Oud 24 Hours Majestic Gold

The original "Oud 24Hrs" was waaaaay too floral for me. Sprayed it...wore it for a few hours...no change...gave it to the wife...went and took a shower. She will rock it better than I could ever hope to...I just don't wear flowery frags that often. When I do, I have my old reliable "Xeryus" on standby. When the bottle of "Oud 24hrs Majestic Gold" comes in, I'll update this with a review. 02NOV22 UPDATE: Ooookay...the bottle is here!! I received the fragrance today and I have to say...it's DEFINITELY not like the original Oud 24hrs in any way c-o-m-p-l-e-t-e-l-y !!! This is more of a smooth suede woody fragrance. There is a subtle and smooth-as-silk leather/suede note in this fragrance at the heart. It's there from the spray until it becomes a skin scent. Now...I am not someone that likes "Leather" notes with the exception of two fragrances.... 1. "Dior Homme" 2. "Alexandria Fragrances - Hafez 1984 Intense" I have to say that I am now adding a third "Leather" fragrance to that count. This fragrance is absolutely smooth, low-key but attention grabbing, slightly comforting and yet very powerful in it's stance. This is one of those fragrances you wear when you've got your stuff together and you aren't looking for attention or to offend anyone....but just to smell great! If this is what "Stronger with you: Leather" and "Armani Code Absolu" smell like...then I've definitely got a winner on my hands. I'll be wearing this one out tomorrow to help a friend move. I'll see if it lasts through sweat and high body temps. 05DEC22: Gotta try this with "Gold Rush Man" as a creamy vanilla-lavender base layer. With the leathery notes this one brings...they should go GREAT together! 22DEC22: I just can't get any performance out of this fragrance. Even soaking myself with 20 sprays only yields a skin-scent of leather...leaving me smelling like some kinda leather-wearing old biker dude or a BDSM gimp that just finished a suit-session. There are literally no other notes in this frag that exist past the 3-minute mark. I get maybe a little lavender-smelling something in the first 3 minutes of the fragrance...after that it's cinnamon-leather until I take a shower to get this mess off me. Gonna let it macerate in the closet till February...if it doesn't get better, in the donation bin it goes.

I bought this out of curiosity after reading the comments, and liking SWY Leather only not having a bottle any longer - nor will I pay the ludicrous resale prices. Slightly disappointed it doesn't share much with SWYL, not to my nose anyway. Happily however, it does remind me of something I really do like that's now discontinued. 24 Gold by Scentstory - the TV series fragrance that bucked the trend of naff TV/Movie related scents all being woeful. Try finding a bottle of that now for less than £70 or so. I've seen a few 30mls going for £40, 100ml like this stuff is, is substantially more. It's also reminiscent of 1 Million, just a touch with the opening sweetness, but it's not as cloying or in your face as the Paco Rabanne monster that everyone and his grandad oversprays, it's far more intimate, more sophisticated yet more opulent. Very gourmand fragrance though, very. If something edible smelt like this I'd definitely eat it. I get Tonka, chocolate, vanilla, honeycomb, a bit of spiciness like cinnamon/cumin/saffron. It's got a real cake shop vibe to it. It's lovely. It is NOT a TF Black Orchid clone as some have said, that's the black bottle, Oud 24. For the £12-15 this juice sells for, it's an absolute bargain. You'd easily think this is a £50+ frag if you caught a sniff of it on someone else, which could be any gender as it's without a doubt unisex, unless you're into beastly, testosterone heavy barber-shop fragrances in which case it may be a touch feminine (women will love it on a man though - just saying.) I love it, it's definitely earned a place in my rotation this winter and I've already added another bottle to my Amazon basket so I've got one in reserve. Just wish I'd have done that with Stronger With You Leather (what I was expecting here) and 24 Gold (what this reminds me of.)

