I think it’s a fragrance that would suit a man over 30. It’s not suitable for a blind buy. The longevity is satisfying.

its Mr Sam penhaligons with twist very nice winter perfume

It's definitely a budget-friendly Penhaligons Halfeti, and the quality is excellent. It doesn't feel synthetic. It follows the same intro-development-conclusion pattern as Halfeti from beginning to end. I think it's a masculine and elegant scent. When I wear it, I feel like a billionaire, not the millionaire I already am. :) Unless you're very knowledgeable about perfumes, you won't be able to tell the difference between Tugra and Halfeti. You'll think the scent has dissipated, but when you hang your clothes on the balcony to air them out, the scent comes back as they sit down. I recommend it.

There's a lot going on here and I'm surprised there is no vetiver in this. I get that sort of earthy vetiver that smells like a peaty scotch. Maybe it's the wormwood, oud, and cypress that give it a sort of bitter green feel like a vetiver? It's not overly smoky, but definitely earthy and oudy, and set against a leathery base. My first comparison was Odin NY 08 because of the nutmeg/vetiver, but with the vetiver being a little rougher, like the kind you find in PDM Byerley or Perry Ellis Vetiver Royale. The addition of cardamom makes the fragrance a little smoother and sexier, but nutmeg and oud dominate on my skin It dries down to an ambery sweetness that recalls some of the atypical sweet fougeres like YSL Opium EDP, Micallef Desirtoxic, or Eight and Bob Egypt. At some point, the earthy sweetness even starts approximating some sweet patchoulis like Kokorico or LIDGE (without cacao). The spice and sour oud never go away and the fragrance never feels super smooth, so you must be a spice and oud lover to appreciate this. Overall a very nice fragrance for someone that likes mature spicy scents that are a little rough around the edges. Performance is pretty good too.

Its a masculine and mature smell. I tried a tester of it at 14 pm. Next day at 11 am it was still noticable on my skin. Sillage is noticable at about 2-3 arm distance. The performance is great, not really a safe blind buy though.
