Club de Nuit Sillage

Yeah, wow, this is basically Silver Mountain Water. I found an Arab dupe place in the mall and tested this and Milestone. I was shocked at how close it is to Silver Mountain Water on paper, and since that's my favorite scent of the year, I decided to purchase it. However, they were charging $60 per bottle, and I knew I could get it on Jomashop for $35 + tax + shipping, so I haggled with them and got both bottles for around $40 after tax, which is fine, since it was fun to haggle and have the fragrances instantly instead of waiting for them to ship during the holiday season. On skin: this is super fresh, and is like a bergamot and lime bomb, with a fresh and spicy ginger note that makes the fragrance much more masculine in the opening than SMW. The largest difference to me, other than ginger and lime in the opening, is the noticeable lack of the strong floral element I get from my batch of SMW. I find this particularly humorous, as SMW doesn't list a single floral note despite my whole family calling it the "rose fragrance" because they get a floral scent from it in the mid (I think that's the green-tea accord), yet Club de Nuit Sillage lists floral notes but doesn't seem to actually smell like it has any. This is a fresh and spicy white musk fragrance. I think it is an absolute banger, and it is unreasonably good for the price. I think if Versace had released this instead of some Arab dupe house, it would've been hyped as just a genuine designer banger and fresher alternative to SMW. I am in love with it right now, and will be using it in place of SMW when I get the craving for it but don't have anything cool going on lol.

It’s like Armaf has black magic, I couldn’t help but giggle when I smelt SMW and realized they’re practically the same scent. There’s a reason this has almost a 12:1 similarity ratio to Creed’s Silver Mountain Water. I smelt Sillage and then a tester of SMW, and they’re literally the same fragrance. Sillage is just more potent alcohol-y on very-very initial spray but has noticeably better performance. They’re indistinguishable. Longevity is good, lasts 8 hours give or take on skin. Projection is great, I visited my dad and accidentally choked him out because I was wearing this, which doesn’t usually happen with him and my other fragrances. I got a Dubai 2025 or 2024 batch (I forgot which one) on Jomashop not too long ago. For a bit over $30 this is a steal. It’s a fresh fragrance that’s different, I’ve never smelt any other fragrance like it. Id describe it as so- Imagine a silver mountain, and a stream of water running through it, add a slight metallic-fresh touch to it then turn that into a fragrance. I’m thinking of purchasing a back-up bottle.

Club de Nuit Sillage is quickly becoming recognized as one of the best clone fragrances in history. So for those of you interested in being accurately informed, I strongly suggest the following video by the well-respected men's fragrance YouTube reviewer--and previous Creed employee--The Fragrance Apprentice, entitled "Armaf--Club de Nuit Sillage and the Downfall of Creed" dated February 18, 2021. If you just want to "cut to the chase" where he discusses CDNS specifically, start @ the 15:29 mark of the video. If you don't have time for that, let me sum up what he says in a shocking quote as it relates to his personal experience with Creed, Creed's evolution, Club de Nuit Sillage, and how it compares to Creed's current Silver Mountain Water: "This isn't like a clone, it's like a statement.....This is almost like Armaf calling Creed's bluff. It's like they are officially saying 'We can do YOUR sh*t BETTER than YOU CAN now!' ".....

This is one of the most radiant and piercingly fresh bergamot scent I've ever smelled. This scent has cleared up my sinuses. I feel like I can smell forever! I actually feel energized after I've smelled this, like one of those bodybuilders that sniffs ammonia salts before they attempt a heavy lift. And the ambroxan keeps the scent and the citric profile going for hours upon hours without weakening. So clean and so citrusy. I imagine I was dropped into a YORK Peppermint Pattie commercial where I'm stuck on the tip of Mt. Everest or in an icebreakers mint commercial where I'm walking through a glacial cave made of crystalline see-through ice when "I use to be an adventurer like you but then I took an arrow in the knee"... I'm so glad I have this! Again like with the Milestone bottle, this flashy, gorgeous bottle is so appropriate for the sensation the scent makes me feel. 9/10

Just recently bought a 10ml decant and did some testing, so let’s address some questions: 1.Is it too synthetic smelling? – It’s not as synthetic as people say. I don’t detect any toilet-cleaning vibes even when I smelled it up close. The citruses are intense in the opening, ngl, but nowhere near chemical, and after 5–10 minutes it turns into a wonderful, smooth scent. The OG SMW is also somewhat intense in the opening, so I don’t mind this one at all. 2.Does it smell close to Silver Mountain Water? – After the opening, it’s about 90% close. Indistinguishable in the air. 3.Does it last long? – I got the French version of the juice, and on my skin longevity is about 6–7 hours with medium projection. Good enough for me. 4.Is it good? – Oh yes. This is exactly the scent profile I’ve been looking for (fresh, snowy air vibes). For the price, I can recommend this to anyone.