Wonderful fragrance. I bought this since my Stronger with You Leather is almost finished. I have to say, I'm surprised. Typically, oriental fragrances can be harsh and overpowering, and I had the same expectation for this one, especially since it has Oud in the name, which I'm not a fan of. However, the opening is not harsh at all; in fact, it's very pleasant, almost as much as my SWY bottle. I'm very happy I found this fragrance for such a great price. While there are some differences in intensity—I feel the original has higher quality ingredients or at least smells like it, with much clearer notes—this one is still 70-80% similar, so don't get me wrong. I sprayed them on both of my arms, and after just an hour, they smelled almost identical. I could barely notice a difference. The projection is good, 4-5h. It becomes a skin scent that lasts 6-8h hours but will likely last on clothes for days. The Original did last much longer almost double than this. Feels like a EDP watered version of SWYL. The sillage is moderate; you won't be "the animal in the room," but that was also the case with the original. They are both discreet fragrances. This one may have slightly less sillage. Overall, it's a pleasant variation of the original leather fragrance. The juice is amazing. The bottle and presentation are also good, especially considering the price. While I don't love the box, the bottle itself is high quality, with a "metal embrace" on it. The atomizer is also good. As I said, for the price, I'm more than happy. Overall opinion: 8/10

Unless Ard Al Zaafaran keep adjusting the composition of ingredients from batch to batch, I can't understand the comparisons to such a broad spectrum of, in some cases, vastly different fragrances altogether. Bogart Pour Homme? Really? Poles apart to my nose but hey it's all subjective. Personally, I agree there are echoes of Stronger with You Leather but also Stronger With You Only although the Chestnut and Elemi take them in their own direction. I also get echoes of Bond No. 9 Andy Warhol but again not in a like-for-like sense, just a slight similarity. Having just bought this and worn it for a few days now (perfect weather in the UK just now - Spring Snow :o) ) I get dry, powdery, citrus, Oud and a hint of Vanilla. It's not unpleasant but I'm not leaping to celebrate it either. It's a bit weird. A sort of Jekyll & Hyde it's like two quirky personalities spliced together in the same bottle - sweet, fruity, fresh citrus aromatic for one and the other a dry, earthy (patchouli), woody (Oud) oriental. It kinda works but also kinda doesn't. I shall live with it a bit longer and see if it improves with some more time to macerate in the bottle and a dark cupboard. One thing I can say is performance is nuclear. It's not a pungent scent but very bold in profile and whenever I wear it people have immediately commented when I walk into a room. Comments like "Wow - I can even taste that fragrance you're wearing!". Hmm, quite. :o

Perhaps then u will realize it doesnt even smell similar to black orchid parfum, im thinking maybe u are the sheep who blatantly agrees with every notes posted by fragrantica🤔🐑 Additional rants: Im quite intrigued on how u constructed ur statement, was it based on ur testing or u really just relied on notes provided here? What are u on about? Talking about all that scent pyramid nonsense. Unless u are a proper dimwit to actually believe the notes here. This has none of that earthy dark floral scent profile or whatsoever. Middle eastern houses are known to produce copies of different brands even with similar lines/bottles. Im all about suggestions & positive criticisms but all u ever did here was insulting others. Have some shame lad, stop embarrassing urself

@Tacotyme: This doesnt smell like black orchid at all. Look for the original black bottled oud 24 hours if u are talking about it. Stop being a minion urself, the notes listed here are wrong. Im already on my 2nd bottle of oud 24 hours majestic gold. I havent smell SWY Leather yet, for me this is almost in the same bracket as Code Absolu. Not similar in terms of scent, more to the vibe i get when wearing both due to their sweet spicy, powdery vanilla and subtle leathery nature. A stunner for cold weather. These are the notes from Ard Al Zaafaran's website Top notes - Saffron, Raspberry, Jasmine Middle notes - Frankincense, Vanilla, Spices Base notes - Leather, Black Suede, Amber Wood Scent - 8/10 (Although quite synthetic) Longevity - 8/10 (8-10 hours) Sillage - 7/10 (Above average) Projection - 7/10 (Strong in the first 2 hours) Price - 10/10 A solid 8/10 cheapie

Nose Note #377 Definitely has the STronger With You sweet caramel-chestnut vibes. And on top is a heap of play-dough patchouli. Underneath is somewhat leathery oud. This altogether comes off my skin as very synthetic at least to my nose. Those patchouli are very play-dough like, similar to the way amber is done in Mateau #5 - the same play-dough smell. Apparently some people like it and some don't feel it as a plasticine smell. My wife, as she often does in case of leather or oud fragrances, swiftly identified this as smelling like "chicken shit". Hence it does have a lot of quasi-leather or oud. I'm really not a fan of it myself. I'm indifferent to Stronger With You and this, aside from the underwhelming oud, gives me similar vibes of sickening sweetness.

