Ameerat Al Arab Sugar Crown

this is khair confection with a sweet citrus opening and a very detectable bubblegum / spun sugar note that slightly tweaks it from the VCRS dna. on the opening this smells almost 1:1 but the dry down is completely different and i actually prefer this to any other VCRS variants. the dry down smells just like y2k perfume nostalgia.

People complaining about the VCRS dupes... I love it. Don’t like something that’s a known take on a certain DNA? Don’t buy it? Seems like a very simple solution. Obviously, some of us love it, and we will buy it.

It’s a playful, candy, mood lifting kinda fragrance that projects a bit and has moderate longevity. Stays on for 2-3 hours. I just got it, so I hope the longevity improves in time. Good layering combo with Khair confection. I like this DNA.

Very weak longevity compared to other vcrs dupes :( smells nice but performance could be better.

I've never smelled VCRS before. I DO own Glacier Bella by Maison Alhambra (JPG La Belle dupe). Sugar Crown is VERY similar to Glacier. Sugar Crown has a more warm, sweet, buttery, caramel scent than Glacier. I do like Sugar Crown fragrance more than Glacier. I did read tgat Sugar Crown and La Belle/Glacier scents were similar but wanted to blind buy it JIC. Hopefully it macerates well. I just sorayed it right out of the box upon delivery. I cant give a sillage or longevity review as of yet. So far, so good!

Haven’t smelled VCRS, but do have and love Khair Confection (***if you love/enjoy the Khair line or any of the flankers & can find their matching oils for a reasonable price from a reliable & trustworthy seller, definitely worth grabbing all or at least the ones you enjoy! They match exactly to their counterparts, are beast mode & really provide a fabulous way to layer & give your fragrances oomph & a base to cling to—highly recommend & worth your $, imho***), but was excited about this one (still am to a lesser degree after reading it’s longevity & overall performance isn’t anything to write home about—but my curiosity might get the better of me 😩!). Wondering if the Ambroxan might play a part or be the culprit in it feeling as though it’s underperforming & feeling disappointing? Also wondering if since it seems to be a fairly new release, maybe it needs some sprays & would benefit from a brief time out? Just a few random thoughts...hoping it improves for those who have it & are bummed! Khair Confection gives & she’s a love when my sweet tooth kicks in & isn’t (to me) necessarily a “juvenile simplistic” candy vibe (she has some depth & pleasing complexity that keeps her interesting & alluring—if she’s your taste), but can’t deny that with all of the notes in VCRS, that I’m not keenly curious about the differences either & wondering if I’m missing out on some goodness not part of Khair Confection’s composition...

My god boring!! How about a Libre berry blush?! Or Bianco lattes sister Celeste?? Or how about making perfumes that were DISCONTINUED !! I would amazed if they one of the companies did all of the Alien flankers like fusion!? Or other designer discontinueds by Dior etc?? This is getting boring

If you have Khair Confection, you don’t need this! Pick one and move on.
