Club de Nuit Iconic Extrait de Parfum

This fragrance is interesting to my nose. It’s like a BDC greatest hits in a single bottle. Is a 1:1 of BDC? No. Is this a 1:1 of BDC Parfum? No. Is it a 1:1 of BDC L’Exclusif? No. It’s like they took small parts of all 3 and blended them together to make something inspired. I have wore all of the BDCs and this an amazing inspired fragrance in my opinion. The more I smell it I think it leans heavier to BDC edt/parfum with a touch of L’Exclusif. Against a lot of other popular opinions L’Exclusif is my favorite in the BDC line. There something unique about it that’s hard to explain, I just have a different confidence when I wear it. It doesn’t last long on me though and for that reason a lone I can’t justify the asking price. One thing about Iconic Extrait is that it allows me to experience all the things I like in the BDC line in a single wear. My collection is over 90% designer and it takes a lot for me to stray unless it’s something special. I own it and highly recommend if you like the BDC DNA. Clone of nothing, but a greatest hits of them all. This and Seasons Drift have filled the L’Exclusif gap................for now.. Pick this up.

Blue Iconic original always has been a solid fragrance that held the essence of BDC but play it easygoing by being forward on the pink pepper and citrus. Weirdly enough this is just Blue Iconic but changes the balance to lift up the amber wood notes. So I rather say this is just an interpretation on making the DNA heavier with a long-lasting body rather trying to be a BDC Parfum or L'Exclusif. Overall more smoother and creamier. Still remiscents of that grapefruit and melon but there is not a lift to distinguish too much. 8 to 9 hours of holding on skin With nice sillage for 3 hours (honestly crazy for an extrait) More versatile than the original because I would rock this at a date 100% Also I like to note I've never came across a dupe that really tries to smell like Chanel anyway, they obviously hold their aldehydes a secret.

I own both iconic and iconic extrait. I like this one better overall. The opening in the original is better but honestly, who cares about the opening when it’s over so fast anyways. Extrait shines in its smoother scent profile and insane longevity! It’s perfect for work as it lasts all day but doesn’t overwhelm or project too much. It stays about an arms reach away with projection and leaves a nice scent trail whenever you move around. Great everyday and every occasion type of scent!

This to me this is a BDC inspired fragrance, it is not a very citrus opening actually pretty smooth. Through the mids it picks up some mellow fruitiness and in the dry down sweet, fresh and some amber. All seasons and anytime. It lasts 8+ hours and the silage is moderate for about 2 to 3 hours then becomes a little more close, but you still leave a trail. If you like a decent priced Blue fragrance that is inspired by the BDC DNA, this would be for you.

I've bleu de chanel edp & parfum, this smells 70% edp & 30% parfum at dry down, Initially there's some alcohol blast and synthetic feel but during dry down you can feel quality ingredients, no one can beat chanel quality but you can definitely feel BDC notes, longevity is good with moderate projection. Edit :- After mecerating for 3 months quality is improved and initial alcohol blast is gone, Now it's 90% close to l'exclusif.

Absolutely beast mode frag. This is a great blue frag with a thick dry down that lasts a long time. I say thick but it is never cloying. This could work year-round for sure. I have never smelled any BDC flankers besides the OG but it doesn't matter, its still a great frag. Off the rip, I can tell it needs time to sit but its still great for the price and performance. I have taken showers and this stuff is still on me.

This stuff is my jam now. It smells like citrus soda and smokey incense with a bit of creamy powder. The performance seems great as well. I haven't tried the original iconic, but I know I like this. Edit: I washed a short I sprayed it on and it came out still smelling like it. Also, other shirts smelled like it. This stuff is a beast

Iconic extrait tones down most of the citric aspects while being more amber focus, this is excellent quality and not screechy loud, loving this as my daily main work fragrance!!

Smoother, inoffensive, less projecting version of the original iconic. Less brightness in the opening, which I don't much enjoy, but is a much more refined experience overall than the original. A fine anytime anywhere fragrance but doesn't offer much if you're desiring projection or presence. Tempted to say it's an overall downgrade from the original in terms of how much I enjoy it, since my favorite part of the original is the opening, but it balances it out by smoothing out the transition into the incense much more, which I did find a little rough. I will give it some grace though, this is a brand new bottle, so I'll update this after it's had some time to masturbacerate a little.

I like it just fine without worrying about comparing it to other fragrances. When I consider what else is available for a similar price, its just ok. There are a lot of options out there in this price range that have a similar vibe, and this one does not stand out from the rest. If you want a perfect clone, its not this. If you want a woody-citrusy blue fragrance, yeah this is decent.

Nunca he olido el CDN Iconic original, mucho menos el BDC, la salida tiene cierto aroma a viruta de maderas además de un olor alcohólico bastante notorio, no sé si debo dejar macerar o si me llegó un clon, no dura más allá de 4 horas aún en ropa Ya en el secado es un olor agradable, aunque de cierta manera me recuerda al MYSLF Le Parfum de YSL

A very good blend of L'exclusif and Bleu De Chanel EDP. Longevity is good very smooth opening but my ole lady loves when i'm wearing it so far. i hope they do a Extrait for "untold" next.