I bought this together with a bunch of Lattafa fragrances directly from the Lattafa shop in Germany – and I am pleasantly surprised – this is really good – the best of the box - this is not like the original Stronger With You – maybe the leather version of Stronger With You but I cannot judge, I checked buying the leather version of Stronger With You but is nowhere available in Europe – this is less sweet than Stronger With You, it’s smoother, more a relaxed fragrance, the leather is clearly there but not too heavy not like Guilty abosolute or Tuscan Leather, the patchouli is also not overpowering – it’s all smoother – nothing overwhelming – easy to wear in all kind of situations, really happy with this fragrance, I will wear this a lot that’s for sure.

This is a fantastic fragrance and I love it. People say that this has some stronger with you DNA but I get more of a 1 million DNA. I’m very impressed with this fragrance as I sprayed it on my wrist and I could still smell it after 4 days which is very good for the price. In terms of the smell I get very sweet/fruity oudy notes. It lasts me 11-12 hours on the skin which is very good for the price and It has very good projection. In terms of sillage it’s very strong and definitely leaves a nice scent trail behind you. I even got complimented on this once when I walked past someone and asked me what I was wearing. So overall it’s a very nice oudy and sweet fragrance and a great value for money. Definitely should get your hands on this.

Since i own stronger with you Leather, and i absolutely love this fragrance. It's like a mixture beween stronger with you leather and Oud ! SWY has more quality but in the air they smell exactly the same ! if you're not a collector and want to smell SWY Leather and or Oud just grab this one! It's sweet, Oud with hints of leather and spices. For 9.90€ it's a no brainer, definitely a back up bottle worthy ! Performance wise, i'll update my review since i didn't give it a full wearing ! UPDATE : The performance is above average 8 hours easily reachable. Projection and sillage good for 2 hours to 3 !

Oud 24 hours Majestic Gold (OMG) is a wonderfully done dupe of Stronger With You Leather (SWYL). Starts out similar to the OG Oud 24 hours with black orchid, then dries down with sweet plum, Oud and pathchouli. The leather scent is hardly noticeable and is really beautiful in this. I love it and feel it’s for colder weather (autumn), while wearing a shirt and sweater for a smart casual time out. Not good for office but can be good for a date. Longevity is 8 hours on me, projection is good and sillage is very good. This is blind buy safe for sure, very mass appealing. Recommend: BUY Rating 4.5/5

Indeed it does smell like stronger with you, I've tested the intensely version of swy and yeah it smells pretty much the same. Performance - solid 8+ hours (sprayed one time on the arm and after 12 hours it was still smelling). Sillage - pretty strong, can be picked up by people in a big room (imo). Projection - strong projection even after the first hour, not sure about the duration of the projection though. I can calmly say this thing is the GOAT. I picked it up for like 12 euros and mannn.. I should have gotten a backup bottle too.

This fragrance is a sweet, sexy, dark, masculine scent. Definitely has that similar DNA to Armani's SWY just with a touch of leather, so i can see why its compare to SWY leather. The only downside is its synthetic opening which i really dont like but after 15mins the real DNA comes out real smooth. Performance is also great, i have people telling me how great i smell even standing from a distance and longevity is also top notch. Also i got it for $25 so its an easy 9/10 frag, i wish that synthetic opening doesnt exist in this frag.

Simply incredible blind buy. Picked it up CHEAP. Reminds me of Vince Camuto Terra Extreme back when I had it, I wanted to like that one but just couldn't settle in, so I gifted it. 24hr Majestic Gold is everything Terra Extreme wanted to be and so much more. I want to inject this juice straight in to my brain stem. Bottle is gorgeous as well and could double as a weapon with how heavy it is! I continue to be amazed by some of the fragrances these middle eastern brands are kicking out.. especially at the prices they're going for!

Beautiful scent, honestly I haven't smelled any leather thus far but it is a beautiful and must have. I will let it sit. Leather, hint of creamy caramel vanilla, slight sweet and oud. Opening it synthetic, however the dry down is simply Majestic. 30May2023, After I've allowed it to macerate, the opening is still synthetic. Once it settle down, I get this leather with sweet cream... (hint of bitterness on the back ground) Leather and sweet cream dominate.. It's a gem if you don't mind the opening and leather scents.

