This is another one I've only recently acquired so might be a little early for full review but what I've found so far is the opening is a little feminine for my liking but then dries down to a lovely soft more masculine scent which I do remember being similar to the Pegasus sample from PDM I tried last year. Only issue I have so far is the flimsy cheap plastic lid to the bottle but that's not top of the agenda when buying perfume it's the juice inside that counts. Update: Been wearing this on & off now for past week & I've finally came to a conclusion .......... it's lush! - the dry-down especially, not beast mode strong but simply gorgeous & for the price (£25 in UK for 100ml) it's a steal - I really cannot recommend this fragrance enough especially at its price, I'm wholly tempted to get another before it either runs out, word gets around & price goes up or it's reformulated. Longevity seems pretty good & its sillage isn't bad either, this really is a gem! Update2: Been wearing this a lot lately, especially in work & although in previous 'update' I described it as "not beast mode strong" I now beg to differ slightly, initially it does not appear that strong (depending on how many sprays obviously) but 2-3 hours down the line I find it gets considerably stronger, quite noticeably so!! In my job we're not supposed to reek of perfume of any sort so I now do just 2 or 3 sprays under-clothes before work & find that it lasts most of the day without overpowering my colleagues but creating a comfortable bubble around you, had a compliment in work today on how nice I smelled & she wasn't that close!. I still love the opening & adore the dry down & am highly tempted to get another before word gets around & it either gets expensive, unavailable or reformulated!

I've never smelled Pegasus or any other PDM fragrance and I do not have a trained nose, so take this with a grain of salt. I get the same root beer float scent from this that I get from Armani code Profumo. There is something sharp like licorice or sassafras that is being blunted by a powdery vanilla. The overall effect is something pleasantly sweet that maintains a spicy and woody masculinity. The sweetness of it makes me hesitant to wear it in the summer heat, especially during the opening. At the drydown, it is more mellow and I could see myself wearing this for a night out with my lady, even in the summer if the wind is blowing. If Pegasus is better than this I don't want to smell it because then I would NEED to buy it, and I cannot afford it. I love this fragrance. Can't wait for the fall to try it out. I'll update this review with some qualitative and quantitative performance evaluations once I have worn it for a day or two. Edit: I've worn this many times since my original review. Performance is top notch. Pure beastmode on skin and clothing alike. Still haven't smelled the PDM, so I still cant compare it to that. But this one doesn't come off as harsh in any way like some other middle eastern clones. The value proposition here is amazing. Great for fall and winter, and I even get away with it on spring evenings. Great for the office or out on a date. One of my favorite fragrances.

When i first got this bottle, i didn't like it. I was not impressed at all. Did a few sprays and left it thinking no, its not for me. I think it macerated because when i revisited the bottle, this juice is nice. It is a clean, high quality fragrance with excellent performance. It leans towards your de tour noir kind of vides even though they are different, i get a slight similarity. I actually wore it today as i am writing this review and its projecting very well 3 hrs later. For the price you pay this juice is great, it is worth having in a collection. The fragrance is very versatile and can be worn in any occasion however colder months are better suited. In hot weather go easy on the trigger because this juice is beast. I can see it being cloying and choking in hot weather. Some people it smells like Pegasus. So i took the Maison Alhambra Perseus and compared it to Craze because reviewers says the Perseus also smells like Pegasus. These 2 fragrances are totally different. Not even close in anyway. Since i dont now Pegasus smells like so i cant really comment on how close it is. I am giving my feedback based on just how Craze smells. Final thoughts, its a beautiful fragrance with good performance. Is it blind buy safe? I would recommend you try it first because it is rather unique. As i mentioned before when i got it i didn't like it at all. Now i am hooked.

It grew on me. I think it took me a little while to appreciate what it had going on. I’ve never really been a PDM fan, the scents never spoke to me so I never bought any. (Sacrilegious!) The scent of this is Almond, Vanilla, Heliotrope. It doesn’t really switch up, it just kicks it very one dimensional. It’s not a bad thing! It’s truly a nice winter wear. The bottle is tacky as shit, and cumbersome. Thank god it’s not an indication of the fragrance! It’s not a stereotypical mens fragrance, it’s very unisex, in a good way. It’s not like ToyBoy where it takes a certain type of man to wear I think anyone can get away with rocking this. I truly think it’s a good break from your norms, I can’t see it being a signature scent (at least for me) but I like it as a nice bridge when I want to switch it up, but still keep it safe. If you don’t like it off the bat just give it a few more wears, let it grow on you. I promise you it will. Overall it’s a nice cheapie, something you could easily pull off in the right situation, pretty strong, and something I’d consider a solid pick up if you get a good deal. TLDR: It’s a good scent, good price, shitty bottle, unisex profile, and overall solid pick up. Something to wear when you need a change of pace. Wearing constantly would be too much of a good thing.

