Habano Vanilla

Divine. This is a phenomenal tobacco-prominent vanilla. I've worn it over the past two days and the wafts I get from it are so spicy, rich, and comforting. It lasts all day. If you like TF's Tobacco Vanille, you will definitely like this... and your wallet will like it better, too (don't know how long it'll last, but a full bottle is on sale for $74 on Jomashop right now). I would have snagged a bottle for myself if I hadn't already taken a dive on MAC's Velvet Teddy. I don't find Habano Vanilla cloying or too heavy at all, even in summer heat; that's not to say it doesn't make a statement, though. It would definitely be preferable in colder weather. Perfectly unisex, and for anyone who likes their vanillas on the deep & sexy side.

Very clear similarities with TF Tobacco Vanille. But to me sincerely it’s better than TF TV and one of the best kind of this DNA. I am a bit sad that I discovered this perfume and this house so late. My score: 8.5/10

It smells good, but it's a tobacco vanille replica.

Very aromatic, very spicy, full of cinnamon vanilla perfume. Very sweet, but unisex.

Resinous sour vanilla with tobacco chunks.. This is Havana actually, never been there but this smells like the ad of "Havana" by Aramis where there is a guy sitting in on a chair with lifted legs on the baluster in a terrace. I can't deny that it smells kind of cloying sweet, but the tobacco and the tobacco blossoms are adding some effect to it, and i believe there is some traces of banana peels! & the doses of powdered cinnamon appears in the drydown. I'm not sure that it smells like "Tobacco Vanille" by Tom Ford, but maybe some hints of "Tabac Rouge" by Phaedon & honestly dunno if i can smell some "The Dark Heart of Old Havana" by 4160 Tuesdays somehow! or maybe it is just the name or the concept of sweet tobacco and some animalic touches in between. All i know is that i didn't much liked it at first, but the drydown are bringing some nasty carnival in a good way which makes it naughty and kindly of funny wicked. I need to check it again to decide as i begin to sniff some licorice now after a day on a plotter.

This is a dense, syrupy vanilla fragrance. So heavy that it veers into Lancôme roses beberenza territory a little. Yes, it’s cloyingly sweet. It sticks to you and goes nowhere ! I get whiffs of something that reminds me of TF lost cherry every now and then. I don’t know how and why. Very nice and is a must have for gourmand lovers. sillage is moderate but longevity is eternal on skin and clothes. PS : this house has some very unique pieces but is being slept on sadly.

Warm spicy, smells like a fieplace with marshmallows in a library. Have 1 mL sample if anyone is interested.
