Oud 24 Hours

DARK, MYSTERIOUS, SENSUAL AND CLASSY ORCHID Ard Al Zafraan's Oud 24 Hours is one of the many little-known gems produced in the Middle East. The bottle is nice and heavy, although a little tacky. There is too much information around the walls of the bottle, which results in a poor final image. The strange "look" is compensated for by the "comfortable feeling" when holding the bottle, as quality materials are used for the bottle, cap and sprayer. The perfume turns out to be a perfect blend that results in a fine, seductive oud fragrance. It's dark, mysterious, sensual and very elegant. Oud 24 Hours is like a gourmand dessert that you love and enjoy from start to finish. I'm not sure it's a showstopper, but it certainly attracts a lot of attention. In addition to its sensual and not cloying aroma, its above-average longevity and strong sillage help the lucky user stand out from the crowd. It lasts 12 hours and the sillage is enormous, filling a room for 2 to 3 hours and projecting close to a metre for another 2 to 3 hours. It's a unisex fragrance but develops a totally different effect on men and women. Strangely enough, it's almost as if it has a dual personality, because it's very masculine on men and evokes a lot of femininity on women. As noted by many reviewers, it is an "inspiration" of Tom Ford's Black Orchid and its strength is halfway between Black Orchid EDP and Parfum. In the drydown it's less harsh than Tom Ford's perfume, and because it's more civilised it's easier to wear for both men and women. The other differences I notice are the greater aggressiveness of the Ard Al Zaafaran fragrance in the opening with a very strong note of dark chocolate, and the fact that there is no oud in Black Orchid. Oud 24 Hours offers a sweet, domesticated and almost discreet oud, somewhat disguised by the notes of patchouli and sandalwood. If you find the harshness of the first five minutes cloying, don't worry. Five minutes won't take long at all. Top notes are bergamot, mandarin and dark chocolate; heart notes are spices, fruity notes, jasmine, gardenia and ylang-ylang; base notes are amber, incense, sandalwood, patchouli and agarwood. Although not listed, I detect a strong coconut vibe in the opening for a short time, and a very strong note of sweet vanilla in the base notes and drydown. At the opening, we're confronted with a pleasant note of dark, sweet chocolate (yes, some people don't like it). The chocolate note combines perfectly with the fruity and spicy notes that follow. Agarwood, patouchilli, incense and vanilla dominate most of the fragrance's longevity, particularly in the drydown. The notes behave very similarly to those found in Tom Ford Black Orchid perfume. Oud 24 Hours conveys an impression of exclusivity and distinction based on the strength of its persistent scent. I do adore this fragrance. Oud 24 Hours is a bit of a monster. A gentle monster in that it is a powerful fragrance where the initial blast goes BOOM but isn't overpowering or cloying. I immediately get the fruity notes which are expertly blended with the chocolate. The dark chocolate note is actually quite creamy but certainly has a dark quality to it. It's within this first whiff that I also get a subtle, slight tease of the amber and incense notes. After a few minutes, the patchouli note really starts to creep in and mingles really well with the chocolate and fruit. I'm constantly amazed how these three notes complement each other so well in this fragrance. The oud note is visible from the get-go but is very subtle compared to the other notes. For me, this is a bonus. It isn't overbearing and doesn't dominate the fragrance as a whole, it just sits quietly underneath, making its presence known but takes a back seat. The fragrance last an eternity on me (especially on clothing) and I have garnered many compliments when I wear it. It's definitely a firm favourite now and a must-have in my collection. Without repeating everything has been said before, by others (re TF's BO similarities) , I will add that it is incredibly similar to TF's BO. In my opinion though O24H is much nicer. Slightly softer but with equal longevity, if not more. Many TF fragrances don't particularly agree with my skin and it took me a long time to enjoy (some of) them after a bad testing experience when I was ill (long, boring story). Black Orchid is one of the TF fragrance that I genuinely really like. However, for me O24H comes out a winner in the comparison stakes, both in smell and certainly without question in price. Two weeks ago, I sprayed O24H on my wrist before going into Harvery Nichols store and rather sneakily went to the Tom Ford counter. I sprayed TF's Velvet Orchid on one of my wrists and then *pretended* to spray Black Orchid on the other wrist [on which I was wearing O24H]. I then cheekily asked the lady behind the counter to smell my wrists and asked if she could tell which one was Black Orchid. Immediately, she chose the wrist that had O24H on and said: "It's that one - it's my signature scent and I can tell it anywhere". That comment told me all I needed to know.

