ARMAF X Christian Provenzano III

I’ve never smelled jardin d’amalfi or neroli portofino so i will not be making any comparisons. This fragrance is so juicy though, and looking at the notes and accords may help me understand what i’m smelling but did not give me any hint that it would smell like what i’m smelling. I’m not sure how to describe it, it just smells like your smelling a bag of blue jolly ranchers or a bowl of blue jello. It was a blind buy but i decided to trust it since it was collaborated with Christian Provenzano, and the quality is definitely higher than i would expect from a clone house and overall i am happy with my purchase. Ok so for this one I had really high hopes and it let me down, but only because the original “ creed jardin d'amalfi” is such a well blended masterpiece lol, this is a good fragrance, don’t get me wrong. It’s definitely niche quality, there is no doubt about it. I just wish it were closer to the original lol. What you do get is a wonderful Citrus, white floral and neroli fragrance that settles into a soft woody musk base. Non-offensive and lovely.. UPDATE: after letting it mature on the shelf for a couple months in typical middle eastern fashion, it’s some how magically way better then where it started lol, it’s allot closer to the original now and I think I’m going to buy another bottle 🤣

I buy this because i saw its close to neroli portofino and this is not for me i think its more feminine i give it to my wife and it projects better to her body

Yes the neroli really comes through but it does not smell like Neroli Portofino or Bleu at all. Its good and inoffensive if not a little generic smelling

I ordered this perfume blindly, fully expecting to be blown away by a masterpiece. When it arrived, the packaging was sleek and undeniably luxurious, and the bottle itself is exceptionally unique—even the typography is spot on. However, the scent itself is absolutely awful. I expected a professional, high-caliber creation from Venzano, but this feels like a product thrown together out of sheer carelessness, rather than something special or even remotely competitive. Right off the bat, it gives off a heavy, industrial aroma reminiscent of food-processing factories. Then, after 3 to 4 minutes, it abruptly shifts into a sharp, squeaky-clean shampoo scent that literally evokes the feeling of soap suds and standing under a showerhead! In my opinion, a perfumer's true mission is to craft a fragrance that enhances the wearer's personal style and aura—not one that works completely against it. Unfortunately, this perfume does exactly the opposite. For the price point, there are vastly superior options available on the market that you could easily buy instead. To be completely honest about the note transitions, quality, and projection: the notes are sharp and pungent—this is undeniably a strong, in-your-face fragrance—but it has absolutely no elegance, smoothness, or gentleness to it. Longevity, to its credit, is decent (it even held up in 50°C heat, which I actually experienced). However, the transitions between notes happen abruptly, rapidly, and almost instantaneously, with no natural progression whatsoever. It gives the wearer zero time to actually appreciate or connect with the fragrance's mood and character—which is a massive, glaring flaw for a perfumer of this stature. All in all, I am completely unsatisfied with this purchase. I will definitely not be repurchasing or refilling this one. My sincere advice to anyone considering it: if you don't have direct access to a tester, make sure you find a place that offers a decant first. Spend some real time with it on your skin before you commit to buying it—so you don't end up as blindsided and disappointed as I was.
