That was the cologne that got me into this hobby so Odyssey Aqua had a high bar to clear in my mind -- and it easily clears it and then some. Straight up: Odyssey Aqua is a 100% dead on exact accurate clone of Pacro Rabanne Invictus Platinum. As in, completely identical and indistinguishable from the original. Amazing. All clones are relatively close in my experience which is why I love them but not this close. This is only the second clone I've ever used that hit the bullseye perfectly at 100% accuracy. (Interestingly, the other is Lattafa/Maison Alhambra's Victorioso Victory, another Paco Rabanne Invictus flanker clone from a different maker.) The mind-blowing accuracy makes this an insanely good value for the price, coming it under a mere third of what Platinum costs at discounters and far less than retail. Performance is strong, quality is high, and it comes in a heavy high quality eye-catching bottle designed to look like a little thermos. Bottom line: if you like Invictus Platinum, don't waste any time and buy this one from a discounter. The bad news is the same as the good news: this is a dead on clone of Invictus Platinum. If you dislike the modern sweet and fresh style of cologne that Paco Rabanne made popular worldwide with the 1 Million and Invictus lines, if you find it headache inducing, if you think it's a kid's style of fragrance to be used only by those annoying millenial and Gen Z teens who don't know nuthin' from nuthin'... this is definitely not for you. Anyone who prefers fougeres, Oriental/spicys, gourmands or even just fresh colognes without overt sweetness should stay far, far away from this one. This is the only Invictus Platinum clone on the market that I am aware of, which is surprising considering that there are a slew of original Invictus and Invictus Aqua clones already available on the market. Note that despite the term "Aqua" in this flanker's moniker, this is not a clone of Invictus Aqua. If you want that, you should be getting Odyssey White instead.

I have to be honest: when I first sprayed Armaf Odyssey Aqua, I was almost intimidated. It was loud, synthetic, and had this aggressive power that made me a bit hesitant to wear it. I put it on my shelf and let it sit for a few weeks. Fast forward to today, the sun is shining and i thought, lets give it a try again. It has completely transformed. This is the perfect example of why you should never judge a Middle Eastern fragrance right out of the box. Time did wonders here. The scent has settled beautifully. What used to be a sharp "wall of scent" is now a smooth, rounded, and incredibly fresh experience. It’s minty, aquatic, and has that modern vibe and its own character. It feels much more high-end now, soft yet masculine, and very refreshing. It’s the kind of scent that makes you want to respray just to get that fresh hit again, even though the performance is solid. If you just bought this and think it’s too much: be patient. Let it breathe for a few weeks, and you’ll be rewarded with a 10/10 freshie that punches way above its price point.

Hello, i will make this as short as possible. Its not as sweet as Invictus Platinum, its fresh/minty and refreshing. Not your ,, typical blue fragrance ''. Opening is extra fresh with orange and grape blast with a background note of artemisia which gives a bit of a herbal taste, then it cool down into the mintiness with lavender being there but not too sweet then settles down to the classic ambroxan pachuli cypress vibe. Its really tasty and masculine , easy grab and versatile for every occasion. Smells youthfull, fresh aromatic being present. Performance wise, i get about 7 hours on skin with 2 hours projection, its moderate but really good for the price u pay. Its not something u need to own, but if ur on a budget and want something versatile and suitable for warmer weather, this is a good choice. Test before buying, 80% you will like it , 20% you might not like it

This is really good, I got several compliments the first day I wore it. Perfect blend of youthful and maturity. That pactuli and cypress dry down almost reminds me of nichane hashivat dry down. This is really good! Update after trying Invictus Platinum.. I liked acqua so much that I was going to buy the real thing so I went to my local Macy's to sample the Platinum. After sampling the Platinum I realized that I didn't need to buy it. Both smell identical but the acqua wears more like a edt and the Platinum wears more like a EDP or perfume. The ambroxan in the acqua really pushes the scent. I can pick up more of the green aspects in the acqua. I still smell the green aspects in the Platinum but not as loud. Imagine acqua as Dior savage edt and imagine platinum as Dior savage EDP. The acqua seems to last longer as well.