Just got this yesterday so I know it'll get stronger after it's sat for a while. I used to think that was just a myth but after getting a few Arabic clone perfumes that hardly smelled of anything at first that ended up being beast mode I've changed my mind. This isn't bad to start with though. It lasted on my hoodie well into the next day but had faded a bit compared to others I've got. The smell is very, very, similar to Black Orchid. I don't own Black Orchid but I've smelled it and I've got another dupe of it. It is missing that earthy truffle note and the slightly medicinal blackcurrant in the opening but it's not noticeable once it's dried down, they're identical in the air after a few minutes. Some people might even prefer it that way but I do like the liquoricey opening of Black Orchid and the other dupe I've got has that too so I'll layer it over the top of this. This one is more chocolatey so they both have things I prefer about each one. It's totally unisex but I can see why some women find it too masculine and some men find it too feminine. It's a strange one and I can totally see why some people find it too weird. I used to hate Black Orchid, for years, the first time I smelled it I realised I'd had a really cheap dupe of it a few years prior and I'd hated that at the time. However it's grown on me over the past year or so, my tastes have changed a lot, but I don't want to spend that much money when I can get 100ml of this for less than £15 and it came with a free body spray. This is chocolatey, rich, with incense, patchouli, spices, creamy florals (I could have sworn there was some rose in it), woody, slightly sweet but not sugary gourmand sweet, and just perfect for the winter. It smells like the inside of a hippie shop. You'll either love it or hate it. It's quite a distinctive scent. If you don't know whether you'll like Black Orchid then it's a great way of finding out without risking loads of money. As I said, I expect it to just get even stronger over the next few weeks and months so I think it's an absolute bargain. For me it's an everyday scent but I'd definitely wear it for a night out too, I think most people would say it's a night time sort of perfume and not "office friendly"

Thank you Fragrantica for adding the Ard Al Zaafaran brand to the database. Please add some more fragrances from this house - they are very good and worth exploring. I have been trying a lot of attars and Arabic fragrances and am regularly stunned by the quality and value for money they represent. Many - including Oud 24 Hours - are ridiculously cheap; for example, 20ml "pocket size" spray of this can currently be purchased for £2.99 including P&P from eBay UK. I bought 100ml in September and have worn it and gained many compliments several times since. I am testing this against TF Black Orchid official sample, not a decant (thank you Fragrantican swap partner, lovely Alex aka Planet_X for the sample). BO opens with peppery top notes and an almost minty/menthol smell. I picked up on a more dominant menthol note when I tested Velvet Orchid a few months ago (which I thought may be coming from the Peru balsam), but there's no balsam in BO, so there may be DNA common to both, which I can't quite identify. There's an almost cucumbery/earthy/bitter smell to the BO too, which may be coming from the tuber. This is not present in 24 Hours. Oud 24 Hours is smoother and sweeter than BO, for which reason I think it leans slightly more to the feminine. BO has a stronger presence and greater sillage from the outset. Oud 24 Hours could easily be Black Orchid's quieter non-identical twin. I know this may be considered heresy, but I think I prefer the Ard Al Zaafaran - and at £2.99 for 20ml, it is clearly FAR better value for money. I would not recommend buying BO from eBay unless you are very familiar with - and trust - the seller. There are a huge number of counterfeit perfumes for sale on eBay (and on Amazon) and if something seems too good to be true, the chances are that it is. Don't waste money on potentially fake BO - try Oud 24 Hours. I doubt many people will be able to tell the difference and you will save a LOT of money. Oud 24 Hours is currently for sale for £8.99 for 100ml EDP on eBay UK (admittedly this is a special offer, but it normally sells for roughly £12.00 for 100ml). Even if the longevity and sillage aren't as good as BO, you can happily re-spray every couple of hours and still save money.