Just like the reviews below, I didn’t like this either the first time I smelt it. Maybe it’s because it gives off a leather vibe and at the time I weren’t used to that style of perfumery. Now... I perceive it as a hidden gem. Even received a compliment whilst wearing it. Overall, it’s more on the challenging scent side but great once you know how to pull off leather vibes I rate it a 9/10 (Usually, if I don’t like a cologne, I stand by that until I eventually give it away. Not with this one though)

It's crazy when people hate on this. it's sweeter than i like, but it's definitely workable. Can't even get myself to hate it. I get a spicy caramel scent, not very versatile, but it has its occasions. I honestly can't detect oud, and can detect faint leather, but the plum note is the strongest to my nose. edit: i got addicted to the scent. it's sour and sweet which is why i can't find an occasion for it given the other perfumes i have, but man does this smell addictive. and performs too...

I went into a dodgy store one day and they had an Arabic Fragrance isle. The second I took a step in that isle all I could smell a strong hint of patchouli, which traced me back to this fragrance. And I didn't regret a thing. Its masculine, strong fills up a room, woody, oudy. Hits like a wreaking ball (similar to red tobbaco) Loved by man, HATED!! by women. Not safe to blind buy. Lasts around 6 hours and fills a room instantly, currently my daily winter.

To me, this perfume is definitely like one of the Stronger With You line perfumes, but... NOT the leather or the simple version. It's very much like the new 2022 Stronger With You Oud. I would say they are 90% the same perfume. Even by ingredients they are the same. This is such a good perfume and I think it's definitely underrated. If you like the Armani Stronger With You line... This, will definitely not going to disappoint you.

This one gets overshadowed by its predecessor "Oud 24 Hours" and I think it deserves more love. The OG is great but this is better. It's more masculine and more versatile. Its sweetness is balanced with citrus, leather, and patchouli. It's blended very well and develops (changes) nicely as time goes by. Strong performance that's bordering the beast territory. It's a steal for its low asking price.

I haven’t smelled STRONGER WITH YOU Leather yet but this fragrance has all the similarities to Stronger with yiu intensely but with a suede or a leather note added and it’s pretty noticable the note breakdown here is all messed up there’s no oud whatsoever though its a great fragrance with great performance great for the cooler months and is dirt cheap get it if you find it

Stunning fragrance! An absolutely lovely scent with just the right amount of leather accords. It has the SWY DNA with really good performance and longevity. As has been mentioned, the listed notes do not seem correct. Nonetheless, just get it. A safe blind buy for those that like a spicy and sexy scent for evening, winter and fall wear. Enjoy it and she'll enjoy you.

After 6 weeks or so maceration, this has turned out delicious. The listed notes here all seem very wrong though. Oud 24h Gold has MUCH more in common with the listed notes of Stronger With You Intensely (as I don't smell any leather here), than any of the notes listed on this page. Unisex. Moderate to intimate projection over the first 6h on me and 12h+ longevity.

full synthetic chemical weapon-concentrated oriental scent, more wearable, more playful, more feminine flanker than the plain Oud 24, if issued by a Montale or any other major manufacturer, especially with this brutal force, I would stand up to celebrate, the price is ridiculously cheap, for the winter, cold weather ideal, appropriatedosed with modesty.

Absolutely love this fragrance, especially at its price point. I'm a big fan of the SWY and its flankers. I've tried them all, and I must agree with others, this is basically a cross between SWY Leather and SWY Oud. It's surprising to not see leather in the notes, as I get a lot of it with this. Rich, slightly warm, but masculine.

This is a steal. Absolutely worth getting, especially considering the price. Is it synthetic? Yes. Does it smell good? Absolutely. The one I have opens up smokey and leather heavy, but once that settles down it turns into this beautiful sweet scent with a tiny citrusy undertone. Love it, great blind buy, 5/5 recommended. ❤️

How good’s this? Ridiculously good for the dollar. Amped up patchouli and plum. Yes, there’s a hint of leather during the dry down. Definitely SWY vibes, although I haven’t smelled SWY leather. Great projection. 7-8 hours off my skin. Worth every dollar. Back-up bottle worthy.

