Plush Vanilla

Sweet, vanilla, woody, warm, powdery, balsamic, musky, feminine, sensual, seductive, charming, whimsical, dreamy, delightful, alluring, tempting, inviting, cozy, comforting This is such a pretty fragrance! A sweet, warm, and powdery vanilla laced with warm golden amber, cozy cashmere wood, creamy sandalwood, and delicate orange blossom. This feels feminine to me and like it would suit women of any age. It feels most fitting for the colder weather of fall and winter thanks to its cozy warm and woody scent. It’s an easy reach that is mostly non-offensive. I think it’s fitting for most occasions from casual to date nights, and including work and/or school. It’s definitely not anything groundbreaking, and there’s quite a few fragrances with very similar scent profiles. Overall, it is a really nice scent! I do own some other fragrances with this scent profile that are very similar to this one, so I’m glad I only purchased the travel spray. Even though I do enjoy this, honestly it’s something that I could have passed on since it feels like I already own it. I agree that a lot of the fragrances in the “reminds me” section share similarities, Vanilla Skin, Bare Vanilla, Bare Vanilla Sueded, SDJ 59, Cashmere & Vanilla Essence, Bonfire Bash, Vanilla Romance, and even slightly By the Fireplace. This feels extremely similar to Vanilla Skin, unfortunately so much so that I can barely tell a difference. I also find Kayali The Wedding Silk Santal and BBW Wicked Vanilla Woods to be quite similar. Let's get this out of the way: the bottle is not saying luxury or special. The sprayer is not great. The font is boring; the design is plain. It's also boring next to this celebrity's other perfume bottles in the store. The advertising campaign, presentation and the bottle design don't really blow me away, either. But I like the color purple, which is the whole reason I sprayed it in store in the first place (which led to me spraying it at the store every time I went by the store and ultimately purchasing it for myself. Sephora has a set out right now where you can get the bottle and a travel spray for the price of the bottle +$5 so I went with that. May this one never be discontinued, but I'll have plenty.) I have literally only ever bought gray market or pre-owned perfumes for 10 years, but this one made me buy new. The size of the bottle is huge, which is excellent, because I really, really love this fragrance. It is delicious vanilla and fancy woods, and I can't get enough of it. I like it better than Phlur's Vanilla Skin because this one is sweeter and I'm a sweet gourmands fan. The woods are very strong at first, but hours later, you smell perfect vanilla ice cream. It's not a super overpowering scent, so you won't be gassing your coworkers with one spray. It's soft and pleasant, but I would say it has decent staying power.

Wearing it for the first time today and I really like it. It reminds me of a vanilla Starbucks latte in a bottle... Creamy, sweet, coffee. It is a very light and flirty sweet scent that has a little extra depth and sophistication with the coffee note on my skin. I know coffee isn’t listed as an accord and I don’t see anyone else mentioning it, so I feel like I got lucky with our combined chemistry as I am a big coffee lover - internally and externally :) I can see myself wearing this every day as a hair scent. It makes me feel soft, pretty, and cozy. 9/10 *Edit - I’ve gotten more compliments on this perfume than any other so far (after wearing it for about a week). I also compared it to vanilla skin after reading that it’s a dupe, and for me, plush vanilla is a better scent, hands down - it’s less synthetic smelling, has better longevity and silage, and a better scent profile for my chemistry. Extremely similar, but no comparison .

In store, I was immediately thrown off by the woodiness. I absolutely get the Vanilla Skin and Sol 59 comparisons, but it is softer and sweeter than both. While I was initially disappointed, the next morning I smelled the hoodie I sprayed it on and the creamy vanilla notes were all that remained with no trace of woodiness (which I personally enjoy more). Overall, I see why it’s a part of the more sophisticated lovenotes line compared to the youthful fragrances she’s known for (though I wish the bottle also had the same label compared to the cheap screen printed one on plush vanilla). I think Cherry Eclipse is the stronger 2025 release, Plush Vanilla I see as a really good safe reliable everyday pick. I think it’s work friendly, somewhat layerable, and a great value. It’s not EOS Vanilla Cashmere in perfume form I was expecting/hoping for, but it is a hit in its own right.

this reminds me of eos vanilla cashmere lotion if it were woody and sugarier. the woodiness does die down after some time and turns into a creamy, sweet, almost marshmallow-y scent. it’s also slightly musky. this would be a nice signature or everyday perfume, it’s a very straightforward vanilla. not “in your face” enough to bother people around you in public settings, but pleasant enough for others to think you smell good. longevity is around 6-8 hours on my skin, but i smell it on my clothing/hair longer than that (i do have a very sensitive nose though) i could see this working year round regardless of the season. i def feel bubblier when i wear this! if you love AG perfumes or love sweet vanilla scents plush vanilla is a good buy. i’m glad i have this, but i don’t think anyone NEEDS this if they already have a vanilla/marshmallow perfume they love.