First and foremost, I've never smelled TF black orchid. I'm interested in the DNA and accord structure alone, not the bottle or the luxury buying experience or the ingredient quality. Oud 24 Hours by AAZ is a wonderfully warm ambery chocolate thing that brings out some of my favorite things in amber fragrances. Below are a few things I noticed about this fragrance. 1. The vanilla is well blended into the composition and doesn't overpower the ambery facets. This doesn't smell like a vanilla gourmand. It smells expensive, a little boozy, and mysterious. 2. The florals are present, and they do not overpower the other notes. They are exceptionally well blended, and they aren't interfering with anything else. They're polite if you could call them that. 3. The patchouli is great. It's dark and blends well with the incense, amber, and woody notes. I've been looking for fragrances that have the trifecta of amber, incense, and patchouli, and this ticks my boxes. The incense here is clearly a perfumer's "take" on incense, and it doesn't smell like myrrh or olibanum resinoids are present. It lacks the pinenes and green terpenic facets of incense that I prefer, but that's not really the point of this fragrance. 4. The price point of this fragrance is incredible, especially considering the 100ml volume and the packaging, as well as the quality of the perfume. The packaging itself deserves a reward. The box is gorgeous and includes a spray aerosol deodorant. I think I paid under $30 to get this fragrance from Amazon. 5. The longevity isn't amazing, but it is serviceable and reasonable for the price point. There's maybe 4 hours of detection, and then it becomes a skin scent. I don't mind that. I recommend skin and clothing application for this one. Final thoughts: I think it takes the right confident person to wear this one. I'd ideally wear this at night, in any setting, at any age. Ideal for date night, dinner with family, or even at work, depending on how you spray it. This one isn't super fresh. To me, this is a nice, comfortable amber fragrance that has some woody, spicy, and semi-gourmand facets to it, and some nice creamy florals. Great price and ok longevity. 8.5/10 for me.

I've smelled black orchid once about a year ago in a Nordstrom when me and a friend were left unsupervised to try out all the testers in the store that caught our eye without the sales people bothering us as the store was about to close and this really stood out. My mother was running low on an Oscar De La Rente fragrance called "midnight amber" and when I smelled Tom Ford - Black Orchid I knew I had one job! I had to find a very good clone of it online! Obviously Oud 24 Hours and Midnight Amber are not exact notes or any of that but if you loved one you'll love the other. The body spray they give you is quite tiny but I appreciate it none the less. Here's a sigh of relief though. There is NO OUD. That's right! No stinky barn yards, no burnt paper! Nothing! North American or European women can pull this off without getting any smart ass comments from Karen in accounting! haha Karen your husband left you for the mailman! I wish they called this Orchid 24 or something. This could be worn by almost anyone. I'd MUCH rather this be worn by a woman but if you're a man and can pull off fragrances like the original invictus by Paco Rabanne or Toy Boy by Moschino you'll be fine. Of the three I like oud 24 hours the most. This is an easy fragrance to wear and I can see why black orchid is so popular. With only two sprays on as my mom goes light on the trigger for an hour it projected quite well. I can just imagine a 20 year old girl bathing in this. It's dark and warm an uplifting combination of spicy and sweet. You could read the notes. Especially those people voted for but it really just boils down to that. Colder weather and nights this is going to shine and I couldn't have picked a better time to buy this. My mom loved this from the first sniff.

A large Black African woman was checking we all had the correct documents to renew our motor vehicle licences as we stood in a monstrous queue outside the Post Office in Durban North. When it's my turn she takes my documents, stops, looks at me, leans closer and says: Woman: "Say yes." Vik: "Yes?" Woman: "Good. Now you're my boyfriend for today." 😅😂 She let out a loud bellowing laugh, which got the people around us chuckling, too😊 She moves on to the person behind me, and tells her: "Eish, this man is dressed to kill and is smelling good. I think he came just to see me." *more laughter*😂 Two hours later, as I left the Post Office, my new extra large Black girlfriend shouted: "See you next year, boyfriend!"😄😂 What a day I've just had! That woman made my day, and so did Oud 24 Hours. Nobody asked me what I was wearing, and in some way I was glad no-one did. Thing is, I might have fibbed and said Tom Ford's Black Orchid😉 And quite frankly, I would not have been totally wrong, because Oud 24 Hours is probably the most nailed-on clone of a fragrance I have ever worn. Amazing stuff. This is Black Orchid, folks, but with better projection and longevity. Only two sprays on my body, one on my coat. It's $15 for Oud 24 Hours, but the quality is as good as the Tom Ford offering. If you're a fan of Black Orchid, you just have to get Oud 24 Hours⭐ Seriously thinking about sending that woman at the Post Office flowers and a basket of goodies. She made standing in a queue for two hours a pleasure, boosted my ego, made my week✨

