Odyssey Wild One Gold Edition

A nice perfume, the smell of which intersects with probably a couple different fragrances, but I don't see this being a dupe of anything particular. Not a secular smell, sophisticated enough and masculine. Great for outdoor/sports events, where you may be exposed to wind. I think if it gets in contact with sweat for too long, it may perform as a completely different fragrance. I know I sound weird, but in different weather conditions, is smells: 1. Like BDC - around 20-25°C with humidity around 50-70% 2. Like barber fragrances at a little bit higher temperature. If you find this for 15-20$, buy it and leave it to macerate for a month or two when it would even start resembling fragrances as Tyger and some of the lemony Mancera fragrances. Smell is office friendly and there is nothing sickening an repulsive around it. Maybe not a great compliment getter, but very wearable and cosy

Got my hands on this cheap but came with a faulty spray cap so be careful with some armafs out there. This is literally Dior Sauvage Edt dupe. Not the edp or any others. It becomes a little fresher as the scent develops and the Vetiver note comes out after some 15-20 mins of wearing and you'll get a little bit of incense and sandalwood as the scent progress. Nothing too special since there are numerous Sauvage dupes around. I like the bottle colors of black gold though.

great stuff this is. inoffensive, all-situation type of fragrance. a lot of the armaf odyssey line has the same musky note in the dry down. its not bad but it gets repetitive. this is really good tho i give it an 8/10. projection/sillage/longevity are alright you gotta overspray all the armaf freshie frags if you live in a hot climate.

This fragrance reminds me Versace Dylan Blue and on the dry down, it morphs into a Dior Sauvage EDT type of fragrance. Personally, I like it as it is my favourite in the Odssey line, better than Manadarin Sky. But I would be careful with the sprays, as it can be overpowering and strong.

Dylan Blue+Sauvage+Bleu de Chanel = Odyssey Wild One Gold Edition This is very similar to Iconic, but it's a little more zesty, literally, like a zest soap bar. Iconic lasts longer and if you already have it you probably do need this in your collection as the overlap is significant.

Nothing wrong with this fragrance. It's doing job of generic blue cologne just fine. Cheaper then Banderas the Icon and perform much better with similar scent profile. Safe to blind buy. Safe to overspray in reasonable measures.

Best value for money, i love how fresh the top note is. 2-3 spay not enough to stand out in sunny day or even night [edited]. 3-4h longevity seems good when i spend in office. boost my confidence

Truth be told I prefer this to any original it’s compared to. Prefer it over sauvage and prefer it to bleu de Chanel.

Love this on my second bottle I get compliments all the time on, it awsome cologne.

Take 50% Blue De Chanel + 50% Sauvage and you have this. Great Scent.

In Wild One's case, it mixes what are probably the two most popular "blue freshie" fragrances ever made, Versace Dylan Blue and Dior Sauvage. It opens like Dylan Blue and dries down like Sauvage. As you might expect, this is really clean and refreshing. It's a nice blend of floral, citrus, woody, spicy, and musky aromas with prominent notes of pepper, mint, lemon, lavender, wood, vetiver and fresh patchouli musk. This is a great scent, mass appealing and good for all ages to use. This probably leans too masculine for female users even with the fresh appeal. Performance is strong, definite quality here. However, there are an absolute TON of similar designer and clone fragrances on the market. Too many to even count, especially when you consider that Sauvage has to be one of the most cloned fragrance DNAs of all time. This is honestly redundant if you own either or both Dylan Blue or Sauvage or clones thereof. That said, it's a quality product at a very good price and worth owning if you don't. Recommended.

So, I bought this hoping it would smell like BDC EdP. At first, I was a bit hesitant because I feared it would smell too much like Sauvage. As soon as I tried it, it instantly reminded me of Sauvage, so I was a bit disappointed. It basically has the ambroxan-peppery Sauvage vibe with elements of BDC in it. As it dried down, it definitely smelled more like BDC. It's like it started with 75% Sauvage and 25% BDC, and ended with 50% BDC and 50% Sauvage. I would say that it's actually a nice thing that it blends both fragrances together—and it does so quite well. The beginning might be a tad synthetic, but that's about it. Interestingly, the first day I wore it, it instantly got me two compliments. I guess it's the ambroxan-Sauvage note that people really like, for whatever reason. The fragrance doesn't amaze me yet, but I'm definitely going to keep it since it seems to get me compliments. Don't get me wrong, it's actually ok, but I'm not the biggest fan of Sauvage due to its hyper-popularity and blandness. Now I have to wait and see if the scent changes in the next few weeks—I'm going to write an update on this.

