Nieuw Amsterdam

I love this, and it's the exact opposite to the perfumes I usually wear and love: a lot of citrusy white florals or vintages of any type. I want to go exploring whenever I wear it and I feel more adventurous and thoughtful than usual. It has kind of a dank/clean smell, however that's possible, it's a clean scent but there's something really interesting in there, which I'm guessing is the oud. It's a very clean factor working either with or against an oud factor with a really cool outcome. I've been wanting to wear this almost every day since I bought it, it's more unique and interesting than anything I've smelled in years.

A photography exhibit by Inez and Vinoodh is where this scent takes me. Artistic people in a contemporary building full of shiny silver, white, and lots of glass. This is all I can say about this scent. I love this immensely.

A beautiful geranium and rose "dry" scent with gorgeous peppery and spicy hints. I loved it! It's very sexy, very straightforward, somewhat floral and intoxicating rosy-sweet.

I got this one as part of a swap. Somehow this is not something I would have bought but I'm happy that I got it. It's the smell of a nice flower shop. Unsweetened rose geranium peony scent. Very dry floral which is getting rare these days (they are all sweet/with vanilla or something like that). Really versatile fragrance in that sense, just spray heavily in your hair and that's all you need. It's not long lasting though, it's ephemeral, hence the recommendation to heavily spray in hair :)

reminds me of visiting New York in my early teens around 2017-2019. beautiful ambroxan rose, how the glossier stores used to smell back in the day.