Black Orchid has been my signature scent for a few years now, so I am pretty familiar with the scent profile. Oud 24 Hours is extremely similar. During the initial 10 minutes I seriously cannot tell the difference between the two fragrances in the opening. As the fragrance starts to dry down and I sniff my arm roughly 20 times over and over I can detect something is slightly off in the balance of notes and this is indeed not my Black Orchid. But it's highly unlikely that someone who does not wear BO regularly will be able to tell the difference. Hands down, this has to be the best clone fragrance I've ever smelled. Fast forward a few hours ahead, the final stage drydown is a bit less in your face and perhaps more practically wearable. Many of the reviewers here have complained about extremely weak performance. I can happily say that this is not the case with my bottle. The original BO is absolutely nuclear when it comes to both sillage and longevity. Oud 24 Hours is not on the same level. On skin I can get 5-6 hours, on fabric it's at least a whole day. This is by no means bad performance, and for the price I cannot be mad. A lot of designer fragrances with 100€+ price tags perform worse! You can get a bottle of Oud 24 Hours for 1/6th of the price of Tom Ford, which is arguably the best thing about this frag release. personal tip: layer with YSL Opium EDP or another smoky myrrh/incense fragrance for an extra punch and additional depth!

Very likeable! I can't imagine anyone of either sex would be offended by this or dislike it; it is a very socially positive and fun scent. Laurentiu20's experience and description is pretty much mine as well. I would caution, though, that this is more sweet/floral/gourmand than it is woody/spicy. This makes me want to label it feminine-leaning. That said I am totally comfortable wearing this as a man. I just really like it and can see wearing it casually for a variety of social occasions. I am quite pleased at the quality and character of this scent especially vs. its cost. Recommended. Addendum: Over time this has moved from a "like" to a "love" for me. I find it more than a little addicting. Although I have always liked the chocolate mint opening and sweet, fruity mid, it is the spiciness and woodiness (especially in the dry down) in combination with them that really has made this a special and lovable scent to me. The oil roll-on will accentuate the sweetness, chocolate minty, and floral notes. The spray will bring much more of the woodiness and spice. I was wrong to state that this is more sweet and gourmand than woody and spicy. It is a beautiful combination of all of these. It is not a masterpiece but I don't care. I love it regardless.

This fragrance to me is the epitome of what it is to be a clone; it's damn cheap, easy to find and my god does it smell so damn close to the original. I've haven't worn it all that much because I see it as a fancy outing kind of fragrance, but I do love it immensely. It's dense, sophisticated, elegant and smells delicious. Those upfront floral notes of Lily of the Valley and Gardenia are so fresh and wonderful (I grew up with both flowers growing in my mother's garden so i'm very familiar) while the dense backbone of the fragrance is that delicious dark chocolate and wood, undercut by orange really balances out the fragrance so that (at least for me) it's neither overly masculine or feminine. I happened to be in Sydney David Jones late last year and even though I knew it was a clone of Black Orchid, I had never actually smelt the original so I gave it a go and was genuinely shocked at how unbelievably close Oud 24 was to Black Orchid. I will say it's probably not a safe blind buy, so go into your local department store and see if they have the Tom Ford on display and if you like it then I would say Oud 24 is a no brainer unless you are made of money and wish the buy the original for that barely discernible difference.

I've had this for a few months now and haven't used it much but since the weather will (hopefully) be warming up soon and it's been particularly cold lately I decided to make the most of using some of my winter perfumes and went for this yesterday. It's so good now it's had a few months to sit. It's gotten way stronger and holds up so well in the cold weather where other scents need heat to really shine and last. I layer it with the body spray and a Milton Lloyd Black Orchid dupe as that has the more fruity opening and liquorice smell. Together they're divine but this on it's own is banging enough. It's really chocolatey now, thick, spicy, woody and just mmm, gourmand but in a darker way. Very head shop smelling like you've had incense burning all day. So glad I bought this. It's an absolute steal for how good it is. I can't believe I ever didn't like Black Orchid now and this is pretty close to it. I'll be wearing this for a while now I think.

