Rose in Wonderland

In my quest to find the perfect rose perfume, I explored many beautiful interpretations of the flower, including Eau Rose Eau de Parfum, Infusion de Rose, Rosa Moceniga, and À la Rose. While each offered its own charm, none captured exactly what I had been searching for until I discovered Rose in Wonderland. This is the rose of my dreams: it feels sparkling, dewy, and crisp, with a natural green freshness that keeps it elegant and restrained. It has the same polished, "well-bred" quality that draws you to fragrances like À la Rose and Infusion de Rose, but with a character that is even more ethereal and aristocratic. It avoids the syrupy sweetness that often dominates modern rose fragrances, instead presenting the flower in a fresh, luminous, and refined manner. The rose feels weightless yet distinctive, as if touched by morning dew and carried on a gentle breeze. There is an aristocratic quality to this fragrance that sets it apart. Wearing it evokes the image of a graceful Victorian-era lady strolling through a blooming garden, poised and impeccably dressed. Sophisticated without being aloof and romantic without being overly sweet, Rose in Wonderland is the closest I have come to finding my ideal rose perfume.

Rose in Wonderland is a fantastic name for a feminine fragrance. Makes me dream about a better world... The juice itself is a very realistic, syrupy sweet, dark rose. This is how I imagine it, a deep, rich burgundy rose, in full bloom towards the end of the summer. The currant bud and geranium really shine in here, it offers the rose richness and nuance, while the amber from the base makes it feel warm and cozy. It has some layers and some substance, it’s definitely not just a simple rose scented water! I don’t think I need this because I am not huge on rose fragrances and because I already own several rose centred fragrances amongst which Atomic Rose, my all time favourite rose fragrance with an amazing performance. While Rose in Wonderland is a beautiful creation around rose with some supporting notes, the performance is less impressive compared to Atomic Rose. Nonetheless, utterly feminine and beautiful scent. Like an English rose... I find this scent very comparable with Nina Ricci L’Extase EDP, which if you can get it, it’s a fraction of the price of Rose in Wonderland.

This is what I remember my mom smelling like when she went to work when I was a child, very elegant and sophisticated and classy. True to its name, the rose is definitely the star here with just the right touch of green notes. When I got this bottle, I actually ordered another one and gave it to her. I reckoned it would give her the same nostalgia as it did me. Whenever I wear this, I feel like one of those rich women pictured in magazines, with the lovely hair, the trendy bag and glasses, and the gorgeous dress out to brunch on a Sunday morning. Definitely a more formal fragrance than something you would wear if you had a shirt and sneakers on. Love at first smell.

I don't understand the negative reviews about it being simple. Not being complicated does not equal being linear or bad. Making a high-quality rose scent is not an easy task, I suppose, considering how precious and valuable real rose oil is. Comparing it to rose water is unjust. This is rose oil. To me, this is the spring/summer version of Frederic Malle's Une Rose (Rose Tonnerre): Rose Tonnerre is the nighttime vampire version; this is when you dare come out of your coffin in spring 😄 If you love Rose Tonnerre and, overall, a REALISTIC rose without muskiness, added fruitiness, sweetness etc, you will fall in love with this.

Beautiful, sweet and delicate rose. I truly find this one outstanding and the most feminine amongst all the rose perfumes out there. A rose perfume is like poetry about love. You know that millions of love poems exist but then you read one that somehow hits different, that tells you something about that mundane topic, like you never heard before. For me Rose in Wonderland is like this. It is not a complicated one, but a fairytale about a rose that is very well balanced and done perfectly. I agree that its a bit similar to Á la Rose by MFK.

This perfume is close to a lush mono-aroma and sounds very natural. The only thing is that sometimes something soapy and sour is noticeable in the bouquet, but it depends on the weather conditions. Don't you want too much from a modern perfumer's palette, which is becoming increasingly sparse in terms of permitted substances and their permissible concentrations? This is a sweet, beautiful scent with dignity and pride, as people know that the rose is the queen of flowers. I am glad that I got a sample.

It opens with mature and sweet lychee but it disappeared within seconds. To fully enjoy the wonderful rose I'd have to spray it every one hour, or the scent fades away very quickly. But the rose here is so precious, feminine and pure, innocent but sexy, it's like embracing your loved one for the first time and you only want to smell her(his) bare skin for the whole day. It's a simple beautiful rose but paints vivid images in my head. Full bottle worthy.

Simple (nothing bad about), fresh rose. Disapointing longivity - 1 or at the best 2 hours. So sad. Must correct myself: I notice much better longivity on clothes and in a little bit cooler weather. Can detect a very pleasant scent whole next day on my Tshirt when used two sprays on evening before - just for test it again. I'm in Love.

