OK, this is very, very good. Initially, I get heavy, but pleasant florals, but then the citrusy and apple top notes make an appearance making it a bit brighter. The lavender is there too which yes, it makes it a bit similar to Libre Intense, but it's not a dupe and definitely not 1:1. It does have Libre's density though. I don't get much patchouli and literally zero rose which I'm glad about as I'm not a fan. It does resemble Lattafa's Dalal, but it's more floral than fruity to me and it's definitely heavier. I imagine layering those two would smell great, especially in the warmer season as Dalal would make Milena a bit brighter. It performs extremely well straight from the bottle. I've worn it only once and it lasted all day will massive sillage. Spring friendly, maybe a touch too heavy for summer heat. I will layer her with Libre or some thick vanilla in the winter. Nice presentation with good price. The quality of this perfume is way better than some designer fragrances that cost three times more. Successful blind buy for me. I'll have to try more perfumes from Al Ard Zaafaran now, I guess.

I'm not sure why so many people are being negative about this fragrance. It's actually quite lovely, but you have to like a lavender note. If you find the lavender note in BB Goddess or YSL Libre off-putting, you probably won't like this either as the lavender note is more pronounced in this, to my nose at least. And while I wouldn't say it's a spot on dupe of Libre, if you told me this was a new YSL flanker I would totally believe it. As I mentioned above, I get a distinct lavender note as well as some white and yellow florals, but I also get vanilla, amber, and musk. I think they are blended quite nicely and I only just opened the bottle. Like most Middle Eastern perfumes, I imagine this will also get better with age, so I'm excited to try back in a few weeks. Overall, I think it is a great buy for the price IF you like lavender and IF you like the Libre DNA. If however, you are looking for a 1:1 match, you will be disappointed. Also, remember you are buying a Middle Eastern perfume, so it may need to macerate for a while before the true fragrance comes out.

I saw a post on TikTok about Melina and fell in love with the bottle. What can I say I love great design even in fragrances. Though it's marketed towards women I personally don't tend to follow the rules when it comes to fragrances as fragrance has no gender. I bought this as a blind buy and have not been disappointed in the least. A luminous composition — soft yet commanding, feminine yet daring. Like I said though crafted for women, it's refined warmth and depth make it a scent a man can wear with effortless confidence. This isn't just a scent — it's a statement of grace and quiet power. Wrap yourself in Milena or let it wrap around you.

I fell in love with Dalal and kept hearing this was similar. I’m happy to find out that it does have similarities, but it’s different enough that I’m happy to have both. They give similar vibes but I agree with another reviewer calling this more floral than fruity and heavier than Dalal. It’s like Dalal’s older sister to me. More complex, more heaviness. I often don’t love rose in a fragrance, but this doesn’t bother me. The patchouli, rose, and lavender are not too heavy. There’s a lot going on. It does seem similar to Libre to me as well, but I don’t own anything from that line so I can’t compare them like I can with Dalal.

Milena is a beautiful floral fruity fragrance with hints of vanilla and a strong base of patchouli and sandalwood. The first thing that hit me when I sprayed this was the orange blossom, ylang-ylang, lavender and citrus. The apple, jasmine and rose came in after a couple of minutes and the rest followed. It’s one of those fragrances that is well blended but you can still figure all the notes. To me, this is a floral fragrance first with all the additives. The vanilla shines as it dries and it’s really beautiful, giving it a nectar-ish sweetness. Honestly, this is not my typical style of floral fragrances but I will totally wear this.