I just blind bought a 20ml parfum spray travel size based on reviews and similarity to Black Orchid, which I absolutely love but can't afford. Its so close to BO and to my nose smells almost the same. On its own its a great scent and distinctly different from my other perfumes, especially designer fragrances which are so common smelling. I smell a lot of plum, its dark, a little sweet (plum) and slightly woody- simply heavenly! The price point is fantastic, bought this for SGD6. I would wear it anytime here in tropical Singapore. The downside is it doesn't last long or project well - a reviewer below says the glass bottle version is different from plastic and mine is plastic, that could be the reason. Its a skin scent for me and fades after an hour. Regardless, for the price can't complain. If you want a Black orchid type scent, this is a great choice. Am off to buy the bottle version now :)

I bought mine in 2017 and have used it so much the print on the bottle has worn down- and it's still half full at least. The free mini can of deodorant it came with was surprisingly lovely too. It brings me a lot of joy to spray this, it's my self care scent and I don't wear it out (not on purpose anyway). It's rich and soft and it's honestly just beautiful. It's like a hug in a bottle for me and I get that safe feeling in my chest when I smell it. And oh my word does it last for ever- I can spritz it twice in the air and walk through the mist and my hair will still smell like it after it's been washed. Clothes too. It's stronger and richer than Black Orchid, which I don't actually like as I find it's too subtle and powdery on my skin. Black Orchid smells like eyeshadow to me. Oud 24h is a predominantly sweet woods and spiced mandarin, oud oriental, and very much worth blind buying!

Oud 24 hours is a deep, dark chocolate scent for winter wear. As everyone has pointed out, this is very close to Tom Ford Black Orchid (TFBO). Starts out as Dark Chocolate with mild orange notes, drying down to fruit, amber and spices. In the late stage I get Amber, incense and patchouli, the dark chocolate stays throughout the life of the fragrance. Not as complex as TFBO, but complex enough if you’re anything but a fragrance connoisseur. Lasts around 8hrs on my skin, projects like a beast and has great sillage. Definitely a date night scent, colder weather and for close encounters, however for intimate encounters, 2 sprays are more than enough and wait an hour or so for the dry down. TL:DR: Deep, Dark chocolate, spice, patchouli and Amber for close encounters, date night on a cold evening. 2 sprays for intimate encounters. Rating: 4.25/5

Black Orchid is my favourite fragrance, but i only have a decant of it so i decided to buy this for everyday use. Oud 24 hours is not so pungent as Black Orchid. It is more discrete, but it's still unmistakenly a clone. It smells like Black Orchid in the late drydown. For some people this might even be better because it's not so agressive. To summarize this i'm very satisfied with this fragrance. It smells like black orchid, especially in the air. Some people say it's weak but i don't experience this problem, it lasts a good 6-8 hours with moderate projection. It's obviously weaker than orchid but for this price, it's ridiculous to complain. I highly recommend this one. I can enjoy the smell of BO any time without having to use up my decant. If you like BO but can't afford it yet, this is your best option by far.

Oh my. I haven't smelled the real Tom Ford Black Orchid but I've smelled many dupes of it and this by far is the strongest candidate. This is a beast. Very long lasting and radiates everywhere. People will be smelling you before they see you. I sprayed it on a piece of paper which I left on the desk overnight and suddenly the next morning I noticed that everything smelled like Oud 24 hours, even the tissues in the box! It has a prominent chocolatey note which I'm not complaining about because it does a great job of balancing out the woodiness. It is a unisex perfume and I think would suit men and women equally. Amazing price and overall a great heavy perfume (but in a good way) to add to your collection, especially if you like ouds and woody fragrances that have some sweetness to them. Great stuff!

A great low price middle eastern fragrance. It lasts well enough, I get about 8h, it projects reasonably but not huge. Sweet but not sickly, complex enough to not feel overly simple. Does not smell synthetic to my nose (despite almost certainly being made of synthetics at the price). Having smelled them side by side, aside from the truffle and more naturals and dynamism in the opening, this is very close to Tom Ford's Black Orchid. As BO isn't the most expensive Tom Ford and it has nuclear performance, I'd urge you to try the real thing, but Oud 24h is a good "tester" to see if you like the Black Orchid DNA. Genuinely unisex in my opinion. It's likeable and slightly different without having anything too weird going on. Is it a scent for life? Probably not. Will I use the entire bottle, definitely.

