Wonderful niche offer from a very great house with very great quality. To me the scent is all about Amber, Cardamom and Pepper. It's very masculine, rounded and really sexy. It's warm, not too sweet, not gourmand. It's a resinous sweetnes cut by the dry woodiness of cardamom and pepper. Top!

Masculine fragrance for men aged 25-35. It attracts attention with its unique scent. Sandalwood, patchouli and amber make themselves known. Scent -> 9/10 Sillage -> 7/10 (btw moderate-strong) Longevity -> 7/10 (like 5-6hrs)

J.C. Reboul is really versatile. Works for almost anything and smells quite nice. No it’s not Interlude by any stretch but it’s a deep amber with a touch of freshness and sophistication. Easy to wear and well put together. Solid 7 out of 10.

Amber Amber A basic but not offensive or exciting Amber. Looking at the notes above; just amber comes through for me. It’s not subtle but it’s not clumsy and sloppily created. The fact that I’m the only one, so far, to have written a review on this then again only 8 others have had an experience of it. I’m struggling to care to rate it above 6.5/10. It’s ok I just don’t care enough about it to have any opinion on it.

I've been smelling a lot of super sweet fragrances recently, including the Le Male flankers, 1 Million Flankers, Bad Boy flankers, etc. It's refreshing to smell something that captures a bit of that sweet fun, but toned way down, mature, and a bit gourmand. There's something that smells like an Indian dessert here, such as kulfi. Creamy cardamom. The incense gives it an interesting twist and prevents it from going full pudding. I'm not sure this is something I would ultimately wear, although I'd love to smell it on another person, or even as a candle or a room scent

at first sniff it was ok but the musky ambery dry down had me amazed. also reminded me the psychedelic love by initio. layering this with a vanilla with the dry down would give me the chills. masculine on the top notes but slides to unisex afterwards.
