Animalia is not a fragrance you simply wear — it is a fragrance you enter into a relationship with. The first spray reveals a raw, almost instinctive character: the animalic accord appears immediately, yet never dirty or vulgar, but warm, leathery and strangely alive. The opening carries green nuances as well — a subtle bitterness of bergamot and a hint of fresh apple, offering a brief illusion of freshness before the composition moves into its darker and deeper phase. As it develops on skin, Animalia becomes serious, earthy and resinous. Patchouli and vetiver take the lead, accompanied by dry notes of hay and moss that evoke the feeling of a forest after rain, while in the background emerges the rich, almost velvety floral presence of champaca. The whole composition feels archaic, almost ritualistic — like old perfumes that possess soul and character rather than simply smelling pleasant. In the drydown, the woody and resinous base dominates: cedar, warm resins and gentle spices provide depth and longevity. What remains on the skin is a complex trail that constantly shifts between warmth and softness and darker, animalic seriousness. Projection is noticeable but never aggressive. Longevity is excellent — over 10 hours on my skin, with a clear character that remains until the very end. Animalia is not for everyone. This is a fragrance for those who love niche perfumery, strong identity, old-school character and perfumes with a true sense of self. Best suited for colder weather, evenings, introspective moods, and moments when you don’t want to smell “nice” — but authentic.This parfume house is very interesting for me,love it.With Animalia, I have become truly impressed by the philosophy and style of ATon Perfumes. The most photo-realistic "well and freshly used urinal cake" I've had the pleasure of sampling. The oily dark juice stains yellow-brown to complete the effect as well.

The fragrance opens with a blast of bergamot and green apple with a touch of animalic facet (Civet), enhanced by champaca, hay and vetiver. Then settles on the bed of earthy-patchouli, woody note, oakmoss, spices and resins. This is a lovely green-animalic fragrance sitting on spices and resins.✨️🔥💯