I’ll try not to turn this into one of those pointless “Bible-length” reviews, so hear me out. I’ve gone full circle on my fragrance journey, starting with designer scents, dabbling in dupes, then spending way too much on niche brands, only to find myself back here. Odyssey Aqua is the perfect “fresh out of the shower” scent: fresh, clean, slightly sweet, and incredibly easy to wear. This was an extremely satisfying purchase. At this price point, the performance and quality are exactly what fragrance collecting has come to mean for me: simple, enjoyable, and worth every spray. I get at least seven hours, and at this price you can reapply as much as you want. Blind-buy worthy. Dumb reach certified. And for my ladies out there, since I know finding a great freshie can be tough, this would be absolutely deadly on you.

This is Odyssey Aqua—the kind of juice you wear to win a Fragrantica sword fight on a yacht while flexing loafers with no socks. I swapped a sad, unopened Liquid Brun and Bentley Intense for this, and honestly? Best trade of my life. Hit Soho, smelled Invictus Platinum, got that minty aquatic hit, then damn near fainted at the price tag. It’s like falling for someone gorgeous, then realizing they’re a spoiled trust fund brat. Odyssey Aqua? Same vibe, but blue-collar and proud—no bankruptcy attached. Opens with a blast of mint and orange, glides into lavender and patchouli, then lands on warm ambroxan. Fresh, clean, like you just solved a problem you didn’t know you had. Solid 9.5/10. Yeah, it’s Invictus on clearance—but I’ll keep screaming it until y’all believe me.

Finally a cheap freshie fragrance that doesn't disappear after 2-3 hours. I applied it at 6pm when I went out and about with my wife, when we arrived home it must've been 11-11:30pm she asks me after leaving our room and coming back later, Did you just reapply your fragrance?? and she wouldnt believe me when I said no, this is how crazy this stays and projects. This is a mass appealing "smell good" fragrance, pretty strong synthetic opening but its worth the wait for the dry down in my opinion. I have a few of these but this is the first one i bought thats a cheap freshie and doesn't have me smelling like a straight orange all day. and a warning to anyone -> over spray at your own risk, I almost killed my cab driver.

Muy bueno, lo recomiendo comprar a ciegas si sos de olores herbales, frescos y cítricos (sobre todo en la salida este último), al secado es bueno también, lavanda y menta juntas, huele a hombre limpio (quizas a muchas personas les recuerde a una sensación jabonosa y opino que podría deberse a que muchos jabones líquidos para pisos tienen fragancia de lavanda, el de odyssey aqua se parece pero huele bien, más natural). El secado huele amaderado y fresco. Al cabo de usarlo normalmente y de este modo permitan que madure el perfume, les aseguro por experiencia que la fragancia solo mejora, al cabo de 3 semanas el mío cambió para bien, huele más redondo y de mejor calidad.

Pretty good. A little sweet in the opening (kinda smells like bubblegum for some reason) but I like it, dry down is less sweet and more green but the sweetness is still there. Good longevity (Probably 6hr+ of projection and 10hr+ skin scent for me but that day I was mostly indoor). Dont spray too much of this thing tho. I remember putting it on my wrist and I had to hand-wash some clothes after and the smell didn't completely disappear on my wrist afterwards, dunno how it survived the detergent. Dont have invictus platinum so I cant say how close they are. Overall, good smell, great longevity. Probably not for those who dont like sweet smells.

I just got the Odyssey Aqua gift-set with 100 ml EDP Spray + 100 ml Shower Gel + 50 ml Body Spray + 100 ml Shampoo. For me, it's in the same category as Odyssey Mega Man and Lattafa Fakhar (black), even though those are imitating another scent, Y EDP/EDT. I did buy this blindly because of how impressed I was with Mega Man. How they boosted the good smell up, did it better than Lattafa did with Fakhar. But. There is something in the body spray that's the note I could not stand in Afnan Rare Reef, and that note is in the other products, but is screaming in the body spray. So, I assume I need to let it grow for some weeks, but it's 9/10, for me.

Armaf has done it again with Odyssey Aqua Edition. This fragrance is the Swiss army knife. It is incredibly versatile and can work for most occasions (except for black tie). The fragrance has slight variation, yet I would consider it linear. The fragrance starts fruity and subtly herbaceous. As the fragrance transitions, you get the aquatic fruitiness, that will remind you of PR Invictus. As the scent fully settles in, you will have a mature version of the Invictus (Platinum) profile. Overall, I love this fragrance for its versatility and what it is—a great fragrance.

I'm revisiting and re-reviewing my fragrances. My Odyssey Aqua has matured for over 6 months now, batch date of November 2024 and this stuff is really good. Definitely citrus forward and dries down to a fresh spicy scent. I get really good longevity and projection from mine, it's a shame that others aren't getting that. Some reviews say this is youthful, but the touch of spice in this freshy gives it more maturity which makes it better. A warm weather banger for sure, but also really good year round.