To me starts off kinda harsh (not in a very synthetic way like others have reported but just in a strong and overpowering blast of almond and vanilla with some freash, slightly spicy, clean, and powdery nuances), however, as it drys down it reminds me more of Pegasus though I have only sampled in stores mainly. Still for the price id say its pretty good. Once you get past the first 15-30 min of the opening then I'd say if you love almond and vanilla heavy scents its hard not to like. Ofc its worth noting that I just sprayed and wore for the first time today so it may get a little smoother as it sits as I've noticed with other dupes similar. So far though longevity is a 7 or 8 out of 10, definitely lasts on my skin, sillage moderate-strong. Might be a sig scent for me since I def feel like this can be wearable all year round like I feel like the original PDM can and its dirt cheap so can always keep in my stash.

This is interesting, I cannot really figure out if I love this or find this amusing to wear, but this one was one of my most worn this cold season and I think I am happy with it. As others have pointed it out, it is a Pegasus clone and I cannot compare since I have never smelt the OG; however, this one is very pleasant, powdery almond nutty faint spicy blend of synthetic sweetness. What really draws me to this fragrance is that it has a posh feel to it, which goes well for the work setting, maybe that is why I put a dent in this this season. Performance is decent as well, I have the newer batch and it lasts 6-7 hours on my skin with decent projection for the first 1.5 hours or so. The presentation is tacy to say the least, but not the worst from Armaf; atomizer is quite good though. Overall, I would say this is one of my successful buys, has a good reachability for daily work usage and it smells neat.

I think that my last 5 Armaf reviews were trashing the fragrances for their terrible quality and overall smelling cheap. That's why this is a very pleasant surprise. I haven't tried Pegasus, so I'm judging Craze on its own - and frankly, it's great. It smells very musky and powdery, which makes it a bit reminiscent of a lot of Prada scents. This gives it a very clean, but also a very sexy vibe. It's also very faint and ethereal. I don't understand the seasons poll here - this will work just fine in the summer, it's not going to cloy anyone's noses, it's too weak for that. My minor nitpick would be the unisex aspect of it. I feel like it sometimes smells straight up feminine. Overall a very solid scent that I'm going to be coming back to.

This fragrance open with sweet, powdery opening of almond that slowly dries to sweet vanilla, ambery scents, it's very nice. Definitely an evening, fall, winter fragrance. I mean u could wear it daytime just don't spray too much. Performance also great (8+ hours). . Update (December 29th 2023): my 10ml decant has been macerated for over a year and I haven't worn this in awhile and I decided to spray it again and omg, this stuff make me sneeze. Idk if it's only me but, the opening become very intense, almost medicinal and sharp on my nose. Everything just feels amped up in a bad way. I'll definitely check Perseus from Maison Alhambra because I love this dna and $250 for a bottle of Pegasus just isn't affordable yet for me.

Super masculine, borders on bestial. I kind of like it, sometimes. I've read others' reviews and find it funny how people can perceive the same fragrance so very differently. The main accords show "sweet" but I do not perceive this as a sweet fragrance, and it is definitely not a gourmand. Smells like you're eating almond cookies while being inside a stable with horses. It's different and pleasant if you like being around horses. Please do not overspray this or you'll choke people out (including yourself). Definitely NOT summer-friendly. This was a blind-buy for me and this one bottle will probably be it as I just don't reach for it very often. Best worn on cooler Fall days while spending the day outside.

Someone here said this perfume smells 'kind' and I think that's true. It's gentle, and understated but also enveloping. This is the guy you come back to again and again. Harsh opening that transforms into almond and vanilla, finally settling into a skin scent of amber, vanilla, and sandalwood. I feel like the projection isn't so great on me, I need a lot of sprays to get an aura, and it fades to that amber scent a little too quickly. I wonder if pegasus has better sillage and longevity? Also, I feel like this is a 'unicorn' in my book, because I've been looking for a hot weather-friendly gourmand and I feel like you can get away with this at breakfast with friends on a summer morning.

This is a proper unisex fragrance, please don't get fooled by the exclusive masculine promotion . I bought the deo version for my husband and got carried away . It is a lovely balsamic fragrance , according to me. Sweet but not overtly so, a bit woody - with just a hint of soft spices. Heliotrope and almond are the prime players here. Layered it with Forbidden by Police , Kenzo Amour and today- with Gentle fluidity gold. It blends beautifully, retaining its own flavour. Longevity is good with moderate sillage - the way I prefer my perfumes to be. Want to tell you - the deo version is , surprisingly - just as good. Grateful to Armaf as usual- from Bangalore.

