Antiquity II Attar

Antiquity opens with a blast of beautiful peach, aldehyde, and bergamot, before transitioning into the heart of Angelica seed (which added warmth & spiciness), cambodian oud (the oud isn't prominent at all, it's only there to enhance the composition), patchouli, violet leaf, and carnation. But the powdery carnation & violet leaf with a touch of patchouli are more pronounced in the heart to the drydown, and the heart has this feel of Ottoman Empire's DNA slightly but this feel isn't there for too long though. However, they're not identical. Then, in the base, the Attar settles on the bed of breathtaking dear musk, oakmoss, patchouli, leather, and powdery carnation. The drydown is musky, powdery, mossy, and slightly leathery. This is more like pure "Russian Adam's" style for those who know his taste. It's beautifully smooth and well blended. In fact, this one will take you on a ride & the longevity is extremely solid💯 🔥🔥

Antiquity Part II, Attar. As for the Attar, it smells less fruity, more base-heavy, spicy, almost bringing back some of the leather and dusty qualities from the original extrait, but without fully committing. I think for people who loved the original, or don’t fancy peach accords, the attar is the way to go. It does sit closer to the skin with a richer profile, and I personally prefer it over the extrait.
