White Diamond

Comes on bright with high quality ingredients that are really pleasant fresh and slightly sweet. It reminds me of an offer by Creed; that high quality freshness vibe they have. That quality is rare except by all Creed's, so this gets uber points for that. Then, it gets softer and has a white floral aspect to it. My reactions follow this: Sweet/Fresh - Sweet light floral - with fresh always being second. This isn't aquatic fresh. Kind of reminds me of the way I feel about Silver Mountain water a tad bit, even though it by no means is a copy or smell alike. It just is in the same state. Big complement factor here. Ladies at work who know I collect and are always trying to smell me lost it today over this one. Real lady killer this one. I literally had a fellow employee start shaking and grab her heart at this one. She's never reacted like that to any of my frags. Maybe it was just her, but this one made her swoon, and that's even an understatement. I will say that the presentation is awesome. The sprayer shoots like a jet spray though sort of a straight shot instead of a spray mist, probably just my bottle. Very strong, longevity and projection is pretty beast for something this fresh. Projects and lasts all day long, 7-8 hrs to skin scent.

This is a very pleasant scent, it's citrus and florals but in a light clean and bright way. Perfect summer scent when your wearing a crisp white shirt. Projects well and lasts Update:- so I wore this out yesterday and 5 hours into the drydown a very beautiful lady at the bar I was in asks me "wow, what is that fragrance your wearing! It smells amazing!" I told her and she looked a bit puzzled. The words Armaf and Niche were two words she wasn't familiar with. But she asked for one last smell of my neck before I left the bar. I think I may wear this more often!

This is an outstanding fragrance. The first thing you get at the first spray is a blast of very pleasant orange. I like to think of this fragrance as a combination of D&G the one with Fahrenheit 32. This is a great summer day scent.

This stuff is quite potent for a fresh floral. Last A long time. Good for the warmer months. Sweet fresh. In the drydown I smell some resemblance with YSL La Nuit. I know, not the same but I get the same vibe.

This thing is amazing smells great, lasts a long time, projects as good as a dark leather scent. The packaging is great looks very expensive, and it is still less than $30! I have an extra bottle of this now

#581 in my "Tour de Fragrance" As a marketing guy I thought it strange at first to name a men's fragrance "White Diamond." But I guess if you're cloning a Lacoste scent that comes in a white bottle that's how you telegraph your intention. But what's odd is making two clones of the same scent. Armaf's "Hunter Men" is also a clone of L.12.12. White. I just gave away the Hunter Men to another Fragrantica member, but kept the Niche White Diamond as it's supposedly an EDP. But it doesn't project much and doesn't last as a skin scent for more than a few hours. The Hunter Men is an EDT though it performs more like a cologne. But that weakness is a curse of pretty much every citrusy scent. Also the bottle design of the Hunter seems juvenile to me. Same reason I've given away Toy Boy, Phantom and a few others. To me that stuff looks silly on the bathroom shelf of a grown-ass man. But on to the scent. Lacoste scents generally don't interest me. They tend to smell sour to my nose and they perform poorly. Over the years the few I've owned were mostly gifts, never worn and were discarded every time I moved. But of the line the L.12.12. scents are the best, though "Red Style in Play" is also wearable, and if that came in an EDP I would probably own it, but Hugo Extreme EDP was close enough, so I have that. L.12.12. White runs as low as $50 from the discounters. This Armaf scent goes for around $30-35 and it's indistinguishable. You can also find Hunter for around $20, but you're stuck with a weaker scent in a silly bottle. So I think it makes sense if you like the smell of L.12.12. for this to be your play, all the more so as this actually outperforms the L.12.12. on longevity and sillage, not that it takes a whole lot to outperform any Lacoste scent. They all perform indifferently. What got me to purchase these scents in the first place are the ylang-ylang and tuberose notes that you don't often find in a woody men's fragrance. Off the top of my head I can think of L.12.12., the two Armaf clones, and Amouage Reflection Man, which has Ylang-Ylang with Jasmine and Neroli, so comes off smelling roughly the same. I have Reflection Man because a girlfriend really likes it, but other than that it would not be worth the almost $300 I spent to own it, at least not to me. The rest are either women's scents, or women's scents being pedaled as unisex that really aren't unisex. So while L.12.12. White isn't what I'd call a great fragrance, it is somewhat unique, and you can have it for $30, not $50 plus, or $20 if you don't mind respraying at lunch and your bathroom features medicine cabinets where you can hide a silly Hunter Men bottle. And you absolutely should try this before you drop three bills on Amouage Reflection Man.