I actually really like this, especially for the meagre pricing. I'm a big fan of Tom Ford Black Orchid EDP and parfum. Oud 24 Hours is softer and less edgy in the opening than Black Orchid EDP. It doesn't have the performance of the original sadly, so you'll need to REALLY overspray (and/or carry a decant for reapplication). For the low price it commands, and as a decent Black Orchid dupe, I have to give it a: 8/10 TLDR: Impressively reminiscent of the Tom Ford, but it doesn't last very long at all on my skin. P.S. I will ALWAYS take the real Black Orchid above this though (and encourage you to, so I can smell you wearing it!), as it's 100% the superior fragrance. It's just good that there's a decent version of it for those on a budget.

This perfume satisfied my perfume craving this week. I tried to find a good woody, leathery, and pepper-ish perfume this week so I had to order lots of decants and this checked the whole list !! Perfectly unisex and weird It smells like a lot of things, such as: - Philosykos without the leafy-green and sappy qualities - A brand new car’s leather seats - Little trees car air freshener - Vaseline petroleum jelly - Pink eraser - Varnish - Cockroaches But I mean these in an ironically good way !! It’s weirdly fresh and light !! I thought it was going to be an atomic choking hazard but no 🫶🏻 it can totally be worn everyday I AM AMAZED ???????!!!??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!,

Just some short reviews for this sweatheart, not trying to hype. I am from anti stage:))) - Loved or hated fragance. I really hated it at the first sniff and thought this is a failed blind-buy but getting flirts recently.❤️ - This have improved so smooth after a few months. - Absolutely more than 12h lasting. I mean that is the "eternal" level. Stronger than before. - Greatest sillage in my collection. - Unstoppable drydown. So elegant and sexy. This work so well on me and my darling. Unisex? Yes, sure. Yeah, maybe some people or a lots hate it when others trying to copying the original creation. Relax, this is cheap. It works. And..."WORTH"

First of all, I love Black Orchid. Its one of my signature scent and i think its a true masterpiece. Is this similar to BO? Yes, it is. Is it a perfect clone? No, it isnt. Is that bad? No at all. Oud 24 hours is a very very pleaseful scent that reminds the chocolate+floral that made BO famous but in a personal way. It lacks the depth and the nuances of the original and the greatest vulnerability is its performance. I think this is a great scent anyway with an insane value. If you are searching a perfect clone you will be Maybe disappointed, but if you are searching an elegant, gentle and pleasant scent you wont regret a single cent.

When I first got an oil clone of Black Orchid around 15 years ago I thought it smelled fantastic, but definitely feminine. I thought what man could possibly wear this maybe Prince? Fast forward a few years and mens fragrances started smelling just about as feminine as that Black Orchid clone. So I figured I'd try a proper normal dupe of Black Orchid. So I got this one Oud 24hrs. Well it smells very much like that old Hayward Enterprises oil clone I had, but this has more patchouli(good thing), and has A-Men vibes. This is very nice, but not as strong as I expected, but plenty strong enough. It's a black currant and patchouli bomb.

I had to change my rating from “Long lasting” to “Eternal”. Considering Fragrantica’s logic, it’d be unfair if I rate this “long lasting” when this BEAST stays ‘12+ hrs’ on my skin! Smells amazing too. Sweeter than Black orchid, in my opinion. NOTE- Even though it’s impossible, but If you have the 100ml original juice and you are experiencing poor performance, my advice is allow it sit for a while, the performance would surface soon! Don’t review the longevity of this fragrance with the oil version or the 50ML plastic bottle version!!!! In my experience, those ain’t the same concentration and formula as the 100ML original Juice.

Clone Time (after 3 months of home maceration) Tom Ford Black Orchid - 95% close. Smelled them side by side. Classy and elegant for night time wear - preferably in the colder months. Niche and you stand out as this dark chocolate smell is quite sophisticated. I would buy it again. Be careful not to overspray on 1 spot, it turns very animalic. Lasts 6-8h on my skin, much much longer on clothes (takes 2 washes to get it fully out) with monstrous opening projection then a calmer 1-2ft scent bubble on drydown. Great dupe of Black Orchid, differences are insignificant as Oud 24 Hours is creamier (less striking) and maybe more masculine. 10/10 would recommend as a winter/fall fragrance, but not office-friendly at all due to the scent profile and sillage. Don't be alarmed if you go nose-blind to it, it's still there and others can smell it. You'll get whiffs of it throughout the day.