The Armaf Club de Nuit line is like Nickelback in the sense that they're the fragrance community loves to hate! Honestly, I don't get what there is to dislike about Sillage? It's fruity, fresh, and metallic. Feel free to overspray, you won't choke out the room. It smells great and lasts all day. It's not overpowering and smells good. People notice it and react positively. This isn't something you'd wear on a cool fall day or in the dead of winter, but definitely a spring and summer fragrance. Office-appropriate. Casual wear. Versatile. Great atomizer. And it's just so damn good! Is it SMW? No. Is it close? It's similar. Do most people care (or will they even notice)? Not likely. Is it easy on your wallet? Yes, most definitely. Pick this one up. Trust me, you'll be the best smelling guy in the room! My two cents. Take what you like and leave the rest...

Big fan of al rehab silver roll on attar. Had no idea either was a dupe of Creed SMW. I got a decant of SMW and silver and sillage are honestly better. From my understandinf, old batches if SMW are much more metallic and siover and sillage are closer dupes to the old legendary batches. The opening is an inky lemony burst. Its definitely stronger and more potent than SMW. I love the zesty opening. Al rehab silver is more cooling and fresh icy. The dry down is a soft musk with a subtle powdery undertone. Ive always found the DNA quite unique. Sillage even more so than SMW. It lasts ages and carries a strong scent bubble. sillage leans more masculine as well. A former creed employee on youtube says sillage is what SMW once was, circa 2013. Its honestly much better than the OG in every aspect. If you enjoy SMW, get sillage. Its better in every way

Today’s pick from the Club de Nuit line is Sillage, and wow... this one is a gem. It’s a beautiful fragrance that opens with a sparkling citrus and green tea freshness, layered over an inky, metallic, ozonic note that honestly reminds me of how the air smells right after a lightning strike. It’s crisp, classy, and still distinctly masculine. When I first got the bottle, I thought it was good—but after letting it macerate for a few months, it turned into something truly special. Now it feels like a fresh masterpiece, and easily my favorite in the entire CDN line. For a freshie, the performance is excellent. I consistently get about 6 to 7 hours of wear, with strong projection for the first two hours before it gradually settles closer to the skin. By around the 6-hour mark, it becomes more of a skin scent, but still pleasant and noticeable.

I was just fine with Al Rehab Silver, and I thought I was farting through silk with Riffs Prive Platinum. Then I traded Al Wataniah Kayaan Classic for CDNIM Sillage(how many DHI type fragrances do I need?), and oh my goodness what an absolute SEXY BEAST this stuff is! That stuff is incredible right from the opening blast! The citrus, the muskiness that makes it feel like a cloud, or a stream. The black currant, florals, and woods OH MY! There is something that feels minty or menthol like that(could be the violet), and it just makes it even more refreshing and brisk. This is one of the best spring and summer fragrances I've ever had the privilege of wearing. It is freaking strong as hell, and lasts all day too. You can't go wrong with this stuff.

Olha, estou analisando sem considerar que é um clone do Creed SMW, até pq nunca testei pra poder comparar. É um perfume excelente, boa fixação (em torno de 8hrs na minha pele), projeção não é absurda, mas acho que essa é proposta do perfume, toda vez que estou cm ele e alguém me abraça, recebo um elogio. Não sinto muito a sensação "gelada" que muitas falam, certamente é fresco, mas longe de ser gélido, sinto bem as flores e os cítricos na medida certa. Famoso perfume pau pra toda obra, apesar de muitos comentaram ser uma fragrância diurna, ele caiu mt bem comigo a noite, usei ele 2x em evento formal noturno, e fui elogiado várias vezes. Recomendo demais, é algo diferente, mas sem ser desafiador.