I don't know how so may are disliking this scent, or labeling it as gourmand!?!?! This is a male fougere with a prominent almond shell note, vanilla, light florals and possibly a well blended oak moss in the base, I also get some citruses. From this I only need 2 sprays because its quite strong but also long lasting, gives you a really good scent bubble for about 4-5 hrs, 8 hrs longevity, excellent trail sillage. If I'm not wearing Layton I'm wearing this and that says a lot, it can come of a little chemical in the beginning but once it settles its just devine. I think its blind buy worthy, for 30yrs up, this one's not for boys but for men.

I am testing it with Pegasus side by side. In the opening they are pretty different, Pegasus is much richer and better overall, also I think some note from the opening is missing. BUT, things get really interesting after 30 to 60 minutes. In the drydown Craze gets suuuper close to Pegasus, it is unbeliavable. I am shocked. Pegasus is still overall better perfume, but not really by much, they smell almost identical in the drydown. To me Craze is a no brainer for the price. I also tested Al Haramain Stallion. It is close to Pegasus, but expensive, for that money better get leftover bottle of Pegasus, or just get Craze.

I normally don't spring for cheap scents. They're synthetic and poorly made most of the time. Everybody wants to rush to the clones cause they're cheap, but cheap isn't always better. My atomizer broke within only 3 months of using it. Cheap quality. With that being the only complaint, I really love this fragrance. It somehow doesn't smell cheap or synthetic. It's not bad. I've never smelled Pegasus, but the note breakdowns are identical. The only addition to this one is the sage. edit: I fixed the broken cap and am proudly rocking it again.

It's a good clone - I think you'd be lying if you said you could tell the difference between this and Pegasus in the air. Sure, if you dig your nose into it you can tell there are differences, but that's generally not how people around you experience your fragrance. If you like the scent DNA of Pegasus, then Craze would be difficult to pass up at its price, I think it's excellent value. I can't speak too much for longevity as I've not tested it enough but it's absolutely worth the punt for £25.

@Sweetboy05 It doesn't matter if his nose is different. He can clearly read what the majority thinks this fragrance smells like, yet he writes a dumbass review and gives it a bad rating thinking it would smell like a fragrance it shares two notes with. It would be one thing if he got it because he wanted a pegasus clone and then ended up not liking it, but thinking it would smell like pi when the majority obviously say it doesn't and then complaining about it is annoying.

First sniff wasn't good at all and to be honest, I was very angry and sad when I was trying it that day. But after two days, I took a very cold shower and sprayed this at 12:00 AM and you know what? A jaw drop over there! A really good scent! It opens with 15 seconds of freshness, then lavender after 20 minutes turns into nutty vanilla. A lil' bit synthetic when it was sprayed at the first time but now oh woow! This perfume is good. I'm going to keep it not re-sell it.

@FourLeaf Have you ever thought that everyone's noses are a bit different from each other's? You could have 1,000 people in a room and 999 of them this would smell like pegasus and that 1 would think something like Pi? Just because a bunch of other people think that this smells like pegasus doesn't mean @Money Malcolm thinks it does. It's not about math, it's about body chemistry. His nose probably just functions a bit different from others.

Worth the money. Its like a really good vanilla and almond cookie with a little cumin for natural funk. Wife thinks its very sexy and manly. Has a little likeness to Wanted. I won't compare to PdM Peggy because not everyone will be willing to shell out the money for something like that. The performance and scent profile in Craze is very good. Great for cuddle time next to a fire. Longevity 9/10 Sillage 8/10 Scent 9.5/10 Overall 9/10

This is really close to pegasus, and after letting it sit for a couple of minutes they are nearly indistinguishable. 100% worth the price considering the price of PDM's fragrances. If you have never smelled pegasus, it's best described as a powdery lavender and almond bomb. A really beautiful smell, but definitely not an everyday wear. I would recommend smelling pegasus in a store before buying craze as it might not be for everyone.

I am extremely new to the fragrance game, so I don't have a sophisticated nose or anything. I can definitely smell the almond and vanilla, though. I had bought a 1ml sample of PDM Pegasus and loved it. So when I found this clone I fell in love. It's hard for me to tell the difference. All I can say is it smells very good and sweet. It lasts all day. I only have a small collection, but this is in my top 3, especially for winter.

