Club De Nuit Maleka

This fragrance is simply incredible! I never thought I would find a fruity floral scent that is so intoxicating, one that I would want to wear all the time, but this is it. Typically, I'm not a fan of fruity fragrances; scents like Erba Pura and Delina have turned me off completely. Although I own a few fruity fragrances, I don’t reach for them often. However, this fragrance has completely changed my perspective. It features a sweet, tart, juicy lychee with a bright citrus opening that becomes sweeter in the dry down. The florals are not overly powdery; instead, they have a candied quality that blends seamlessly with the other notes. This scent feels modern and playful, not a dupe of Delina or Fleur Majesty. It’s whimsical, clean, summery, and fresh. I get about 6 to 8 hours of wear time from this fragrance, and just a few sprays can fill an entire room, which speaks volumes about its projection. As someone who tends to overspray and be rather heavy-handed with most of my fragrances, I appreciate this. I don’t experience the hairspray scent that others mention— to me, it reminds me of lychee candies. If you’re expecting it to resemble those early 2000s purple-bottled fragrances that everyone wore to clubs, you’ll be disappointed; this is a sophisticated summer scent. It evokes the feeling of being surrounded by iris and violet flowers while sipping on a lychee spritz and enjoying a cool summer breeze, catching wafts of this delightful fragrance around you. It’s not overwhelmingly sweet or heavy in the gourmand aspect like many recent releases. I highly recommend giving this a try, especially if you’re a fan of Tresor or LVEB fragrances in that particular category. Happy sniffing!

I've got two perfume personalities - ultra masculine or a gourmand girl. I get bored with freshies quickly, I'm not a massive fan of fruity notes and I hate typical feminine florals. But I thought I'm going to be a little adventurous and try something else for a change. Maleka is a bit fruity, but also slightly floral, so it was a risky move. Blind bought it (Olivier Cresp behind it made me pull the trigger) and even though I wasn't so sure about it after the first spray, surprisingly I really, really enjoyed its first full day wear. I'm definitely keeping her. Maleka starts a bit fresh and fruity thanks to lychee and bergamot (I'm not a fan of the latter, but it's really subtle here), but that eases off quickly and gets into creamy and powdery orris and sandalwood territory. The addition of praline gives it nice sweetness, but not in a heavy, gourmand way. I get a little bit of musky ambroxan in the base too. It's very elegant, but in a youthful way. Makes me feel confident and pretty (Maleka means queen in Arabic, there is something to it!). Easy to wear. I think it can be worn in any season. It's bright enough for spring/summer, but the creaminess and coziness makes it work in winter time too. She's got a pretty strong presence on her own, but she also works beautifully as a layering partner to other fragrances (I've layered her with Angham recently and they're just divine together!). Leaning feminine, but I can imagine a man could easily pull it off too. Longevity and sillage are above average, it's better than many of my designer perfumes. Excellent atomiser and very pretty bottle too. All at a very reasonable price. I'm really happy I took the risk. Great fragrance.

I just received it an hour ago from Fragrancebuy.ca. I am definitely not a bot. I can attest that it is a beautiful perfume, and i would like to urge men to stop claiming it is unisex, even if they are bots or fake accounts. Maleka is NOT suitable for any man i can think of; Armaf made it for a woman, and aside from the fragrance itself, both the color of the bottle and the glittery box with a flower motif can confirm that. As for the actual perfume, it is very soft, feminine, and pretty. It smells the way the bottle and box look. Purple. It's a sparingly sweetened floral with some powderiness and nutiness, just slightly teetering above the gourmand line. If i had to place the perfume without knowing what it was, i would have guessed Gucci (one of Gorgeous, Glorious, Gracious fumes) creation, from around 10 to 15 years ago. It truly is gorgeous and unusual. Please stop inserting random perfumes in the "This perfume reminds me of" section, none are correct, i have close to 800 full bottles and around 200 samples, and Maleka smells like none of them, especially not like Nova or any Delina flanker. In my opinion, if you are a girly girl (or a womanly woman), you should get this. It's very, very feminine and i can imagine men liking this on women a lot. I can't say anything about the longevity right now, since i just received it, but i will update on that later.

Man reviewing here. I bought a bottle of Maleka as a Christmas present for my friend. She is 34 (I'm 48). Although I like the lychee note, I was able to confirm that there is no rose nor rhubarb in this composition, which in my opinion is a good thing, as I didn't want to buy yet another Delina clone. Also , the fact that Olivier Cresp is the perfumer, was enough reason for me to pull the trigger. Fortunately my friend loved it! You can smell the lychee right off the top, but also the sweet bergamot makes a huge difference! it makes it more fruity and somehow, fresher than Delina-based dupes. Maleka is different: smoother, less nuclear and more versatile than White Imperiale, just to mention a Delina benchmark. The iris though is very soft, not a lipsticky kind of iris. All in all, this is a sexy, versatile , all year round fragrance.I couldn't pick up the praline note stated in the notes, but there is undoubtedly an underlying sweet note in the base. When I hugged her goodbye, I buried my nose in her neck and my face got impregnated with Maleka, so for the next two hours I couldn't stop thinking of her lol. Highly recommend for the guys to buy as a gifts for their special lady (ies).