Super fresh and does not smell cheap at all. I was looking for a summer fragrance that wouldn't smell like laundry detergent, this was a good buy. It is spicy but very composed and it likes to really stay on you, I wore this at beach clubs and soccer practice, you can kind of get the idea of how versatile this one is. Ive used it so much that I kind of got tired of it but I know it will always work in hot days no matter what. Having this in my collection is in some way anxiolytic. solid 9/10.

This stuff is an absolute banger of a fragrance. Fresh off the truck projects like crazy, clean and fresh. My 17yo is a frag head such as myself and came into the living room asking “what is the new scent you sprayed!? I can smell it from my bedroom...” lol for the price it doesn’t get any better tbh. Bottle is heavy, big sprays. Only imagine it will get better with a bit of time on the shelf to rest. Not redundant to any fresh scent I own either. Solid 10/10. Don’t think, buy.

i really like this stuff. its been an unusually warm winter and honestly i have a pretty strong aversion to gourmands. with that said the opening to this stuff most certainly smells like sour gummy worms. its got a very strong masculine base. i keep getting whiffs specifically of the patchouli in this throughout the day standing out. its nice and green. i tend to really like clones of invictus flankers and this is no exception. its one of the stronger fragrances i own.

This is strong..almost to strong, you get a blast off a mix off mint and cleaning products citruses (not in a bad way) also a thick caramel like sweetness, in the heart its a full blown Aquatic, salty sea water bordering on seaweed, like i said its strong and iff your sensitiv off ambroxan you might go full noseblind to it. The base is classic armaf odyssey Amber. Its like they took mandarin sky and made it a Aquatic fresh minty fragrance

Quite good, all-rounder day fragrance. Projects decently however it is accompanied by its amazing longevity. I personally love the smell especially the opening notes. The dry down is also great, yet not perfect. I agree with people saying that the projection is arms length, which I could say is true. Overall, would recommend for an afternoon to evening wear, as it is refreshing but also attention getting. Definitely worth the price.

Very good replacement of Rabanne Invictus Platinum, it is really close. Carolina Herrera Bad Boy Cobalt has never been somehow similar to the Invictus Platinum, as many people mentioned. Strong, beautiful sweet and fresh aromatic scent at the opening, when the strong sweetness fade out relatively quickly, the aromatic fresh scent remains. Invictus Platinum is a bit richer on the drydown, but really a bit. Very nice scent overall.

The good stuff. Starts off bursting with sweet youth, then dries down to a nostalgic green feel, almost barbershop. It's perfect for mild and warmer weather. Fun, yet mature. Sillage is great; longevity is good. Overall, the performance is above average, especially when considering the price point. It's a solid addition to the collection. While not groundbreaking, it remains an easy reach and doesn't fail to get compliments.

I love a simple fresh perfume and this one is no exception. I like the addition of the Artemisia and lavender as they could very easy be over dosed in something like this but its put a nice twist on a fresh citrus top noted perfume. The mint gives that feeling of cooling which is nice. longevity is surprisingly long for a freshie which is nice. worth the price and worth the wear for summer.

Twisted clone combination of Carolina Herrera Bad Boy Cobalt and Paco Rabanne Invictus Platinum, which is pretty damned nice. Definitely a Summer banger. The opening is pretty zesty with orange and grapefruit, balanced with some herbal artemisia. The heart is a cooling mint and fresh lavender on top of a base of cypress, patchouli, and ambroxan. Very good pick on a hot day.

Excellent durability and performance for the price. This fragrance is a hidden beast...not sure if this perfume really lasts on all skins, but this perfume lasts me all day, not just all day, surprisingly it stays on my clothes no matter how hard I try to wash them, the price and performance are unbeatable...great job by Armaf definitely one of my favorite hidden gems.

Interesting fresh, sweet, citrus-herbal fragrance. Sweet bubble-gummy Orange and Grapefruit mix with herbal Artemisia-Mint signature. Mood lifter. Compliment guaranteed. Great for young guys, but overall very unisex. For that price, they created the best fresh fragrance possible. Very similar scent to Lacoste Essential or CK All, but an extremely strong version.

Smells great. I think mine still needs to mature a little. What I really like about it is it gives off a similar scent to Khadlaj Shadow, but Shadow smells terrible on my skin. This does not. I really wanted to get Khadlaj Shadow but couldn’t do it due to the reaction I get on my skin, but Odyssey Aqua just solved that problem for me. 8.5/10.

