Scentasy Matcha Magix

Bought today. I love tea scents for men and this one is definitely unisex. The opening is a blast of citrus with a milky matcha undertone. Some people have said they get no matcha? I DEFFO DO. Over time it gets to the slightly woody dry down but maintains that mate/matcha base. One of my favourite tea fragrances along with Marwa and Dynasty. It probably will need some maturation but a strong 8.7 for me at the moment. Could go to a 9.3. Any other mens tea fragrances I should have a look at please let me know. I'm on the hunt.

It smells incredibly good, the kind of freshness that hits you instantly in the best way. It’s bright, citrusy and green, with that clean matcha vibe that feels both energizing and calming at the same time. There’s something very uplifting about it, almost like stepping into cool morning air. It’s simple but beautifully done, fresh without being sharp, and green without feeling bitter. Just a genuinely lovely scent that’s easy to wear and easy to enjoy.

This doesn't smell like Matcha 26 by Lelabo, but a lovely scent. Opens with green tea straight with sweet citrus and strawberry in the background. The strawberry in here is creamy, reminds me of a strawberry-flavored yogurt. I really like this, but I'm clueless about when to wear this. I haven't tried Velvet Infussion by D&G.

Tea and light citrus with a touch of fruit. I really like it, average sillage and longevity but to be expected. Smelt it before in hotel shower gel, you know, that kind of scent. I have Wulong Cha and it is completely distinct from that.

Crisp, green, and clean. A fantastic tea scent that feels equal parts elevated and luxurious. Reminds me a bit of Artisan Pure by JV but more unique.

Ugly bottle, but this stuff is extremely addicting. Best scent of 2026 so far

Lots of mandarin, very little matcha. Lovely tho

I received my bottle about 4 weeks ago. I still have mixed feelings about it. Opens with dry green tea straight out of a tin box (mate), with sweet citrus and strawberry in the background. It’s a weird one — ON MY SKIN, it turns very sweet. I can barely detect any tea note after 5 minutes. The citrus fades quickly as well. Lots of strawberry. After 2 showers, I can still smell it on my wrist — I guess that could be a good thing 😂 ON CLOTHING, it stays citrusy and green — like a completely different fragrance. No prominent strawberry, more of a cold, slightly bitter green tea with a touch of sweetness. After a couple of hours, it gets sweeter. It’s been a day since I sprayed it on my hoodie, and it’s still strong. I feel like the notes are all over the place and compete with each other.

Extremely similar to the matcha 26 by Le Labo but more powdery and more of that Matcha more with a small hint of natural dry fruitiness but most importantly the packaging and bottling is inspired by floraiku style fragrances. Will buy soon, smells about 94% similar but in its own good way. Must buy for a simple office safe but playful everyday scent.

The bergamot opening lasts and projects quite well, you could classify that part as strong. It lasts about 2 hours then it becomes more intimate, feels a bit like a tonka bean note. Very good but not as green as i wanted it to be.

All I’m gonna say is that this is NOT a clone of D&G Velvet Infusion. It’s not a bad perfume, but if that’s what you’re looking for then this is not it.

Green tea from EA!! Creamy is the only difference!!

I have read a lot of the below reviews and bought it to try it myself. From the first snif (take into account that was the first time I ever smelled it so it can change greatly to my nose), I have smelled a totally different perfume than most of you. The opening was really matcha forward with really little citruses, I have not had any Imagination resemblance here, I am not a big fan of matcha however kudos for proposing this profil straight in the opening. I had imagined the accord to evolve to something musky however, and I don't know If my senses are playing games on me but I had this coconut accord for a long time and I tried to link it to another scent I know. First Virgin Island Water, but it was not the same coconut water profil, then the dry down began to show itself and another accord mixed with the coconut and I would say it was something like ambrocenide (or a close cousin) I literally had the Vanilla Powder (Matières Premières) dry down on my skin. And that's funny because I never understood the coconut in Vanilla Powder but broken down the way this one has (having the coconut first and then the amberwood) I know understand. But don't worry it is not as strong as VP. So really disappointed but surprised, even though I was not expecting the same experience as everyone here, I did not imagine being this far away from the other review. Keep in mind that's the very first time I have smelled it and usually the first sniff my brain will focus on things that other do not even smell. I will give it another try later on to tell you if anything changed for my brain.

The person below me is spot on. This is literally a citrus imagination. There is a very slight bit of cream and matcha, but all people (and yourself) are going to smell is the citrus and imagination profiles. This goes to show how inaccurate so many of these reviews are now. People just parrot whatever they hear their favorite influencer say. This is a good fragrance, but if you have any imagination profile that is slightly good, you do not need this. It is completely unnecessary and simply a duplicate. Very disappointed in the fragrance community and these commentors. As a citrus imagination dupe, this is literally a nine out of ten. As a MATCHA fragrance, this is a zero out of ten.

I just got this yesterday so probably it needs some maceration. My first impressions are these: Completely unisex better suited for day, summer or spring. The notes I get are different from the ones listed. It opens super fresh. I get a super fresh lime and green tea in the beginning and when it settles into a skin scent I get a little bit of sandalwood. It doesn't last long, maybe 1 hour max. I'll update if it gets better. For now it's just an ok fresh summer perfume. Would be good for gym maybe, nothing more.

Two words: bug spray! So much so, then I am actually tempted to spray this on me this summer and then go outside in my backyard which is Mosquito Central and see if it actually works as bug repellent! Because if it does, that is the only way that I will wear this fragrance! 🦟🦟🦟

I've seen some very confusing and misleading discourse around this fragrance. I think before you buy, it's important to know that this is more of a gourmand fragrance than a fresh citrus tea scent. Don't get me wrong, there is fresh citrus in the opening, but the heart of the fragrance is very much a realistic, gourmand, fresh from the cafe cup of matcha latte to my nose. Maybe my bottle got nicely mixed and shaken and didn't need maceration due it's multiple weeks stuck on a delivery truck being taken to the wrong city three or four times, but this one was fantastic right out of the box. I think if you know what you're getting into, this is a great purchase. This is not a citrusy fresh SMW, ck, or imagination style tea fragrance. This is a creamy, gourmand but still appropriate for summer (as long as it's not ridiculously hot or humid) matcha latte fragrance. Performance and longevity are top notch for something on the fresher side. Note breakdown is honestly a tad misleading, but if that's really what they put in there, it does a great job of creating the sensory illusion of a creamy iced matcha latte with a nice fresh opening.

A really pleasant tea scent -- it's not particularly green or matcha-esque in general, it smells moreso like sweetened steeped black tea with dried strawberries. It's a tad zesty from the mandarin and bergamot -- but it's not piercing at all. It's not a beast performer -- but if you're looking for that, with a scent profile like this, you're missing the point. This scent profile is all about pure comfort and tranquility.

Beautiful, mature fruity woody scent.