I’ve used it everyday since I purchased it 2 weeks ago, that’s how lovely this perfume is. Straight out of the box a sharp, peppery lychee and old smelling rose hit you in the face, don’t let that disappoint you. Just a couple of days later this is coming through as an incredibly well balanced fragrance. Sweet lychee, just slightly powdery, so feminine, delicate. I’m IN LOVE. It doesn’t project much on my skin yet, with all my other middle eastern fragrances I’ve noticed they reach beast mode in a couple of months so I’ll be patient. I’m obsessed over the dry-down it leaves on clothes though. This is my first CDN purchase and couldn’t be happier 😍 Perfectly suited for spring and summer, daytime, casual or for an office scent. My only con is that the bottle is huge and heavy, but the atomizer is perfect Edit: 4 weeks later projection has gotten way better. I’ve had 4 people already stop me to tell me I smelled very feminine and “summery”, and ask what my perfume was

Just a minor update. My wifes been using this for a while and the performance has been incredible but the more I’ve been smelling it the more it feels like its leaning kinda unisex ngl. So I gave it a full wear by itself without anything layered. I got some mixed reviews lol. Some people said they love it on me some said I smell very feminine. Then I tried it layered with a few different fragrances and I’ve been really enjoying it. Everything I’ve tried upto now had worked very well. Overall I think some men could pull it off but for most men I would recommend layering it with something a little more masculine. For me PDM Althair worked quite well. Even Armaf’s Dubai chocolate paired really well for me. I suggest playing around and experimenting. But I’m pretty convinced this leans a lot more unisex than I originally presumed which is a big W.

Got my nose on this in Abu dhabi airport. Somehow Abu dhabi duty free always gets Armaf launches first. First of quick shout out to the stunning podium there. Crazy gorgeous. Now to the fragrance. This screams quality I mean just unbelievable. I’ve bought fragrances that cost 10x more and (this isn’t saying much but im talking about even the nice ones). Olivier’s hand is showing in this. Simple, elegant and extremely addictive without being overly gourmand. I bought 2 at the airport thinking I’ll gift one to my mom and one to my wife but I’ve been using it myself recently quite a lot as well. It does lean feminine obviously but works really well with layering some other fragrances also. And its also been my wife’s daily driver for the past few days. Best female fragrance to come out of the middle east in my opinion.

One evening, I was strolling through my local perfume shop, just poking around as usual, when a super nice sales associate handed me a tester of Club de Nuit Maleka. One spritz on my wrist, and wow—I was hooked! It was like a burst of juicy lychee and a pinch of pink pepper, all zesty and fun, like sipping a bubbly fruit drink. As I wandered around the shop, the scent softened into this lovely floral vibe, so cozy and feminine, like wrapping up in a silky scarf. By the time I got home, it had settled into this warm, snuggly mix of sandalwood and praline, like slipping into a soft cashmere sweater. It’s not the fanciest perfume I own, and sometimes the sweetness is a tad much, but for the price, Maleka is like a little hug of everyday charm. I grab it when I want to feel warm, put-together, and just a bit glowy!

I received Club de Nuit Maleka today as a present from a friend ( thank you Joëlle 😘) who bought it at the Abu Dhabi duty free. What a pleasant surprise ! This smells like Eau de Rhubarbe Écarlate Hermès the very first seconds, a blast of mouth watering sour tanginess. No need for maturation with this juice, it's very potent, but very well blended. I think Mr. Cresp oversaw the creation AND manufacturing of this perfume. The scent evolves quickly to a powdery élégant scent, slightly green but also really purple😅 I'm truly impressed by the quality of this batch. Do not overspray to keep everything light and french/fresh. I can't relate this perfume to anything in my collection: it's not a gourmand, no white flowers, I'd say iris, sandalwood and white musk on the drydown. Well done, mr Cresp, once again👌

Nice fruity powdery, I would say soft, office friendly, clean sweet feminine leaning. It's almost like it has two personalities and the powdery part of it is another perfume, I kept smelling the fruit part of it, and suddenly the orris started to kick in. Not a beast mode, but lovely. I get the comparison with Good girl red, but only slightly, this is more mature, less playful, more princess like. I will test longevity and wait maceration to see how it develops. I'm quite happy to add to my collection something I can wear to work everyday. Update 3 months: It grew on me a lot, it's so pleasant. I often spray my perfumes on strips and test them for fun once in while to see if they changed, and this one got better! The Iris is just a bit different than other perfumes, it is fruitier now.

