ZENO

This review is going to focus on both how this scent is on its own as well as the scent it is imitating. This opens significantly more harshly than the scent it's cloning: LV Imagination. The opening is VERY citron heavy, lacking the orange. About an hour in, the projection is considerably more than the LV scent. It is a similar profile too, I'd say at this point roughly 90% but there are still some harsh notes that let you easily know which is the LV scent. That being said, the silage of both scents are very similar, as is the performance. The LV scent is a slightly better performer, and considerably smoother if you smell them side by side. However, in the air they're very similar after their initial opening passes, and upon dry down both are pretty close. I'm glad I bought this so I no longer wonder, but I would not recommend this unless LV decants are outside of your reach due to the retail pricing of this. 8.25/10 rating for accuracy & feel from me, especially due to the slightly harsher nature of this scent vs the original. Edit: The BIGGEST difference is the lack of the silician orange in the zeno. Man, I wanted to love this as a clone, but I simply can't without it. The rating stands as its own scent, but not as a clone. Edit #2: As I was selling this, I tried it once more. It really is a good clone, if you can get past the opening. It does take a good while to macerate though, I tried this 6 months apart and now it smells much more well blended. It is very potent and a great easygoing scent. I still would feel cheated spending nearly $100 for a clone though, and would wait for sales.

I don’t have LV Imagination, but I only sampled it couple of times in the boutique, so I can’t make a real comparison, however, this performs very good, fresh, tea-ish vibe is there appears in the dry down, some ginger 🫚 is obvious too. I can rate this 9/10, according to the beauty of the scent, very delightful, invigorating, calming and elegant it is not juvenile nor cheap. If LVI is going to give this vibe then Zeno wins easily according to the price. Edit: after many times of wearing ( now 3/4 of the bottle) I found that the performance is bad, projection is very limited, and the longevity is not much. And in the opening there is some kind of minty ( mouthwash-isque ) type of green I don’t like much.

This is one of the best of not the BEST imagination clone. Although its as cheap as clones supposed to be but it performs really really good all day long type performance and the projection is amazing gets around 3 hours of screaming projection. I would recommend this all day everyday. And this almost made me sell my imagination. I didn’t because my imagination bottle was a gift from someone I knew that I still adore

I really adore the freshness of citrus and neroli in ZENO. The opening is kinda simple but the drydown is the true love!!! An easy going option for everyday all seasons fresh effortless scent. Outfit: an effortless cotton dress longetivity: 6 hrs on my skin