I adore Rose in Wonderland as it is one of the most perfect romantic, lush rose scents on the market. It reminds me of my girlhood and epitomises the scent of a rose garden in bloom during Spring. Rose in Wonderland is a very light, crisp bouquet of pink roses. Many fragrances have tried to emulate the scent of soft pink roses, but many tend to lean quite soapy, green or synthetic, whereas, Rose in Wonderland captures the essence of a pink rose without the additional distracting or clashing notes and accords. The most dominant notes to my nose include pink rose, geranium and currant buds. The composition is fairly linear, with very little complexity as it moves through to the drydown. I wouldn't consider its lack of complexity to be a fault, if anything, the predictability is of comfort to me as I know there are no sudden changes to the scent pyramid nor any nasty surprises. Rose in Wonderland has excellent sillage and longevity, lasting a solid 10-hours on my skin. I have only tested this fragrance during Winter, and even though I enjoyed Rose in Wonderland during the cooler months, I would recommend it for wear during Spring and Summer. I own several rose-centred fragrances, but very few of them feature a soft, girlish pink rose note. The rose scents I have traditionally gravitated towards tend to be quite dark, boozy and heady, whereas Rose in Wonderland provides that freshness that my rose collection is lacking. I look forward to adding this stunning fragrance to my collection.

A realistic, citrusy, transparent, effervescent rose. Opens with a fresh burst. Almost an aggressive freshness. I'm actually quite surprised there isn't citrus listed in the notes, lime in particular. Geranium and vetiver definitely lend some of its freshness, but I can also detect lime. Smells a bit like luxurious rose soap in the drydown, while preserving its fresh citrusy quality. There isn't a speck of sweetness in this. And it's as unisex as rose dominant perfumes go. Although still a bit feminine leaning, I wouldn't bat an eyelid about a lad wearing this. Very well executed straightforward rose, and much nicer than most fresh summery roses in the market. I like and appreciate it. Still, it lacks that magic element to me. I don't see the sparks. I'm happy with my little vial and not looking into getting a bottle. Not something I would buy at that price level.

This is roses dominating the whole scent The name literally describes the perfume It is alot of roses There’s a slightly spichy itchy note but rose is dominating it This perfume is only for those who love roses other wise thats not ur cup of tea Im huge fan of roses, my shower gel, body powder and even body lotions have the rose scent I would wear it on a date, specially if morning one Yet I wouldnt describe this perfume as a favorite as my fav of all time is magie noir by lancome which sadly I can no longer find in my country

Rose in Wonderland is a pretty sweet girly fairy land of pink roses blooming next to apple, black current, elderberry, raspberry and pear blossoms. The above accords are quite a bit off. Nothing aromatic or fresh spicy here. This is a sweet fruity rose. Youthful, innocent, slightly candied. Easy to like and easy to wear. Delightful. To bad the performance for this pretty perfume isn't very good. And for that reason it isn't full bottle worthy.

Opens as a fresh, light floral that's a little green - a photorealistic pink rose that's still on the bush. Sheer, clean-soapy drydown.

I think the quality is there, it does not smells cheap at all to me. I agree if you said this products have simple scent, but this is my love at first sniff and I even own a full bottle of it. The rose start the kick by showing it's quality as a natural based fragrance, and by time it goes on my skin it being sweeter without changing the natural aspect as the main power in this fragrance. One of the best natural rose fragrance in my collection. It smelled really soft, but the sillage and scent trail is really good on me. Love the way it's project and the way it smelled. Natural Rose - Elegant - Clean those are three words to describe this scent IMHO.

If you blind sniffed this, you'd think that this was a low budget scent. Inoffensive and pleasant enough but hardly original, and really poor longevity.

First off, I love the name! A minor thing, but I felt obliged to mention it. Upon spritz, I feel Very English. There is a clear rose note, very similar to rosewater but much stronger; I'm reminded of going to the flower shop with my grandmother when I was a little girl, or putting my nose to the bouquets of red roses my father diligently had delivered to my mother every Valentine's Day and the day either before or after their wedding anniversary. There's a slight spice to it - I think that's where I get the flower shop association; fresh roses can smell slightly spicy, but this is a touch stronger than that - and what I can only call watery notes, almost like petrichor? Roses after a cleansing rain. It's not my favorite rose fragrance - I tend to go slightly sweeter, leaning more toward Turkish Delight, when it comes to rose fragrances - but it is lovely, and a nice little change-up from time to time. I'm glad to have a couple of manufacturer's samples of it for now.

This is far away from wonderland and fabulously unfamiliar. It is as classic and familiar as it can get. Rose in Wonderland is a fresh, green, natural smelling rose perfume with no surprises. It's very linear and after a somewhat sharp opening stays pretty much the same old rose perfume we have all smelled before somewhere. It's not bad at all and very pleasing for rose lovers, but the name is deceiving. This is nothing new or innovative. I was intrigued by the name and am therefor disappointed, I expected something more unusual.

This smells like a rose garden first thing in the morning while the petals are still covered in dew. It’s fresh and airy rather than rich or jammy. You get that delicate rose water feel with a bright citrus sparkle in the opening, then as it settles, there’s a soft hint of Turkish delight in the background. IG/Tiktok: @wilddew_vibes
