave this a try again as this my go to now.

I like this. Bought decants of Ithaque, Sultani, and Speed Legends to wear and compare over a month or so. Sultani is easily the most potent of them, but it isn't as close to the scent profile of the aforementioned fragrances to me. I get a fresher, more citrus-tangy Vibrato from this. The musk dominates the landscape after the first 30 minutes or so. I'd say take CAHSEE, mix it with some vibrato, and add a touch more musk, you get this. Sits heavier on the skin than Ithaque or Speed Legends. It is definitely the most masculine of the three by a country mile. Price-wise, on discounters, this is ok. Not full-bottle YET. Going to have to wear it more and see, since I feel it is quite close to Vibrato (maybe I'll do a side-by-side and test...)

Adding to below, this doesn’t need to be “duped”. There’s already similar alternatives to this scent. And there’s no need for reformulation because even though it’s fresh it’s still a very strong scent since it has a high oil concentration. If you think this fragrance is weak your nose is probably fatigued from smelling too many things. Take a break. Seriously. Go a few days maybe a week just without a fragrance to reset your nose and come back to enjoy the fragrance or others in your collection. I genuinely believe the complaints 90% of people have about weakness or reformulation is because their nose is overworked from smelling strong scents constantly. Or just over spraying strong scents and fatiguing their olfactory nerves.

This is up there with the best cardamom fragrances, and while I generally do not like white musk, it works extremely well here. This is the same cardamom quality in Hermes Voyage, but less spicy and more floral and powdery. It is Acqua Di Parma Colonia Intensa, but without the leather and more unisex being floral and powdery. The slightly-vanilic powderiness is akin to that in Lalique Pour Homme (Lion), but this is much more wearable. It's Loewe 001, but much deeper. The best part is this is better than all the aforementioned. It is so unique, and the freesia makes it smell middle eastern and exotic. Aromatix described it perfectly as "luxury fabric softener at a high-end Saudi Arabian hotel."

I don't get what people mean by hand soap, this doesn't smell soapy by any means. It definitely is a clean scent. Not soapy however. To me this is one of those rare perfumes that actually takes you on a journey (scent wise). It starts fresh/refreshing with this minty vibe. I never like citrusy openings but this hit the spot. It then somehow becomes a bit fruity like a faint tangy berry mixed with amber. Then shifts into the musky base. If youre someone who doesnt really like fresh scents and wants to mix oriental perfume with an ultra unique fresh ish scent- then go for this. Disclamer, this needs to be tried on skin. Not on paper. Beautiful smooth sillage and great longevity (its an extrait).

Just amazing. One of the best if not the best clean scent for me. I’m very tired with the generic cliche freshie from western perfume that I don’t buy freshie anymore. But this Sultani definitely takes it to another level. Do note its heavy on musk, so if you don’t like it, at least test first before buying. The musk is heavenly for me. Longevity is pretty good, in high heat it can last decent 8hours on me. On clothes longer. To me, Sultani Diwan Signature and Amiri is almost the same thing, having more than 1 is a bit redundant. I have Diwan and Sultani so yeah. I prefer Sultani out of the 4 but I think Diwan wins slightly on longevity. Nevertheless, a clean musky masterpiece

I’m partial to these types of scents and I think I’ll always have a bottle. I get some Creed SMW vibes with this one but like Sultani much more. There is an unmistakable middle eastern twang to this. Can be worn in all conditions. Unfortunately very pricey for us here in oz.

I blind bought this simply based on all the good reviews here and initially i was extremely underwhelmed by this fragrance, but after a few wears it grew on me and now i freaking love it.. thing is Sultani is definitely very unique and its not a scent that im familiar with but its extremely comforting and pleasant and not overbearing. Basically it smells like a super unique berry smelling laundry detergent or something i dont know how to describe it, i find it extremely versatile, suitable for any occasion and season. I do have to note however that i go nose blind to this and Diwan very quickly, could be the musks but it is a potent fragrance for sure.

This scent is pure class. Opens up citrusy woody but the dry down is magic : musky, sandalwood, spicy, ambery scent with some flowers and fruity nuances. The ingredients are of very high quality and all the notes are very well blended. Nothing very unique, but a very beautiful high quality scent. I have a 100ml and it has nuclear projection, longevity on skin 10+ hours, longevity on clothes 10+ days :). I dont do more than 2 sprays. Personally, I think this scent is too dense and musk heavy for the high heat, even tough the scent profile is fresh. Price point is a little high but you get a very high quality scent. Office safe and all year round smell.

