Chromodoro

I've been looking for a lovely, photorealistic, vegetal yet not sharp summery green scent for a while. To me, it hits the spot just right. Opens with a very realistic tomato greens scent with some mild green fruitiness (must be the black currant), it then passes to something less distinguishable for me, just green and warm like a sunlit meadow, and the dry-down is heavy on the vetiver, definitively warm, slightly sweet, very smooth. One thing to keep in mind is that one spray disappeared off my skin before I left the shop, but four sprays on one arm stayed for over 8 hours, so it's a multiple spray one.

I’m relatively new to niche perfumery (I’ve smelled ~100 scents so far), and this is my favorite niche fragrance I’ve encountered. I typically gravitate toward airy, salty, lightly sweetened, skin-musk scents, which is why I’ve had a harder time connecting with many niche offerings; I often find them too dense, too storied, or overly composed. Chromodoro sits completely outside my usual preferences. I don’t normally enjoy herbal or photorealistic fragrances, but the tomato leaf and basil here are stunning. To me, this smells like Basilico & Fellini after a long walk: aired out, relaxed, and softened. It opens with a punchy, photorealistic tomato leaf that gradually dries into something warmer and slightly sweeter, like sun-warmed vine. The basil shifts into the background, becoming a clean, almost soapy herbal presence. As it dries down, the scent wears closer to the skin and becomes remarkably smooth, airy, and wearable while still retaining its botanical character. It’s unique without being loud, herbal without being sharp, and realistic without feeling gimmicky.

Le note di testa sono fresche, si sente subito il basilico e la foglia di pomodoro. Successivamente lascia il posto al gin e all assenzio che io percepisco come dominanti. Dopo qualche ore le note di fondo si fanno spazio facendoti quasi dimenticare l'evoluzione precedente. se non ami non amo i profumi mononota, lui è un ottimo profumo.

This is very aromatic and vegetal. Super green. Not something I would wear, but it’s a great perfume. Good lasting power and an interesting concept.

I like it. Opens up green but less tomato on the vine then replica from a garden, replica opens up with a punch of tomato vine note. This is more like plucking green branches and green vegis. On dry down it reminded me of something I already have, Angélique Noire Guerlain but only on dry down minus heavy vanilla that guerlain has.

I was not very fun of it at the beginning but I changed my mind when in temperature rises. We used it the entire family, even my two years daughter. We love it so much. So refreshing and natural smelling.

Sharp almost mineral tomato leaf with a fresh minty basil with a striking gin scent, then it becomes quite woody still remaining the aromatic vibe with a soft touch of florals

I saw a lot of people raving about this after Esxence. Smells like tomato leaf gin. Don't hate it. Don't love it.