Fresh blue and woody. I think i would've liked more citrus as It didn't wow me but it smells good. 7.8/10

Never tried the original Iconic but I own BDC Parfum and it has been my signature since it released, been through 3 x 3.4oz bottles of BDC Parfum so that scent is registered inside every cell in my body and it confuses me to my core when people consider it be "really" close to any BDC flanker cause its not even remotely "close" to any of em. This fragrance is an OK woody/ambery fragrance of its own which takes 5% nuances from Dylan Blue, 5% BDC Parfum, and 10% BDC l'exclusif. Performance is nothing to boast about as it does last long on skin 8 hours or so but doesn't even project over 10 inches after first 20 mins. Waste of money, do yourself a favor n get real thing, there can be other accurate clones out there but there's nothing that come even half as close as BDC Parfum and L'exclusif. Id give this 5/10

I got mine at Marshalls, and it smells like nothing. Weak with very little projection. It will give it a little time to macerate. As of right now, this is a regret

Here is my honest review for Fragrantica: In this review, first I'll share a review of my experience wearing the new 2026 release of Club De Nuit Iconic Extrait. Afterwards I'll compare Extrait to the OG Bleu De Chanel EDP. Lastly, I'll give a short conclusion on my thoughts. My review: I personally really like CDN Iconic Extrait a lot. I unfortunately have not tried the first Iconic they released in 2022. So the only thing I can compare this to is the bottle of Chanel Bleu Eau De Parfum that I own. Freshies are what drew me into fragrances, and even though I have started to acquire a deeper love for more complex fragrance such as Bond No. 9 Lafayette Street, I will always have a special place for my freshies. This fragrance is so easy to wear, (as long as you take it easy with the sprays). Longevity is great. I sprayed it on at 10am and I could smell get whiffs of it in the air near 6pm. In fact, I fell asleep wearing the fragrance because of my long day, and I could smell it pretty strong on my arm the next day when I woke up. I can tell I went nose blind in the first few hours, as I couldn't smell it projecting like crazy. But my coworkers confirmed they could still smell it very strongly. Hours later, I started to get those constant whiffs of it making me realize this fragrance is so strong it's super easy to go nose blind to it. It isn't gentle on the sinuses lol. The opening is rather harsh as I'll explain in my comparison. But the dry down is fantastic, it really makes it worth it. Such a minty, aquatic, freshness that is so easy to like honestly. It has a added heavier sweetness that the OG doesn't have. I'd rather not have that added sweetness, but it's honestly very subtle. I got 2 compliments on my first wear. Longevity: 9.5/10 Sillage:8.5/10 Scent: 9/10 Overall Rating: 9/10 (scent is subjectively based on what I like) Try it out yourself as your opinion may differ. If not for it smelling a little synthetic, easily a 9.5 or more for me like BDC. The performance on the other hand was not as subjective and I can report without maturation this bottle is already performing GREAT. My comparison: I'm really not sure what BDC the Extrait is supposed to be a dupe of. The original CDN Iconic is a dupe of Chanel Eau de Parfum. This is probably a dupe of the same BDC. Sharper on the nose then the OG. Especially on the opening. Iconic goes more into the fresher, cleaning laundry type of vibe often associated with the CDN line. You can say it is more synthetic for this reason, usually done on purpose to enhance longevity. The OG on the other hand goes more into a more balanced citrus side of things, with the ginger and a lot more pronounced then the Iconic Extrait. The melon and mint pop out more. I wasn't able to wear the OG before this review, so I can comment or compare the performance or drydowns. I can imagine they start to become more similar in the drydowns as dupes usually do. Conclusion: If you want a stronger, longer lasting BDC then get Iconic Extrait. I like the OG BDC better then this. Chanel Bleu seems to have some type of enchanting and alluring effect that seems to be hard to replicate. Nonetheless Iconic Extrait has done the best job so far in my opinion of recreating this BDC from the other dupes I have tried. Some of my dupes are indirect dupes of BDC, such as Season Drift (which I did not like), Amber Oud Bleu, 9AM dive, bujairami Soverign. As far as I can tell, Iconic Extrait has BDC beat on longevity, and this is judging from first impression of the CDN. With some maturation, this has some serious potential of becoming beastly. As always, I hope you enjoyed the review, and that I've helped at least 1 person out.

A short review after 2 months of maceration. FYI - I own all 3, BDC EDP, Parfum & L'Exclusif. 1. Lacks Chanel Quality of the Woods & Citruses. 2. Combination of BDC EDP (30%) + L'Exclusif (70%) 3. Very solid Longevity but moderate to Low Projection (Bottle is Macerated for 2 months). 4. Overall a more Powdery, Sweeter & Slightly Synthetic version on BDC DNA All in all, it's better, smoother and more refined than CDN Iconic but nowhere close to Chanel. And for the price, it's justified. So all good here. But would not buy again.

Rumor has it that if you mix your bottle of CDNIM Extrait and CDNIM Iconic Extrait together and then dump them into the toilet and flush it while chanting "Club De Nuit forever" into the mirror repeatedly you will summon Mr. Armaf himself. I tried it out and now he won't leave my house. Please send help! He keeps spraying me with free samples of the new CDNIM Pure Extrait Elixir Absolu Trademark Iconic Chronic Parfum and my lungs have become so filled with perfume that anytime I exhale it looks like I sprayed an atomizer

@curlyFrag I hit him with eighteen sprays of Rasasi Hawas Rainbow Anaconda Rwanda Deluxe and he fled immediately. So everything's much better now except for the dismal, bottomless terror that grips my soul

Just found this at Marshall's for $39.99 so I grabbed it. Still determining if I want to keep as a Summer scent or return. Was hoping for more citrus.

To me it smells a lot like the PARFUM version in person, is not that close to the Exclusiff version

I like the original Iconic over Iconic Extrait. This one is too dense and too much amber.