So I bought the 50 ml bottle for $13 plus shipping. So I just want to take a moment to appreciate the price. Now that that is out of the way, I must say I am impressed! I don’t own Black Orchid but I have smelled it. This does feel very similar. Maybe if you did a side by side comparison there are slight differences but, dupe or not I really enjoy this scent. It’s beautiful, just the right amount of sweetness and depth with some floral notes to freshen and brighten it up. This is really nice! If you like Black Orchid, but not the price, I’d say this is probably a safe blind buy. I’m happy to have it!

If you like Black Orchid and most of its variants, then you'll also like this. Strong, sweet, very intense woody Oud. Projection is arm's length, sillage and longevity are both short...on me anyway, about 3 hours. Short in everything except fragrance, it does smell epic. I'm never without a bottle of this, as soon as I'm down to a third I get another. (By holding a bright torch to the bottle you can see the amount inside) Overall, out of all the Oud frags I've bought this is the best by far. It does wear close to the skin not projecting far. Great price, nice bottle, great packaging!

Just a heads up for anyone who has the 50ml or is thinking of getting it. The smaller bottles of all these types of scents are said to be much weaker and watered down. I don't know if it's definitely true but I've seen enough people saying it now to put me off buying one. I've seen people saying they've got Oud For Glory in a 50ml bottle and it's super weak compared to the bigger one in the proper bottle so it's likely the same with this. Just pay a few extra pounds for the full size and be sure what you're getting definitely isn't watered down.

When I first sprayed this on my wrist, I was confused and I told myself: Is this a Le Male dupe? Because it can't be, it smelled way too much like Le Male I let it sit for around half an hour on myself and oh boy, this turned into a carbon copy of Black Orchid, absolute cinema. If you love Black Orchid and you don't want to break the bank and smell exactly like Black Orchid this one is for you, no joke, it really does smell like the OG Black Orchid. Longevity and projection, beast mode for me, for $14 this is hard to beat

For me, this is a hidden gem. While it's not a perfect clone of TF Black Orchid, It gets most of the way there (IMO) for a fraction of the price. 8+ hours on skin AND clothes. Great for cooler weather and I always get compliments. If you're a fan of TF but aren't crazy about the prices, check out the Maison Alhambra TF clones. (Woody Oud, Fabulo Intense, Bright Peach, Lovely Cherie, Rose Petals) I haven't bought a bad one yet. I've learned to avoid Fragrance World - they start out nice but are quickly gone, unfortunately.

I have never smelled Tom Ford's Black Orchid. This fragrance for me is chocolate and spice driven with wafts of gardenia and spicy florals. If you want to smell mysterious and expensive this is the way to go. The quality for the price is just amazing. This fragrance is not for the shy man or woman. Its fierce and for me, its a beast both in projection of the scent bubble around you and its longevity. Definitely a unisex fragrance and will be loved or hated depending on your tastes by both. For me she is a Love.

Extremely well-made and intoxicating smell. It opens with chocolatey citrus blast which quickly settles into fruity flowery alluring smell to end with strong patchouli, which is just heavenly. That mix of patchouli with hint of white flowers is phenomenal. Initially little bit tobacco like present, adding to masculine seductive side. But definitely unisex. Performance is ok, and doesn't project much but who cares! Its so exhilarating that you want to smell more and more of it, unforgettable dry down.

To me this is very veryy close to the real thing! Of course all clones fall back a couple percent or so but to any common person this is just dead on black orchid! I love it so much that Ive removed the og from my wishlist and I already have a decant of it but this will scratch the itch for the full bottle easily! The body spray it comes with is a great bonus too Performance definitely improved after a couple weeks and I still have it in a closet getting ready to daily it as winter approaches

Very much resembles Tom Ford Black Orchid. It does however have an unpleasant opening!? There is a top note that overwhelms me in the first few minutes of the opening. I don't know what it is, but have smelled it in 40s-60's older fragrances. Fortunately, the note disapates and or blends and is no longer noticeable; The elixir dries down to the Parfum Magnifique that surpases it's dime store price tag! A must for anyone who enjoys a rich & creamy, mocha floral. Happy Smells to You All!

