Qissat Al Najah Nedawi

I’ve seen some reviews saying it’s a polarising oud, but I don’t think so at all. It reminds me a bit of Oud Maracuja, but this one feels more feminine and crowd-pleasing. The passionfruit note is mouth-watering—juicy and vibrant—lifted by bright bergamot and a whisper of soft rose. The oud gives it depth and smoothness without making it feel heavy or linear. It adds just the right edge to keep things interesting. Honestly, it kind of gives off that nostalgic “smelly gel pen” vibe... but in the best way possible. Fun, fruity, and addictive. Love it! I don't get the leather not so if your looking for that I'd go elsewhere

I almost gave up on this fragrance way too soon. It wasn’t that it was a bad fragrance it just wasn’t what I expected right away. It’s since sat for a few weeks now and I’m definitely keeping this in my collection and I am going to enjoy it. The ambery, leather, Oud, and rose combo blend so well together I really enjoy this scent profile. I’m glad it’s not the stinky animal smelling Oud either it’s very pleasant to the nose.

Passionfruit dipped in ambered oud. Clearly nods to Oud Maracujá, but smoother, sweeter, less abrasive. Juicy opening, soft rose glow, polished oud. Loud but wearable. One of those rare “clone” conversations where I get why people like it.

When I first got this fragrance I hated it so much, it was super synthetic and headache inducing which not many perfumes have that affect on me. Months later I find myself craving to wear this. There’s something addictive about the combination of the rose, labdanum, patchouli and subtle oud in this, I don’t personally pick up on the passionfruit in this. You can tell this is inspired by Qurashi blend as it has the same sharp citrus heavy opening and oud (ish) backbone, however they’re 2 different fragrances. This gives me around 8-10 hours on skin with good performance for the first 4ish hours.

I received a 2ml sample of QAN Nedawi and to my nose, its opening carries a slight resemblance to Oud Maracuja and Kajal Aican. The initial impression is a fruit-leather-amber combination, which I find quite pleasing. To me, Nedawi feels unisex, though the leather accords might lean slightly masculine for some. Overall, it strikes me as charismatic, opulent and undeniably charming. Considering its price point compared to Oud Maracuja, it’s a more affordable and accessible option for those who enjoy this style of fragrance. That said, I’m unsure if I’ll pursue a full bottle, especially since I haven’t worn Oud Maracuja publicly even after owning it for a year.

First Impression is not good at all. The smell is weak and powdery. The passion fruit smell stays only for a min or two. I have Lattafa Art of nature 1 for comparison and it's a lot stronger and fruitier. Also I smelled Azzure Aoud and the same, it's strong and fruity. I'll post an update in a month to confirm if there is any improvement. Update: The performance is weak in spring/summer temperatures 25/30 C. I'll try it again in the fall/winter season and will post another update.

I fogging hate clones but got a sample of this with an order. I read the notes on the sample card and instantly knew it was probably a MC - Oud Maracujá clone. Sprayed it on and was like bingo! This one is smoother overall, less woody and leathery as it dries down and more ambery sweet. Performance is also excellent. A very unique scent that will make you stand out. Glad to add a bottle of this as it smells like quality and I like it better than Oud Maracujá!

This is my favourite scent. It's an ELEVEN out of TEN. My signature scent found after trying 400+ fragrances. This? This is soft, this is fruity,it has a nice backbone of subtle musks and Oudh. It's such a smooth fragrance as well. Definitely reminds me of oud Maracuja with only a hint of leather and oud. So much better. This one made me say wow upon initial spray, it's a Maracuja dream. Can't help but glaze

@houseofdad I felt the same way. Got this in November from someone and Im like this is not giving. I tried it this morning and the fragrance has transformed into a nice oud. Now I can smell the fruit in it.