Armaf has done to Creed what Netflix did to Blockbuster; the only perplexing thing is some people still claim they like the meditative ritual of being stuck in traffic and queuing up, to eventually pay more for the same thing. This is truly a better version of vintage Silver Mountain Water in every aspect - Armaf could successfully clone your parents without you noticing at this point. In terms of longevity, this lasts at least as long as it takes Creed to put their prices up (again). PS. The ultimate version of this type of scent, in my humble opinion, is Mefisto by Xerjoff, especially if it's for a man, but considering Armaf prices, it's hard not to recommend this.

I tested Creed Silver Mountain Water and loved it but the performance of it was not good. When I heard about sillage, I wasn't sure if it was gonna be close to SMW because many reviews were saying it's not but I can tell you, at least for my bottle, it definitely is. I guess Creed SMW felt smoother, but that might just be because it’s less loud. Sillage would still be amazing even if I never knew about SMW because it is such a great DNA and it has great performance. I don't know if this DNA is mass-appealing or not, but either way, I will definitely be reaching for this. So glad I picked it up. I will try to update after getting some opinions. Overall: 9/10

Holy crap this is insanely good. Huge blast of bergamot and metallic lemon (I love it) that takes on a tart blackberry and musk. Initially I was worried it'd be screechy about a month ago because it took Milestone several months to get where it is, but the tart blackberry metallic lemon is a killer combination that was ready in about 30 days. It almost makes me want to go sit around in the sun and let this radiate off my skin. If you get this, just understand it'll need to age a little bit but it gets into an incredibly tart berry and metallic citrus that LASTS much longer than Silver Mountain Water when it happens. Elite.

I am inclined to say this, for the first time: This smells like SMW so much it even smells a little better!? When i first tried CDNIM i said to myself: yeah this smells a lot like Aventus but still there is a difference. Then came out Club de nuit milestone and when i tried it i was surprised because it smelled exactly like Millesime Imperial with a better performance. But today when i blind bought the CDN Sillage (because i love SMW so much) i was amazed because now Armaf are doing Creed’s fragrances better than Creed. I may not be very happy when i say this but it is the truth in my opinion.

As someone who truly understands DNA, I’m telling you: “Creed SMW + Xerjoff Mefisto + CH 212 Men.” Yes, the sillage is a blend of these three fragrances. People who compare this scent to cat urine or a bucket of detergent water must be out of their minds. This is one of the best value perfumes you can buy. In fact, those who like Tiziana Terenzi Gumin will also enjoy this one. Its performance might not be beast mode, but it will definitely have your back in every situation. Buy a new bottle, spray it 10 times, and let it rest — then listen to how it evolves.

I haven't smelled the original, but this is growing on me. I wasn't a huge fan when I first got it, but now, I think this could be a great signature summer scent. I will say I forget the YouTube channel but a fragrance reviewer who formerly worked at Creed said this is more similair to the 2013 Silver Mountain Water DNA which he mentions is better and stronger than the current. He basically was saying that Creed as a house is creating lighter fragrances that aren't as good as the house used to produce.

i read plenty of reviews and people say its ass, then i read the OG reviews and they also say its ass. So bc of ppl hating on this doesnt mean it performance or smell is bad, they just dont like the scent profile itself. I was very sceptical in the beginning about this one, but bought it and it didnt really need maceration because it smelt identical from start. 8/10 because whenever the fuck i have a shirt, i mean those in suits i cant smell it. But its also on every other frag, maybe its a suit thing

This is a great safe men fragrance you got rose,iris,ambroxan,musk little bit grapefruit its really good and an unisex scent. Longevity is really nice I spray it at 10 am and I can smell it at 5 pm, also sillage is decent I went outside today and rarely can smell the scent. Scent:7.5/10 (opening is little bit synthetic and scent is little bit femine) Longevity:8.5/10 ( great for summer fragrance) Sillage:7/10 ( Decent sillage it doesn't bother anyone) Price:8/10 Total:7.75/10 totally worth it.

This is definitely SMW but better. It must be a clone of the old SMW, I can't tell because I have only smelled the current one, and it is similar to it, but it has more flowers notes in it, which I like a lot. The SMW is a classically smelling green freshie, but it stops there and fades in less than 4h because of that. Whereas Sillage has a soapy Violet and Rose smell that projects throughout the whole experience, even after the initial freshie green has faded out. This is great!

