Vanilla & Orange

Perfume muito compartilhavel, aromático, cítrico e ao mesmo tempo adocicado levemente pelas notas de baunilha. A fragrância atalcada é uma maravilha graças às notas de almíscar branco. Indico a todos que conheçam essa maravilha.

The perfume called Vanilla & Orange was created in 2015 by Tzivia Segall. It has organic essential oils from the South of France, India, and Egypt. On the label, the name comes as Pure Concentrated Extract of Vanilla & Orange. The fragrance is described as smooth-spicy and is classified by the company as oriental. It has notes of vanilla, spices, orange blossom, mandarin, and white musk. Unfortunately, Vanilla & Orange did not meet my needs. Again, everything revolves around a single word: expectation. This was one of the perfumes for which I nourished a great expectation, since the beginning, but the result was frustrating. On my skin, the output brings a fruity accord with nuances that reminded me of blood orange, but quickly the fragrance becomes extremely powdery and without evolution. The vanilla that I imagined to find here is non-existent and the white musk is very heavy and ends up being bigger than all the rest. Vanilla & Orange is for those who like fragrances with a comfortable aspect and a very powdery smell. It looks like a soft coat, which you want to wear on colder days. And of all the fragrances that I have already tested from Atelier Segall & Barutti, it was the one that presented the least projection, although it has excellent durability.

It's too bad this doesn't smell like the notes given! Someone should do a modern interpretation of the notes breakdown. I feel like a lot of us are still waiting for a true orange creamsicle scent that has some oomph or persistence behind it (as we know, citrus notes are notoriously hard to make endure). I think a pinch of sea salt could freshen up the yummy vanilla maybe. This absolutely does not need to be another Prada Paradox!