I have decided 3 things about this fragrance: It is decidedly good It is decidedly strong It is decidedly inducted into my collection! You can the smell the florals but the rose is not prominent. Initial blast is red berries and citrus. If you've smelled Amiri- this is his sister A little fruitier, a little sweeter, and with a tad more floral essence. But you should know this about Amiri's sister: she packs a punch, hangs out with the boys, can drink you under the table, swear like a sailor- because Sultani lasts longer because it's stronger. Definitely worth the coins. Versatile year round scent that will make you smell great! Yes please!

I have discovered the wonders of Arabian Oud over the past few months and Sultani is no exception. It's simply stunning and one of their finest offerings. I wore it to work for the first time last week and, over lunch time, I met a friend (and her husband I have to add) with her greeting me with a hug. What I didn't realise is that her husband later remarked that he could smell the perfume on her clothes and asked her to message me to find what it was. He was raving about it and wanted a bottle. So please note, be careful who you hug when wearing this, and make sure their other half is present to avoid any awkward questions!

Simply amazing. My friend who was on Umrah told me that there was a discount, and I immediately took the 200ml variant, did not regret this blind buy. smell clean and fresh, strong berry musk with cardamom, amazing. i get the dec 2024 batch and this perform great on my skin 10 hours longevity with 3 hours projection or even more. Update: i buy another backup bottle, its 2025 batch and it's still strong. I'll just say don't worry too much about the batch, people judge too early about the performance without resting the parfume, spray a few times and let it sit for a week or 2 and its true performance will come out

I got a 200ml bottle of this on my last trip to Saudi Arabia. This is a love for me. Few fragrances manage to be so versatile yet unique as this one. The opening is fresh and invigorating- almost mint-like. But at this settles it becomes a fruity, floral musky scent. Like other Arabian Oud offerings, the musk that runs through the centre of the fragrance is very recognisable and gives an almost velvet quality. This is well balanced with sweeter, creamier notes, namely the freesia, tonka bean and sandalwood. I’ve had no performance issues- in fact this will stay on clothes for days and well over a day on skin.

Absolutely amazing, cardamom, berries, pepper fade to floral musk, a bit powdery, you get divine whiffs all day long. I’ve Dec 2024 200ml bottle, 2/3 hrs strong projection then around 3 hrs mark it starts to taper into medium to low projection for another 2, then skin scent for good 5 hrs. I’ve been loving this juice. Easy 9/10 ! After wearing Sultani straight for 10 days, I loved it so much so that I bought Diwan from the same house, another banger, I get Lafayette street Bond #9 vibes , Fresh green apple , Nutmeg, Cardamom, Musk ... Sultani (Spring/Summer) Diwan (Fall/Winter) love the duo !

Be careful before buying this perfume.It has batch related issue.Someone down below complained bad performance about February 2024 batch.I also faced the same issue with my feb 2024 batch one.It just last for 1 hour and then gone.Completely gone!I tried decant of Sultani form older batches.They perform 5 times better than this.Please check the batch before you buy it. Update: After macerating for about 1 year,now it has turned into a beast mode perfume.Those who are not getting performance initially,please try macerating for at least 6 months.It works!

Just tuning in to give my 2 cents about the reformulation rumours. In short, I wouldn't be concerned. My sample from 2022 is pretty much the same exact scent as my two mid-2024 bottles (50ml and 100ml). Sure, the sample is ever so slightly sweeter and less fresh, but I'm 99% positive those minuscule differences are due to maceration from the sample sitting in my drawer for the last 3+ years, whereas the full bottles were opened within the past couple months. When it comes to performance, I can't claim to discern any difference.

So far, i've got Diwan, Signature, and Sultani from Arabian Oud with Rasala on the way. I'll have to give them all a fair side by side soon to be sure, but I'm pretty sure that Sultani is my favorite amongst those three. It reminds me a bit of Signature, but the musty, woodiness is helped out by some fruity notes that make it a bit more pleasing to me. Diwan is way too floral for me and isn't really in the running, but I do like this one a lot. Need some more experience with it, but thumbs up.

I think suggesting others to copy someone else’s work is kinda shitty. What if someone completely copied your work and sold it for a cheaper price. I think you’d be pretty upset. I’ve tried plenty of dupes and they never surpass the original in quality. Dupes are boring, lazy, unimaginative and completely disregard the fact that is an attempt at blatantly copying someone else’s work. Inspired by fragrances are one thing, but completely attempting to copy another fragrance is annoying af.