There's a guy in the office who wears Silver Mountain Water every single day, he sprays it soooo much that my nose was sooo exhausted of the musky fresh profile which is the new batches. I had to revisit this one because it's icy cold like the oldschool batches of Silver Mountain Water. I can't stand what Silver Mountain Water is now, it's just musky freshness. I wore this to the office and everyone I walked was chattering talking about ''someone smells good''

There's a mall near me that I went ahead and found this one at after wanting to try it for so long. When I went up to smell this one off the test strip and my skin, I chuckled, like audibly and out loud chuckled. This is SMW but an amped up longevity from Creed's watered down cash grab techniques they've been pulling on people recently. If you want SMW in its heyday, please don't hesitate to go get this from a discounter and enjoy yourself this summer.

It’s amazing, all year, all day scent, I just got mine 10 days ago and it is 2023 production, well blended and good performer, less on the metallic note tho, and I don’t get why people say it smells feminine! For me This is a men’s fragrance and it can’t be unisex, like Blue Talisman is a unisex fragrance and leans feminine and I never wear it, this one is not! It does have floral and rose notes tho, but it’s just in the background and so subtle.

As everyone describe the oppening is very loud citrus(lemon and lime zesty) and it goes down to a musk smoke type of scent. I get the ginger and also honey? i don't really know where it come from but i get a bit of it. maybe the floral combine with the citrus that give that sweety honey vibe. I never ever try SMW, but this scent is amazing for office all year around I think even better over Iconic which is BDC dupe. 4/5 for me no doubt

I find it very strange that people don't enjoy this scent. Yes its polarizing, but not really in a sense. The opening is horrific i will say, it smells like sniffing a rusty metal bar after trying to clean it with rust remover. It then changes to a fantastic clean, musky fresh scent. Its airy and projects heavily for over 12 hours. For less than 30 pound ( Or 40 dollars for you americans) its a solid dupe of creed silver mountain water

In my opinion.. It's elegant. ( Citrus, metallic,fllowrish and musky) I don't understand the hate ! Am not going to hype it, but don't hate For the price it's super great At first Hasitate to get it bcz the haters ... don't be like me ;) Edit: less than a week: i really love it I'm wearing it for work- going out Last long can smell it every time I move : even here in Kuwait 50 C° 122 F° - still lasting My Fav all the time

CDN Sillage opens with a crisp, metallic citrus burst with a hint of blackcurrant and violet leaf that feels like a cold splash, and then transitions into soft florals and powdery iris, creating a clean, refined aura that last for the rest of the day. Strong projection in the first couple of hours, and then settles into a nice, clean, crisp, and elegant scent. I find it perfect for the office and everyday use 👍👍👍👍

This reminds me of CK One Essence, which i love. I can't stand people that say such things as, opening too synthetic. Unless you squeeze a fresh bergamot, oranges, lemons, lime etc and then place the juice in a bottle, there is no way that perfumes are organic All scents are synthetic. Some fragrances are not polished or use expensive or patent ingredients. I love this fragrance, I love this fragrance.

At first this is STRONG bergamot and lime and fresh Ginger but also some green berries sweet and sour but good way. Different thsn Creed SMW but stronger. I like it even more, but it does bur your nose of you spray to much. I get some dry Iris and some white flowers like Jasmin. Musk is present but way later on. Overall I like it. And on.my skin 4- 5h more that Creed that is gone in 3 h max. 8.7 of 10

I started out with dupes, and aquired over 150 of them. What a mistake that was. I found about a dozen great ones and this is one of them. Its the perfect gym scent. Its a nice citrusy, masculine fougere-like fragrance. Its not a dupe of SMW. It stands on its own two feet and it will make it through a 2 hour gym session and thats about it. I scored a 200ml for $30 before TikTok got ahold of it. 8/10

I’ll be honest: I actually prefer this to Creed Silver Mountain Water now. While the Creed is a bit smoother in the first 5 minutes, Sillage outperforms it in every other category. It’s fresh, and slightly floral in the dry down. Pro-tip: Don't judge this from the atomizer or the first spray; let it breathe on your skin for 10 minutes and the "mountain water" magic really starts to happen.