Basically Dior sauvage EDP or Perfum. Not elixir slightly sharper opening than the og with the lavender but it smooths put after 10 min and your wearing Sauvage. I have had the EDT EDP and perfum in that order. EDT was the best summer freshy edp went for cool stylish and perfum was just spicy dark and elegant. This is between the edp and perfum. Base DNA 99% accurate concentration is good so avoid white shirts or white in general. I like it. I don't know why this aint hyped to the moon and back but all the better for us in the know.

Smells really like Dior Sauvage edt,it is a little bit different but I dont know what are the differences . Definitely recommend this if youre looking for a cheap alternative.

It smells great only problem for me is longevity usually around 5-6 hours

Armaf Odyssey Wild One Gold Edition is about as "wild" as Dior Sauvage is "savage" ,meaning not at all. It’s a decent fragrance, but nothing groundbreaking. The opening is a familiar peppery citrus blend, and the dry down reveals subtle woody notes. Thanks to Sauvage’s influence and similarities, this scent profile has become predictable and overused, especially since most perfume collectors already own several variations of it with minor twists. On performance, it becomes a close-to-skin scent within an hour, with average sillage and longevity. Final rating: 6/10

# 475 in my 'Tour de Fragrance" This is trying to be a Sauvage clone and failing miserably. The citrus, which is always short-lived is very short-lived here. The dry down is way more balsamic than anything else to the point where it smells like a spice mix that's sat in the cabinet too long. Don't buy this. There are Sauvage clones that are a lot better than this, including Armaf's own Ventana, La Rive Extreme Story. This is not worth the $20 you'll spend. Armaf really should just kill this one.

I have bought it, because “The nice smelling gentleman” youtube channel said this is the best Suavage edt clone. I do not like it, agree with JusttheFactsMan, it’s smells like rotten spices. I’ve bought a lot of clones, this was my first real disappointment in clones.

i tried it again and i have to say the performance is very good. i also have to mention this is such a perfect hybrid of bleu de chanel edp and sauvage, if for some people sauvage is to much, here is less sauvage in it and more bleu de chanel, which makes it a perfect fragrance for every day. its very smooth because its has that wonderful bleu de chanel incencse and woodyness and the freshness of sauvage without too much ambroxan, which gives this headache metallic note. if anybody would like a good bleu de chanel kinda clone, i would recommend this if u want something even more closer armaf iconic is good. but again this will still do the job if u want more bleu de chanel but again there is also something from sauvage in it so be a wear of that.

In terms of longevity, this perfume performs better than Blue Iconic. Both are clones of Bleu de Chanel, though each one resembles a different version of the original. Even though their DNA is similar, this fragrance leans more toward the lavender side and lacks smoky notes, which makes it fresher. Still, it’s a very close clone of Bleu de Chanel, since Chanel itself also has a lavender-based version without the smoky accords. Personally, I like to layer this perfume with Blue Iconic, and together they create a great combination.

Smells like if Versace Dylan Blue and Dior Sauvage EDT had a baby that’s all grown up now. Perfect for school wear, gym, casual, out the shower, dates etc etc. After smelling a sample I knew it was full bottle worthy.

To my Nose this is much more, Bleu de Chanel, than Dior Sauvage. 90 % chanel, 10 % dior. Be careful the opening is not pleasent at all. But The dry down is a beautiful blended Bleude Chanel EDP. Very creamy.

Performance on me varied from day to day, but out of the 3 Armaf Odyssey's I have had, this was the weaker one. Some days though it would be strong on me. I mostly get Sauvage from this. Love the bottle .

No, it's not Savage Dior, doesn't have it's deeper tone and sexi taste. I like them, smells good on my boyfriend, like some spicy oranges someone's who's go to explore ;)