This is amazing i just got for 12dollars.Smells slightly leathery sweet plum.Performance is beast, lasts days on clothes and even after days projects on clothes .This has a really strong projection.After maceration this is a beast mode sweet scent .for the price 10/10

Oud 24 Hours Majestic Gold Ard Al Zaafaran is a very nice Armani Stronger With You type fragrance that lasts well at around 8hrs,(more on clothes) and can be found for £12 for 100ml which has got to be is a easy blind buy for most...he who dares wins.

A very masculine version of Black Orchid. Can see people picking up shades of Bogart’s Black Soul and 24 Oud Edition or even a dark grape feeling. I really like this better than the original 24 Hour Oud which I find too feminine.

So this is amazing, has some swy dna in it but i feel a strong plum note which is so delicious, i dont get any oud which is good.Performance is 12h on skin and days on clothes .For the price its incredibly good

This is the only Oud fragrance in my collection where I enjoy the oud. Master piece and must have. It has all the notes described on Fragrantica and it has good performance.

This is a delicious blind buy. British contributors will know of a deliciously rich, caramel flavoured chocolate bar called Caramac. Majestic Gold's patchouli base very much resembles Caramac's distinctive smell and in the beginning it is accompanied by floral notes that lie somewhere between Invictus and One Million. These go within ten minutes and occasional wafts of oud and sweet leather complement the caramel. Deeper into the dry down the gourmand element all but goes and you're left with a bed of a more straightforward patchouli. For less than £15 for a full size bottle you really can't go wrong. You'll smell totally divine.

You have to wait about 20 minutes for the DNA of this fragrance to reveal itself, and it is unquestionably a take on the Stronger With You line. As mentioned by many others below, it is similar to both SWY Leather and the Oud edition. In fact I'd say closer to the former as you will get passing wafts of leather, but definitely oud, too. Sweet, gourmand, it should be worn on colder days. Lasts at least 12 hours on me, and you will smell it throughout the wear. A mere $13 for a truly wonderful fragrance that will cover for at least two of the SWY line.

Sweet, oudy, floral, hint of leather.. I haven't smell SWY leather.. oud in here is smooth not overpower... It syntethic and screechy? Yes, but only in the first 10-15 minutes... after that, it just done beautifully... The scent is more expensive than it costs.. It also have a good projection and sillage (good scent bubble around you) for 2 hour not beastly... and it will last and last.. at least 7-8 hour.. Yes, it suit for cold weather on formal occasion or date night. Not safe blind buy.. for who not into a sweet oudy scent..

Stronger with you leather clone. Pre maceration this was truly revolting, just strong synthetic oud that overpowered any other notes. I nearly threw it away. I put it in a drawer for a few weeks and when I came back about a month or two later it had completely transformed. That fake oud note had disappeared and it was a very good dupe of swy. I think this is why we often get very polarised reviews on Lattafa. It’s dangerous to review on immediate purchase. The same thing happened with my Ameer Al Oudh Intense Oud.

Right off the bat it smells extremely close to Stronger with you with some leather accords. Didn't need any maceration and smells perfectly fine right away. Can still smell it on my arm the next day. Good potent stuff and extremely affordable

Stronger with you DNA with a prominent undertone of leather, astonishing stuff for the price. But i've encountered an issue, this is the first time that a fragrance gave me an headache, way way too cloying in my opinion

Never smelt stronger with you leather, but this smells a little like black orchid had a baby with 1 million then added some leather into the mix it's kinda crazy! But I like it enough to justify the measly £15 price :)

It starts lavender for 2 min... afterwards pop-corn with milky caramel... lovely. It ends Armani Stronger w. y Oud without "pineapple"

Got this delivered yesterday and my initial impression is that's it's very well blended for a cheapie, it wasn't prominent in the air but after spraying it on my wrist it lasted all day and evening as a skin scent, there was minimum Sillage but I'll.let it macerate and come back with the feedback,gorgeous scent,a bit all over the place, it has a lot going on ( I don't know if that was intentional but very calm and rich) if they made a concentrated version of this it'd rival some major scents. I will be back after a couple of weeks once I let it macerate 🤙🏿🌄👊🏿👊🏿
