Bohemian Woods

I got to know this through a perfume subscription and I am so glad I found it. I really love the dry, smoky, spicy wood and powdery iris combination. It does remind me a little of Bois d'Iris (Van Cleef&Arpels) but Bohemian Woods has far better projection and longevity. It lasts all day on me and it really calms me down on stressful days.

My favourite Atelier Oblique scent. I were it mostly at night with its deep woody, dry incese composition. On my skin it gets warm and powedery. At first the incense is predominant but after a couple minutes you really get a nice, warm, deep woody and spicy scent.

Complex and long lasting scent. The smoke is not overwhelming by any means and the incense is also mellow. I get woody notes the most. This isn't for a techno club as someone said, more like a trance festival in the woods :) Lovely fragrance.

This one is a limited edition (5oo bottles only). I bought it without being able to test it, since the posh shop where you can actually try it is in Berlin. Expectations were high, but I can't say that I'm 100% delighted with this fragrance. It is yout typical woody-balsamic, slightly spicy, patchouli-incense scent. Not bad at all, but very predictable. The drydown consists mainly of incense and reminds me of so many other niches I tried before... saffron is supposed to be part of this one, but I can't detect any, which is a shame. 110 Euros for a bottle of 50 ml - it's far too expensive. But at least you won't see it everywhere... and it comes from Berlin.

this is not incense smoke, it's peated smokey Scottish whisky, Lagavulin on mellow musk& leather. The dry down is pleasent. I would give it an hour before going into croud

A dry and sour smoke. Kind of like ashtray and burnt paper, or a burnt building perhaps, where the rain has fallen and cooled everything down.

Basically Montale Full Incense with some Iso-E. I was not a fan of this. It started out ok with some patch and woods, but after drydown it smelled basically like the sterile church incense that some may love...but I do not. It isn't novel at all. I'd give this a pass if you have been looking at it.

The Fragrance Guy (Sebastian Jara) recommended me this house and this Eau de Parfum personally and I must say he was right it Bohemian Woods grew to one of my absolute favorites. I am absolutely in love with this one. its woody, dry warm and has a tender boothy touch. My personal Nr 1

As a former violin player, this smells like playing the violin. The resin and wood and incense... it makes me miss it, which in my opinion is the most impressive thing a perfume can do. Don’t remember the last time a perfume hit me with a memory so vivid like that.