I just got mine yesterday and I must say it lives up to the reviews I've read - an almond-vanilla bomb. The performance is beastly - 10 hrs on skin with 3ft+ projection. Might not be for people who don't like sweet fragrances (this is borderline cloying for me, leans towards unisex). Only advice is go easy on the sprayer; 3 sprays are plenty to last you the day- anymore and you'll start choking the room (and yourself)

smells good and unique gourmad. on my skin and to my nose after 15 mins on the dry down i pick up something fresh & clean; heavely scented shower gel, like those designers perfumes shower gels, or it could be just me, as my nose and my brain always pick up something different, and when this happens, i would usually love the scent. from my 70+ collection, nothing smells like it, so yeah it is unique and good.

It smells great. And was a compliment getter when I wore it. It's a cheap clone. You can get it and thing it's replacing a $300 fragrance. With clones you need to spay them 15-20 times in the air and put them away for a few weeks minimum. Let the magic happen. The next time you spay, it should be stronger. Buy your clones in the opposite season you'll be wearing it, so it can sit for a long time and grow up.

Just amazing!- never tried Pegasus, but bought this because of that 95% similarity people were writing about, except better projection/longevity on Armaf Craze I heard. That cumin hit me a bit too much at first, but quickly become supersmooth and sweet vanilla/almondy that i can smell all day, not overwhelming smell, just perfect. . at 30euros for 100ml EDP its a STEAL.

Love the almond/floral opening and mid, dries down vanilla. Doesn't last long on my skin (four hours, tops). Projects pretty strongly for the first hour or two, then it's a skin scent. It's inexpensive (less than $20), so reapply as needed and to your heart's content. I don't understand why it's rated so low... but I don't care. I like it!

(5/23 Batch) compared to my sample of pegasus this stuff is nearly identical and smells smooth with good longevity. so far this stuff is incredible and it'll probably only get better as this bottle sits. For $30 this definitely scratched my pegasus itch haha. Don't waste any time and don't waste your money on pegasus, buy this up rn.

I have the old batch which stays on my skin for ab 10 hours but the projection is really bad, people barely smell it in the air. Its better for intimate situations ig,when someone comes closer to your skin. The opening reminds me of Code Profumo but maybe its just me... overall The scent: 9/10 Perfomance: 7/10 Price: 10/10

This one is back in stores in my country (was for 12 hours before it sold out). Boozy almond with jasmine are the most dominating notes. It is very sweet and soft, smells expensive. Compared to Pegasus, this is 1:1 or might actually be better (a bit stronger).

Wow! So much love for this scent! It's really almondy vanilla strong and I can detect the cumin too. I also think it smells like L'Occitane's almond range of products.. So if you can't get enough of those.. Armaf Craze is a good add on for sure!

I bought this because YouTube says is perfume de Marley Pegasus clone i don’t know if that’s true.. i haven’t smelled Pegasus... but I love this scent sweet great vanilla... last long and projects great ... it makes me want to blind buy Pegasue

It’s totally a different type of fragrance. Its not citrusy or spicy. It has got a unique smell of bitter almonds and vanilla. The perfume is very elegant and sophisticated to were especially for office use. The bottle quality cant be worse.

Smells extremely seductive, roasted almonds and vanilla bomb, projects great and lasts over 12 hours easy. Unfortunately this one gives my wife a migraine, time to find a new wife I guess. The best part is I got it for 12$

If only this fragrance could have been put into a better looking bottle!! The opening is not great but, the dry down is where CRAZE really shines!! I consider CRAZE to be a multi-dimensional fragrance. Blind buy worthy!!

As many others have noted, this is a clone of PdM Pegasus - but it is an exceptionally good one. It's identical from what I can tell, at a fraction of the price, and arguably the performance is even better. Grab it.

for a $25 dupe i can say it does it job really really well. It really is a clone of pegasus. If you trying to find any fault for this clone, always remind yourself that its a $25 dupe for a $168 parfume hahaha

If you like De Marly Pegasus you will love this. Don’t buy it as a gift because bottle is really cheap looking and plastic will crack. Value for money - Best You will get compliments by wearing it.

@Money Malcolm Why tf would you believe this would smell like Pi when almost 500 people think it smells like PDM Pegasus? 60 people think it doesnt smell like Pi, and 46 do. Do the math.

The presentation is cheap and tacky. Probably the worst I have ever seen! The fragrance is a rich and unique nutty vanilla smell. Lovely and well worth having in your collection

The longer it sits the better it gets. I've had my bottle about 18 months and its has sat on the shelf the last 8 months. Very nice, lasted all day.

I still cannot believe how close is this to Pegasus and the price is mind blowing 17$. If you like Pegasus, you will like this one too.