Amazing perfum. Not Delinaesque for me. Except for the leechi part, but, no rose, no rhubarbe. For me it's not a generic perfum. It's unique enough (I have a nice collection of ME fragrances). It's very beautiful, different beautiful layers and depth. Very long lasting. Very Nice sent bubble all day. Modern but suitable for everyone. You can smell it is blended by a great noise. I mean Olivier Cresp. You can always make the diffenrence when a perfum.is created by a great noise. You need to give time to her, like most of ME perfumes. Just test it and let it seats. It's a beauty. Not basic, not screachy like most of designer perfums. For me it's a GREAT GREAT perfum. Superior in quality than most of designer's, equal to most of niche brands in quality, performance and uniqueness.

I just got back from perfume sniffing and I was actually surprised to find a perfume that smelled exactly like my beautiful Maleka... it was CH VGGGlam. I picked up VGGG because of the cherry and almond notes listed, so I wasn't expecting Maleka to come through the way that it did. I couldn't believe it at first, so I gave the test strip several good sprays and hurried home to confirm what I was smelling - and sure enough, VGGG and Maleka are dupes of one another... at least to my nose anyway. I don't see any differences in them, not even in the dry down... so it just depends on how you want to spend your money and what bottle/presentation you like better. I'm a purple princess myself, so Maleka for the win for me!!

OMGGGGGG UNBELIEVABLE JUICE, SMELLS LIKE ROYALTY AND MONEY. DEFINETELY MY NEW SIGNATURE SCENT. VERY SUCCESSFUL BLIND BUY. IF THIS LASTS AT LEAST 4-5 HOURS I'M DONEEEE😍😍 I will update the review after a full wear to tell you about longevity and sillage. No need for maceration. Definetely usable all year round, although for winter I rather wear something heavier like Khamrah. As for the notes: the orris is veeery prominent, bergamot adds a touch of freshness to it, the litchi adds sweetness. The perfumes also smells a little bit like roses (not heavy at all ofc, it's not even listed through the notes). Update: on me it lasts around 3/4 hours, after that it becomes a skin scent.

I can’t believe I agree with FRANGRANTICA description 90%: the top notes never have it’s own spotlight because the IRIS/ orris materializes along with the lychee, citrus & pink pepper as an inky soap smell. As the top dries down, the citrus fades away but the lychee remains just a step behind the iris, which is transitioning to smooth, subtlety sweet flowery ink. This is the fragrance until the end. It remains airy, & fresh, with a gentle sweetness that is only lightly powdery. I am so happy I picked this up. This is not unisex, but wear what you want!

Oh wow. Ive umm'ed and aarh'ed over this one for 6 months at least. Watched reviews and heard online opinions. Finally saw a nicely discounted price here in Australia and went for it. No regrets. This is GORGEOUS. What a deliciously feminine, soft but potent, long lasting fragrance. STUNNING. So glad I added this to my stash. Now my sister and mother want a bottle as well. Its that mass appealing. We all have very differing tastes, but all love this one. Yay. Birthday and Christmas presents all sorted! 😍

At Abu Dhabi airport’s duty-free, my girlfriend spotted Club de Nuit Maleka and eagerly spritzed it on. The scent burst out fresh and lively, like a splash of summer. As we walked to our gate, it softened into something warm and cozy, wrapping her in a glow that felt bold yet elegant. She was all smiles, totally obsessed, saying it made her feel like the star of our trip. It got a bit too sweet by the end, but for the price, Maleka was a joyful little discovery that lit up her day.

Picked a bottle up for my wife as a surprise because we both love iris in our fragrances. This is a no for now, maybe after it sits for a few months we'll give it another try. Way too overpowering florals, like a granny scent. Update: this scent has improved in a huge way! My wife wears it at least once a week in her rotation. The granny smell has disappeared entirely and is well blended. She has had several compliments over the last several months.

This is very, very subtle on me, even just after applying, but it lasts for ages, and I think it's a really beautiful fragrance. Soft, sweet and powdery – almost like a more characterful version of You. It's definitely my favourite of the three CDNs I own, the others being Woman and Imperiale. It's potentially a versatile signature scent suitable for all but maybe the hottest weather. Not an attention-grabbing scent at all, but no worse for that.

Finally.... this middle eatern company are done with this kunafa or so called gourmand fragrance...and i can say finally actual meaning of fragarnce is here, which makes u feel good .. i m more of spicy fragrance fan but this one gave me feeling of happiness and calm,.. Lichi & Pink pepper with praline.... wowoho.... P.S - my secret, i put this on my clothes in night & then i wear them in morninbg,,, feel like home hahha 4.2/5