I love the green sweet fresh vibe here. Its a perfect summer or spring scent, and definitely signature worthy. Armaf really has a great product here. For the price you can't go wrong. Its a blind buy safe bottle you can afford to give as a gift to any guy. Out of my 75 bottle collection, this is probably my favorite summer fragrance.

Sweet but not cloying with that cooling mint which makes it unique to me. Lovely stuff to wear on a hot day but I think this can work all year round tbh. After having it for a while I put my nose to cobalt as I was intrigued to see if it was actually anything like it, and to me it was pretty much 1:1. Great quality stuff right here.

As previously mentioned, this is an almost 1:1 dupe of Invictus Platinum. Extremely close. I sprayed a sample of Invictus Platinum and this side by side, and they were nearly identical. It would be hard to tell the difference in a blind test. It's almost like Invictus Legend, but without the aquatic notes and a push of Mint.

Tbh this is a really good daily fragrance in my opinion It is one of the best freshes from the armaf line It opens with sweet orange with green notes then it evolves into a minty lavender scent that is very refreshing I am yet to see the longevity but I got around 8 hours of longevity with strong projection for 2 hours

I don't know if I've bought a fake but the scent just disappears within minutes of spraying it on both my skin and my clothes. I'm not going nose blind as people around me barely smell it even though I sprayed it ten minutes ago! I'm gutted as I really love the smell but I can't really see any point in keeping it now.

Fresh, Green, and aromatic.. some say a less cloying version of Invictus Platinum, also a tad reminiscent of Creed Green Irish Tweed. Incredibly versatile and almost impossible to hate if you like smelling clean and masculine. (Also has incredible longevity and projects really well for a “freshie”)

back after a while and this perfume is NUTSSSSSSSSS....once i sprayed 3 to 4 sprays on my shirt and i don't even know when i wore it(perhaps 4 or 5 days ago )...got washed and wore it again today and it is still strong there....radiating too within 2 feet...crazy performance

Casual, office safe and mass appealing. It is perfect to wear anytime you can't decide what to pick. I agree with many of the reviews below. It is nothing special but it doesn't hurt to have it in the collection. I like how the sweetness is blended with Barbershop scent.

I really loved this scent in the summer. I just tried it in the winter and it gave a much different vibe. I’m partial to invictus and this scent hits OG Platinum almost dead on. Safe blind buy if you like the DNA. As with most clones it gets stronger with age.

Been wearing this one for the last couple of days and it is great! Definitely blind buy worthy. Preforming like a beast in hot tropical weather. Fragrance is a sweet citric scent that is linear but good. Longevity 9+hrs Scent 7/10 Spillage 9/10 Great buy!!

Great perfume for the price honestly. Aside from the somewhat harsh opening, which can smell like wet cut grass to some noses, around 25-30 minutes later you have a very fresh, citrusy yet masculine scent on you. Would definitely recommend for the price.

REALLY close to something from the Invictus line. Haven't smelled Platinum before but it definitely has Invictus vibes. Fairly sweet, very clean and green. Informal and casual, will be great in summer and spring. Above average performance. Lovely stuff.

Club de Nuit Precieux I smells polished and effortlessly classy with a fruity-woody blend that gets noticed without trying too hard. The performance is excellent too, it easily lasts through special occasions and long evenings.

Reminds me of Ysl y edp, both smell like sweet masculine shower gel but remove the apple and make it more aromatic or herbacious. Get this if you want to smell unique since Invictus platinum is underrated.

Absolute banger of a fragrance and something to gatekeep! Sillage is a compliment magnet and I have loved wearing it around the office. People sleep on it but it's a hidden gem of a fragrance.

Best summer Armaf and best overall summer cologne I’ve owned! It last 10 hours on my skin! Wow For the price this is a no brainer. Most of my collection consists of Armaf fragrances now

Fresh, aquatic, and citrus-y. Not too offensive either. Good projection and performance. Bottle is also nice. Scent is surprisingly versatile, I like it. Reliable freshie. 9/10

To my nose, Odyssey Aqua smells nearly identical to Bad Boy Cobalt Parfum. More so than Invictus Platinum. Either way, I absolutely love this cologne and it's a steal at $25.

Green, citrus and mint. This is a fresh freshy, easy reach for most daytime situations. It does develop a nice woody dry down over time. Good bang for your buck.
