Teas Me

Nose Note #1050 Just like with all the Aromatix fragrances I was very excited to try this. I can't say I was disappointed, I did expect something a little more niche. So for niche lovers this might even be the most interesting out of the whole line up. This and Carnal Desire. This is not like Wulong Cha at all. Wulong Cha is basically E. Arden Green Tea but mega. This is very different. It has slight traits of Imagination, Bvlgari Man Terrae Essence, it feels a little lactonic and at times a tiny bit pickled like Santal 33. But overall this is a tea note dominante scent, but it's not as soapy as Imagination, and it doesn't have the linden/honey undertone and the citrus accord is overall different. But in essence it belongs to the same family. I can destinctly pick out olibanum in this and it reminds me of similar incense notes from Amouage, like in Reason and Lustre, but in trace amounts and made fresh. Well, I've already said quite a lot. It doesn't happen that often that I have something new to say. My reviews are mostly general. So Teas Me is a special fragrance. It stands out. I have nothing quite like this in my collection, and this is not a boring scent. It may not be mass appealing, but it still does have that edge. Masculine leaning, but not a lot. Great performance for a fresh fragrance, but not monstrous. 7.9/10

A very unique and complex fragrance centered around tea. It is, unlike all the other current popular tea fragrances, a tea fragrance first and citrus/floral fragrance second. It does not smell like your run-of-the-mill citrusy-fresh-tea á la Imagination and its clones, nor does it smell like 'Gris Charnel' by BDK or its clones. It's hard to give an accurate description of 'Teas Me' and youi're better off trying it for yourself -- but I love it. I haven't smelled anything like this. It's calming and serene but still uplifting and effervescent at the same time. It gives me the feeling of a luxury, sweet middle eastern iced tea. Definitely smells like a colder, refreshing type of tea, not piping hot or overly spiced -- but just right. To me, the closest fragrance in the same price range would be Lattafa 'Dynasty' (which *is* a clone, unlike this one) -- but 'Teas Me' is still very different and has a completely different note structure, but both fragrances are built around various teas as the main note with the other, more 'classic' fragrance notes used as backbone to enhance the aromatics. You have to really like the smell of just tea so I could see this scent be a big polarizing -- luckily, I love it and I'm happy i bought a full bottle.

Got this not too long ago and got many wears out of it and Its starts off with the lime and ginger combo being tart and sour but not sharp then the tea and cardamom comes through this tea fragrance is different from the all the others that i own and im glad i was scared due to that citrus notes at the top it might be similar if not very close to Dynasty from lattafa as where dynasty is a lemon tea that turns soapy to my nose very ballroom like or sitting outside with a lemon in a black ice tea type of vibe it feels cool Teas me does not its sweeter and with the like it comes off like the filling for a key lime(lime vanilla and ginger playing in effect?), teas me is warmer(amber) but not really warm spicy but very fresh as well creamy and smooth to my nose it seems like it could most definitely be worn as a daily driver or a no brainer pick Wore it to work and a friend mentioned how i smelled spicy like a freshly washed bell pepper, while i dont pick that up myself that sounds like a cool fragrance idea 9/10 seems very easy to wear for a tea scent dont really need to dress up or down just be you and go crazy with the sprays if you want you wont choke you nor anyone out with it

Ok im not going to lie this smells amazing and very unique. Actually does smell like adani tea. However the performance so far right out of the box is absolutely terrible....as in within an hour you cant smell it on ur skin... but I still rated this very high cause the smell is unique. Id say its mainly tea, ginger and cardamom. And then in the dry down theres a hint of sweetness from the vanilla and olibanum that makes it almost like milk and some slight vanilla was added to the tea. Yep black milk tea with some vanilla and def lots of ginger and cardamom so it smells a bit spicy to. Im pretty sure with maceration the performance will improve though. So ill come back for that. Oh and btw.... I dont get any lime lol idk if its just me I swear theres barely any lime in this...like I smell it but its not as prominent as ginger or tea or even cardamom so far.

Guys please the ones who hate their bottle of teas me pleaseeee put it for sale highly discounted please so i may pick up a second or third bottle Its sad how many of your noses cant pick up on these rich flavors making this fragrance the prize that it is, like I really see people say they cant smell the lime or ginger?? How could you possibly enjoy it lime ginger spices coming in from the cardamom and the tea in the middle its not listed but theres a coconut that comes in right before the drydown and it blends with the vanilla and tonka in the most beautiful way making a spicy creamy tea lime stays whole duration with tea and coconut amber and vanilla 12/10 2 extra points for the excellent presentation