My dumb reach, cheap freshie. I love it. The metallic edge is polarizing (makes it not a blind buy), but I actually enjoy that aspect of it. If you want something that is cheap, fresh, has good performance and isn't soapy, this could be up your street. Amazing value, yet another Armaf banger and a 9/10 (weighing in the price) in my book. Also, Dave Mile (below) - spot on!

this one take me back to stealing sprays of my dads ck one like 10 years ago, except this one lasts 10+hrs. i work as a diesel mechanic 10hr shifts and this thing got a second wind 8-9hrs into my shift. easily one of my favourite blind buys i’d say it smells like ck one since silver water mountain came out a year after ck one did ;) buy it, easy everyday reach

This was one of my first buys into the "dupe" world 8 or 9 months ago. I can't speak for it's likeness, but the dry down on this fragrance is what makes it so good in my opinion. The middle notes carry this frag! It's not beastmode by any means, but it's no slouch! Realistically you'll get 7 - 9 hours on clothing. Skin varies.. 5 - 7. I recommend 7.5/10

Personally, I really love this fragrance. I feel for so long I’ve smelled “fresh scents” but they were always musky or like woody I don’t know for me it was boring, but sillage is unique with the citrus and fruit combination and it smells truly amazing. I’ve never understood the hate for this fragrance, but for sure an underrated gem.

This is a good clone of silver mountain water, but the problem is, silver mountain water is not really a scente everybody likes its completely outdatet. thats why a lot of people would not like this, also it has a very starnge sour note in it, which makes it disgusting. but yeah if u wanna smell like silver mountain water get this.

this is fucking crazy. I have been obsessed with Silver Mountain's DNA and was so excited to smell this one to see if i can just get the same fragrance without selling my kidney and goddamn this shit smells exactly the same albeit the screechiness of the first sprays. when it settles, it is 1 to 1 with SMW. no question.

The thing is everyone is mentioning citrus opening , then violet , green tea , etc . For me this one of the best perfumes i have ever smelled . And for some reason on my skin i smell deep , rich woody , musky notes that are sometimes more noticeable than the citrus . Might be the only one who thinks that

Great one. Love this in the 'fresh' category even though it has some body to it. If it's too heavy for you, try Maison Alhambra Gusta, it is more fresh/citrusy and even easier to wear, but probably shorter lasting. But then it's cheaper as well, so if Sillage is too much for you then Gusta is a safe bet

This is going to be my "spray and walk through" scent that I am now enjoying with heavier scents that I want to lift. I love this with CDN Imperiale to make the florals less heavy. It's very strong though but I love that so I can stack this while not spending a lot and the outcome smells niched

Just like the name, Sillage has very strong sillage. Wore this to uni & had compliments from multiple classmates (still wearing & getting compliment til this day). I like the scent, citrusy in the opening and powdery when it dries down. I got at least 6 hours on my skin with great projection.

I made this account to just write this review. This will be my signature scent. I absolutely love this smell, I am not good at describing notes lol. But this one is very unique to say the least. If you are the fence to purchase it or save the $30 dollars. I’d say this is worth every penny.

This will be my first rebuy in my collection. I was trying expensive alternatives, mefisto and mefisto gentiluomo, and I can say they aren't as interesting as Sillage. Overall, for the price I am very happy with what this fragrance is, interesting and affordable.

Fresh lime green sparkling water vibes, similiar to Maahir Legacy but a wayyy higher quality version, I do get the slight metallic note but mainly rose florals and lime green sparkling water with a white musk and slight sandalwood drydown. I love it. 8.8/10

I love this cologne! It is quickly becoming one of my favs, with it's awesome inky, metallic, citrus. Lasts all day at work and gives good projection. I haven't smelt the OG so can't comment on it's likeness but to me, it smells amazing

Not saying it’s a bad thing, but does anyone else get whiffs of maple syrup with this one? Has my bottle gone bad? Doesn’t mix well with my skin? I don’t hate the scent, but can’t imagine it smells like what it’s trying to mimic

Should have just bought this one years ago instead of spending money on other SMW clones/inspirations. A steal and very safe blind buy at $28. The metallic note scent profile is not for everyone though so try before you buy.

Opening can smell like cheap air freshiner, but the dry down is less sintetic and more like flowery. Also this smells unusual and I swear that you wouldnt find someone smellin similar to you. Longevity and sillage are great

Uno de los perfumes de mi novio. Me encanta, súper fresco y a la vez con aire de "maduro". Salimos a ambientes especificamente exteriores y lo llevaba, fue muy agradable. Cítrico, con aura familiar, uff me gusta mucho.

i don’t get all the hate towards this fragrance. Me personally, i love it. this fragrance does have a very harsh opening which smells really synthetic, but after 10-15 minutes, it is such a clean fresh pleasant smell.

For me, nothing beats Creed SMY, but this is a close one. Citrusy crispy scent. Rose note is not as potent as in other profiles, but it does give it a nice touch. Very versitile. Try it on a 2 ml sample.