I honestly don’t care that much and I said ATTEMPTING to copy a fragrance. I also said I don’t mind inspired by fragrances. But it’s so uncreative to attempt to dupe a fragrance with no twist on it at all. If a company wants to have an attempt at the Sultani DNA with a twist, then be my guest. I’m just a believer that it’s worth it to save up for the real things instead of multiple dupes that won’t satisfy you completely if you really love a certain fragrance.

In my opinion this a very powerful fragrance in the house of Arabian Oud. You smell that strong sweet musk followed by red berries, citrus and a hint of pink pepper. I sprayed this 2x on my arm and the sillage the bubble it made around me all I can smell is sultani lingering around wherever I go. The performance is amazing, I took a shower and got out while the smell was still there lingering. I sprayed this on my shirt and the smell was still there for days.

This is an S Tier high quality fragrance worth every penny that's fresh and last 12 plus hours with medium sillage. Don't go back and forth about Dupes guys there are so many captives in this fragrance it will be hard to clone.dupes are just like any other countererfiet product, pretty close but never be the real thing and embarrassing when people find out you're an imposter. Well unless you're a kid or young adult that cant afford it, thats understandable.

Stunning!!!! Picked this up in Dubai during a huhe annual sale (50% discount). I paid $50 USD for a 50ml bottle. Sultani hits you right away with a clean, fruity-spicy vibe that feels fresh and effortless. As it settles, the musk and woods come through and give it that smooth, expensive Middle Eastern touch without being heavy or overpowering. It’s the kind of fragrance you can wear anytime and still smell polished, confident, and naturally attractive.

Ok so i finally got a bottle of this after a year and a half and here is my take. Imagine the smell you get after taking your clothes out of the dryer with dryer sheets, but imagined you cleaned it with the most expensive middle eastern detergent and dryer sheets ever and they are both berry scented. That smell is Sultani. This stuff last all day on me, and project well for the first 4 hours, it gets reactivated by the heat afterwards too.

Let me just say..... Phenomenal. As always Arabian Oud goes overboard with the presentations, this is no exception. This can be used whenever and fits any occasion. It's sweet but not cloying or overbearing. The longevity is forever but the projection isn't ridiculously amazing... Im guessing this has a very high oil content as it leaves a shiny mark behind. Fruity floral amber berry perfection. Arabian Oud has done it once again!!

-Kinda heavy scent but still feels clean and fresh. -This does stain clothes if you spray too close so beware -Very musky and soapy with a hint of spice and white florals -I literally it spray once and thats enough since its lasts so long and the projection is insane but i think that's because the oil concentration is so damn high, given the staining of clothes. -is a bit cloying in high heat(30+ celsius)

I have the 21/4/2025 batch and its insanely strong, like I mentioned in my review i actually go nose blind very quickly even with just one spray. I could still smell it faintly on my arm over 12 hours later and a couple days on clothes. Im not going to talk about batches being bad or not but do consider the fact that you go nose blind to it because its very musk heavy... or maybe some batches are bad idk

Absolute Masterpiece It is one of the most versatile highest quality scent blends I've ever smelled James Bond would wear this to the Casino Royale and you could also wear this to the grocery store and you wouldn't be out of place. Day/Night, Fall/Winter/Spring/Summer, Office/Dates/Plane/Weddings/ Its exquisite but quiet. Bottled up luxury Scent 9.5/10 Sillage 9.5/10 Performance 10/10 Versatility 15/10

@rkn @Shaafora I wish I was wrong and could put it down to being nose-blind but I have asked around me (my wife and grown-up kids) and none of them seem to be able to smell it - barely any scent let alone the sillage. They say they have to be really close to smell a faint scent. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed. I'd like to spray from a more potent batch and see if it makes a difference

Have Amiri, Diwan and Sultani. To my nose, Sultani is the best of the three, and close to Amiri, but with more musk, fruitiness and woodiness in drydown. Absolute pleasant and uplifting scent. My signature for Spring and Summer, with Amiri taking that duty on hottest of days. Insane packaging, which isn't necessary, but heavy bottle and cap are very solid/nice. Glad to have in my collection.

An easy to love woody citrus even has a little aromatic touch to it. A trio of my friends also tried it all were impressed. It’s pretty basic but nice quality of materials and decent execution. My favorite freshie from the house. The 50ml on sale was great value at around $50. Quite safe to blind buy at that price IMO. Lovely projection and sillage with a very nice heart and dry down.