Imad ud Din Attaar aka robbiebgg.. What kind of a LOSR are you to have to create a burner account to bash a fragrance LOL. And then go on your main account to back your burner account's comment. This fragrance is good to very good for the price. robbiebgg and his burner account probably didnt shower before putting on the fragrance or bought a fake bottle considering he said he got it from India. My recommendation is do not trust that reviewer and if you can get this fragrance for under $30 and looking for a Cirtus/FLoral freshie then get this. Although I think the better buy is Niko Sculpture for under $15.

Overall: 7/10 Scent = 2/3 (- 0,5 points for opening and mid) Performance = 2.5/3 Wearability = 1.5/3 Value = 1/1 I've got to say, this fragrance is really good. I actually like it more on my woman than myself, because I prefer other fresh, summery scents over this one. But for a summer fresh scent, it's got great performance. The only thing is that when you first spray it, it's a bit too sharp. But as it dries down, it gets smoother and you can really smell the cardamom note.

one of the greatest hot weather fragrances, im using this fragrance when its above 30°C and it lasts 8-10 hours on my skin. such a great deal 8//10

This lasts on my clothes so long but I hate the dry down on my skin. Very citrusy, perfect for hotter regions. It’s my everyday scent

As with most citrus blue fragrances, lack of performance would be the number one issue. This one is no different. I was amazed by the opening as this one doesn't have that synthetic opening that most Armaf's do have. Wood notes are very light but those citruses are surprising, it also felt like it was going to project very well. After the first hour projection was minimal, after hour 2 scent was 90% gone. Hopefully overtime it will develop and if it does an gets to that 5-6 hours of performance I would be okay with it.

Having bought Black Onyx and being really impressed, I blind bought this one too. Bottle came from India and have to say I agree with the last last reviewer @Imad - this bottle is so weak. Doesn’t matter how much I spray, scent disappears within an hour - really disappointed. Guess it make may make a nice air refresher.

Very disappointing performance in latest batches. There is Only water in bottles. I sprayed 25 sprays (Yes, twenty five sprays) on my neck, wrists and shirt but fragrance came very close about 1 feet after 10 minutes and completely finished after an hour. Don't think that my nose is new to fragrances or immuned immediately. I also asked from other people about fragrance from myself. I tested two bottles for one week daily and then commented. 0/10 for everything

Armaf is an strange house. They are cloning their own perfumes too. And specially this one smells almost same like Hunter that have less price than white diamond but white diamond also sucks in performance too. Maximum 1 hour and its a skin scent where as Hunter lasted more.. thumbs down! Better buy Hunter if you want this because that will have better performance and less price. Fail!!

Great floral scent for hot days. Unlike those freshy aqua perfumes for summer, this gives you a soft inoffensive floral scent, to my nose the tuberose is dominant. It’s 38 degreeC right now and this stuff works amazing. 8h+ longivity with heavy sillage for first 2h then you’ll get whiffs for hours. Scent: 7/10 Longivity: 10/10 (8h+ in high heat) Sillage: 8/10

Nice summer fragrance. Kind of a white flower, musk vibe with an aquatic touch. Lasts a long time. Resembles LaCoste white but better with much better longevity. Well worth the cheaper price!

@thor65 Compared to Lacoste white, is the cardamom note more prominent in this one ? Is this a sweet scent overall ? Thanks
