Kohl Opulence

If you have Turathi Electric this smells the same but i do like the added leather note in this. The leather isnt as weak as I thought it would be, so if your not a fan of leather just get turathi electric, smells the same without the leather. (The leather in this kinda smells like a car leather). With this I get 4 hours of projection and 9-10 hours of longevity. 9.4/10. (Arabiyat Prestige is the highest quality middle eastern house to my knowledge)

If you haven't tried a lot of scents with "leather" + "fruit" + combined accords, this may be too much and too rough. Once your nose gets used to this, it is a pear candy melted in a leather bag. As a 40 yr old guy, it works great for when I want something sweet but not bubblegummy. The pear candy and leather stay with you for a good 4hrs and the wife liked it on me. First from the brand but not my first from Lucas. Amazing scent.

This is an absolute banger from this brand. I blind bought this as a more masculine clone of Blue Talisman and it definitely didn't disappoint. It's very smoky but in a very smooth way, has this undertone of citrus, blue shower gel scent. I think this is a masterpiece and the price tag is phenomenal.

Spring in a bottle. Off my skin I get a fresh leathery scent which sounds a bit like a contradiction. Yet they've managed to do exactly that here. Took me a little while to fully appreciate this one.

Solid spicy freshie that hits. Sexy, refined, easy to wear on a daily basis or even for special occasions. Just such an easy pick.

Kohl Opulence opens with a bright pear note mixed with white florals. The pear has a slightly candy-like sweetness that makes the scent feel playful at first. Very quickly the fragrance becomes deeper and more elegant. Woody amber appears together with a soft leather tone and a light smoky hint. The scent clearly shares the sweet DNA of Blue Talisman, but here it feels richer and more grounded. The leather and smoky nuance give it a more masculine direction and add extra depth to the composition. As it develops, the fragrance becomes a smooth floral woody cloud with pear sweetness still present in the background. The overall impression is polished and well blended. It smells more substantial and slightly darker than the original inspiration. I find it ideal for fall and winter, especially evenings. The pear sweetness combined with the warm woods and light leather creates a cozy but still modern character. A very pleasant twist on the Blue Talisman idea. Fuller, richer and more versatile for cooler seasons. 8/10

I never vibed with Blue Talisman and the hype this summer was wild to me. I have no problem rocking fem leaning scents, but that one always felt a little too glassy and sterile. I kept thinking if someone took that DNA and gave it some weight and shadow it would finally make sense. Kohl Opulence gave it that treatment. It opens with a bright bergamot, ginger, and pear pop...then shifts into a soft floral-woody haze. Instead of staying squeaky clean like the OG, it brings a gentle warmth that makes it feel fuller, richer, and more versatile. I’m getting a solid 8 hours out of it with no problem. Early on it pushes out nicely and you’ll catch that bright spark floating around you for a few hours before it settles closer to the skin. Not a beast, not weak either...just reliably strong and steady the whole ride. If you’re burned out on the usual blue freshies, this is an easy dumb reach without thinking twice. It still gives you that clean brightness up top, but the added warmth and depth make it more interesting.

I absolutely love Turathi Electric, saw this on Mercari for a decent price, so I figured I'd get it as a backup DNA. Before buying it, I already knew what to expect and it did meet those expectations for the most part. It does smell a bit darker and more mature but it comes off as medical/sterile for the first hour or so, like a hospital room. It kinda reminds me of that old school brown antiseptic that burns. After it drys down, it's a bit more refined and smoother but that beginning is pretty off-putting. It's definitely a no for me. I'd rather go the safer route and get Art of Universe, Legacy or just another Electric.

Received this yesterday as a gift. From someone who owns Blue Talisman and has tried several dupes of the fragrance this is hands down the closest. It has a slight leather and smoky hint that adds a different concept to it. I don't normally like leather in fragrances but this to me is done in a subtle way. Too early to comment on performance but I was getting wiffs of it throughout the day. I will update once I let it mature for a bit.

Pear and white florals blend beautifully. It does smell high quality, but it is way too feminine for my taste, and it also fades rapidly from my skin. It might be the skin chemistry, but it literally doesn't even last an hour. 6,5/10

I have tried other blue talisman inspirations, this one is probably my least favorite of them all from one thing. While it does not list it in the notes, I get a surprise leather/smoky smell that I think really clashes with what this scent profile is trying to do. If you like leather/smoke in a fragrance, then you will like this take on BT. Performance is great and I can get 8 hours on skin out of this and projects just a bit outside of arms reach. I tested this as a decant and would not get a full bottle.

Today I learned a lesson, never blind buy Middle Eastern perfumes, specifically when they are promoted by so-called good influences. Other than synthetic incense I don’t find anything good in this perfume. Third wrong blind buy in my life

This is rancid. Smells like cigarette smoke mixed with slightly fresh citrus.

I tried Turathi Electric, Taj 2 and Azure Royal and some other dupe of BT I don't remember. All of them were too sweet and too feminine leaning to my taste. Kohl Opulence hits differently. It's more of an inspiration than a clone. As many reviewers mentioned already, it has an incense/leather note that is absent in all the other clones and the original. Of my skin, after initial opening it hits quite hard. It fades after 30 minutes or so, and blends well with pear sweetness, making this a very balanced, classy frag for all occasions. This incense/leather add on also makes it last longer.

Just got the decant and in my initial testing I think this smells feminine leaning . I havent tried the OG Blue Talisman but if people call this the darker version of it then I'd define it as blue talisman mixed with a smell lf a women's skin after dancing hard in a club with little nuances of her makeup and moisturiser. Hope that makes sense . I wont prefer to wear this in summer as the heaviness in this can be too much . But this would be great for winters or on little cooler summer days . Lasting and projection are yet to be found out .

I haven't smelled the original, but I got a decant of this and it smells great—bold and almost 'dark,' but super nice! I’ve completely changed my mind about my previous review and am now considering getting a full bottle. Lately, Arabiyat Prestige has been my absolute favorite brand. Update - I got a full bottle it deserved!!

This is a better version of what Paris Corner was trying to do with Zodiac. Everything about Kohl Opulence is better than what PC tried to do. Take the sweet DNA of blue talisman, add leather and incense to make it more masculine. This is higher quality and blended waaaaaay better

Very strange The pear in the opening is amazing, however it soon disappears and you are very with an old leather jacket and a woody smell. Worse BT dupe I have tried.

It not a very extraordinary perfume as hyped by influencers. It's initial notes gives a kind of smell u get from stored wool which i didn't liked much.

The Leather in this makes it smell so interesting to where i can stop smelling it. Electric is more sweeter than this, i kinda like Kohl better 🤷🏽♂️
