Nose Note #1082 I will definately pick up a sample of Montabaco, but right now just based off Ramad Myrrrh - I feel like in the base this is 75% Creed Silver Mountain Water. Like they wanted to build something on top of SMW so they mixed in a bit of Cartier Declaration and added a tobacco note simlar to CH For Men. All three I love, but mixed together... Well, it is a great option, but not greater than its parts as it lack particular identity. Maybe it is the was that Montabaco is, I don't know. It smells like something from late 90s. The name is super deceiving. It has nothing to do with myrrh. Men only. Performance is above average, but not quite long lasting. 8/10, evalutation is to be continuted

Bit of a sleeper. Not sure why this one has slipped under the radar but it is excellent. Opening a bit punchy with a superior drydown. Unisex - masculine, but not blind buy safe. Not that it's particularly challenging but it wears its Middle Eastern heart on its sleeve and won't be for everyone

Very nice, inoffensive fragrance : Spicy, creamy, warm-woody, airy ozonic scent, quite difficult to describe, but very unique. Definitely in the same vein as Ormonde Jayne Montabaco. Try before buying as this is not for everyone. All year round smell and signature scent worthy.

I blind bought this alongside Louban, and neither smell like what you would expect by their names. But it doesn't stop them from being nice perfumes. Myrrh is warm amber through and through. Warm clean soap. That's it.. i wouldn't call it spicy, which makes it more unisex. It could easily be something by Montale. I believe the quality/price balance is pretty good on this one.

Definetly not for everyone. Super unique smell i’d compare it to oud. U have to like myrrh and I don’t really like myrrh but the quality of this fragrance is good and the performance is good im just not a fan of the smell profile. Super pine woodsy and tree sappy idk.

Lovely opening but as it dries down it loses the notes that make it so special. Would’ve been better if opening was linear!

Dry down is OK. Opening is too cloveyey 5.8