Ignore all reviews and listen to me :) It’s 95% black orchid I own both I love them both the same Black orchid bit more potent but I’m sure you won’t even Tell the difference after 2 min of applying. Maybe oud 24 bit more powdery which is a good thing. What an amazing fragrance Can’t believe I got it for that price. Don’t think twice and buy one or even two Since you pay for shipping already and it’s so cheap. Unbelievable that all I have to say. I solute this company no words

Scent is really, really, really close to Tom Ford's Black Orchid. In the opening, they are indistinguishable up close and in the air. Same projection. Drydown, Black Orchid feels smoother. Longevity, Oud 24 Hours is longer. Price, Oud 24 Hours beats Black Orchid obviously. Oud 24 Hours is literally Black Orchid in a different bottle and with a lower price. They are extremely identical, this is my honest opinion, and I don't get why people disagree.

I love spicy fragrances, I love woody fragrances, I love sweet fragrances; all three in a bottle right here, spicy, woody & sweet. Cheap and good smelling, it was gifted to me two days ago and today I'm wearing it for the first time. The smell is strong and invading, I begin to go nose blind quick but people around me can still identify it on me. I have high hopes for this to get me through the day, only 2 sprays application✌

This is a very good scent, i compared with the original black orchid and it's just INSANE how it performs, it's louder, and lasts longer, i cant believe it!!!!! There's a little bit of the deph of the sandalwood missing on this one comparing to the original, but it's almost not perceptible, i would say its 98% spot on, i'm getting some backup bottles, this thing is nuclear! It lasts for days on my clothes, it's shocking!

A great fragrance, almost unbelievable for the price. But don't buy it blindly. You have to like floral notes, which many men find overwhelming or too feminine. In microblogs, I use it more for personal enjoyment than for public use. I've also found it interesting to layer it with an animalic leather fragrance, softening the result without losing the masculine aspect. Don't over-spray.

I dont know the Black Orchid by TF but this OUD 24hours is so exquisite! REally really love it and I had several time without being sorprised by a perfume... for me this is very well blend aroma, sweet and mature. I own close to 250 fragrances, this is my go to Autumn scent. It's so so good, a fantastic clone of TOM FORD Black Orchid. I get around 10 hrs projection with it and 15hrs skin scent. Along with OUD 24 Majestic Gold, it's the best value for money fragrance you can get. The spray can is awesome too. Buy it !

Mmm.. Smells so good like you are an edible dark chocolate. Only issue is the longevity but for some reason my skin tend to hold fragrances for long anyway surprisingly I got around 10 hours of longevity but this can’t be for all. Pair this with it’s body spray and you will smell pristine all day

Recently, I was trying to order shams al emarat khususi and the person sent me a rollerball of this instead. I tried it a couple times and now I love it. I like some extra patchouli layered with it so it’s less sweet. I used to be such a hater of black orchid by tf, now I suddenly like this dna 🧬

As others have said, this is Tom Ford Black Orchid at a HUGE discount. You'll pay one-tenth of the price for Tom Ford, but you'll smell like you're wearing the expensive fragrance. I actually like this better than Black Orchid, and I have both. The TF version smells much more funerary.

Spot on cloning Black Orchid with just a hint more sweetness which isn't bad at all because it helps last more on skin and clothes, the DNA is identical even the baby wipes hint from the fuity notes when it tends to end its journey on your skin, 9/10 fragrance, the price is a steal.

Don't buy this based on notes mentioned on Fragrantica. It is a basic middle-eastern fragrance. I get some oud and some spices and nothing pleasant. I don't regret spending 15 bucks though. In contrast , Ard al Zafran 24 hours majestic gold is a masterpiece at same price point.

@jesseh - When I first got this I had a similar experience to yours for the first few wearings. Keep at it and once you get some more air in the bottle the strength/sillage/projection problem you are having should correct itself.

For me this has a strong Gardenia note. I smell it all the way through mid dry down. This is a very masculine way of wearing gardenia. I like layering this with Zara Acting Out, Adding more mandarin and spice to the mix.

Wow... What an amazing fragrance at an amazing value. Almost similar to Tom ford Black Orchid. I have both and I can not differentiate them. It was just £12 .....I can not expect this Gem at this price.
