Purple Amethyst

It smells like something across green Chloe L'eau and English Pear and Freesia by Jo Malone with Chloe being like 70% of it. Very good quality, lasting and projecting fragrance which smells much more expensive than it really is. You get that cool, citrusy rose with very distinctive clean, almost mossy patchouli. Bottle is really heavy. I'm looking forward to try more from this house.

a straight-up rose and Iris perfume, I don't think it works like a typical unisex perfume, it leans more towards being women/floral perfume. I don't think it smells like Jacomo Her perfume, I have both and Jacomo's leans more towards woody notes. Overall it smells refreshing, and good quality for the price

i had to give this perfume a few wears to review it. It’s definitely a niche kind of fragrance a little weird in the opening as my first impression. But after some wears it kind of reminds me of bubble bath by Replica. It’s floral soapy scent with a little bit of musk. If i were to go off the notes what i think it’s the magnolia, rose, iris ,patchouli and lemon combination that makes this feel like a soft clean soapy floral scent. Somewhere in the family of bar soaps. I know some folks like to over spray but this scent projects well enough for a few spritz. It’s not an in your face heavy hitter scent and an overspray can make this scent come across as strange and artificial. This leaves a very delicate sillage. I like this for the gym I do want to give credit where it’s due . i do feel like this is a “niche” floral scent.

Still adapting with the smell. It's like a nostalgic scent, i had this scent long tima ago but couldnt figure out wht perfume lol ;D bottle and packaging beautiful though. But I'm not so keem to weat this perfume on a daily basis, it is more suitable for special occasions or a night out. Sillage and projection is so so too theis nothing so special about this perfume except the bottle and packaging. You ll fall in love by the look of its packaging. Overall score is 6 out of 10. Currently I am still waiting for my next armaf niche perfumes. Bought online from overseas (takeit2day). And later will review for the rest of the collection.

#1194 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Another Armaf Niche I picked up for a girlfriend, and it's not the most impressive of the Armaf Niche women's scents. Mediocre longevity or sillage for an EDP, but not terrible. It's definitely very floral, not something a man will ever wear. The woman I'm giving it to appreciates florals more than I do, though she leans more warm ambery than this. This may be a hit with her or not. I'm actually not liking the litchi here. Kinda sour in the opening, though that mostly dissipates in fifteen minutes or so. I see some are reminded of Chloe, something I haven't smelled on a woman in more than a decade, and only remember as being very floral. It was something I would expect young girls to wear. This is way better than I recall Chloe being, a scent I actively disliked. This is more a bath powdery sort of scent. Fresh and bright, but not something that's gonna make me want to tear her clothes off (she needs no help from a perfume in that department). If she gives this away it won't break my heart. I'll add her reaction later this week when I give it to her.

Because I was so happily surprised by Ruby Red and Peridot, I went on a mission to try all the Armaf Niche scents. I'm testing them one by one and I received Purple Amethyst a few days ago. It's an unusual fragrance. The opening is a powerful lemon and patchouli combination which for me, somehow instantly translated to the scent of a bottle of bubbles (that children play with). The rose comes with the dry down and I'll agree with the other reviewer that it is a more feminine scent than masculine and to be considered unisex is a stretch. I also felt Armaf inaccurately labeled Sapphire as unisex when it's clearly far more masculine. I don't mind Purple Amethyst, but it's not a favorite by any means.

Zara Fashionably london softer version. If you don’t like rose scent you won’t like this. I don’t know why Armaf Tag Her is even there under the “it reminds me of” options, it has absolutely nothing in common.

Starts out with a blast of cheap-smelling florals, dries down into baby powder mixed with florals. Total scrubber for me. To quote Men on Films, “Hated it!”

This is not a unisex scent as the user base suggests. I blind bought this based off of other reviews and I can’t wear this again. I get the lemon and the iris, but the rose is the dominant scent, at least to me anyway. I’m going to have to give the bottle away. I also purchased Club De Nuit Intense woman. I heard that was a unisex scent as well, but the rose in there is too dominant for me as also. I need to stay away scents with rose in it, it’s just not for me. It’s too feminine, but seeing as society doesn’t agree that there are two genders anymore, then I misspoke... it might be perfect for gender non binary people..lol

I would categorize this as a Floral with the Rose dominating, the Rose that has the same color of the bottle, not the bright pink one with strong stems and thorns, this is a pale purple pink Rose that has very delicate stems and is more fragrant, I don't know it's name but this is what I smell here. Musk-ed up with a bit of Magnolia and Iris that gives it some powder-ness and a bit of tang from the Lemon and Litchi. Very fragrant, It's not girly fresh, but not dark-ish either.

to my nose, it is a better version of Gres Cabaret (my version was too light and sat very closely to skin)
