Mr Fragrant

It opens up with a lot of lavender which gives it a fresh, clean and a bit sharp smell. Almost immediately I start to smell the heart notes, galbanum and vetiver. Those give it a spicy/smoky grass smell and that’s where the greenness comes in. The musk and ambergris in the base create a smooth and sweet smell. In the dry down it all blends nicely together and then I get a blue/green mix, like a fresh out of the shower scent. In my opinion it leans more green than blue. When I smell it close to my skin it can tingle my nose sometimes because of the spicy grassiness that I get. I like it the most when I smell it in the air. After 10 hours of applying someone mentioned that he could still smell me when I walked by him. Also, after taking a shower I could still detect it on my wrist. On my skin the projection is soft throughout the whole wearing but the strongest in the first 2 hours. Overall it’s a well-balanced, versatile, mature and unique niche fragrance which I never smelled before. Despite the fact that I already own some fresh and versatile fragrances, it really is a good addition to my collection.

Just got my sample of Mr. Fragrant. It smells high quality and potent. As for the scent, the lavender musk and ambergris smell made me think of Prada Luna Rosa Carbon. The musky, lavender ambrox smell has a very new age shaving cream smell much like LRC. I would describe this as a niche Luna Rosa Carbon. I think because it is missing the big dollop of sweetness that kids these days like, has a quite earthy style of patchouli and the large dose of lavender is why people are saying it smells mature. But honestly the people saying that can stick to their Azzaro & Paco Robanne frags. This is way more sophisticated. I would say this suits a well established, confident career driven man who is into frags and is bored of the sauvage, YSL Y and BdC designer stuff. Very classy but safe enough for daily wear. In conclusion, it’s a great release and I’m exited to smell the rest of his releases.

I was one of the backers of this fragrance at Kickstarter. As a whole, I like it. It was advertised as a blue fragrance but comparing this to Sauvage, YSL Y EDP, Hawas, BDC EDP I found this not blue at all. It’s an old school barbershop style scent that reminds me of some of the shaving creams I use. Smell wise, this is a very masculine fragrance and might be too manly for dates unless you’re dating someone who is into guys with “daddy vibes.” So definitely it’s not for those first date kind of thing. Longevity is good (at least 8 hours), sillage is moderate. It’s not very projecting and I can barely smell it under my mask. With this I find this very office appropriate. This is not blind buy safe due to its scent profile. Not mass pleasing, but definitely a very wearable scent for more mature guys. Due to its limited run, I might get a back up bottle on its second release.

Well done Omar! Mr. Fragrant is a modern class take on a barbershop fragrance. It’s masculine, fresh, with some sweetness. I immediately pick up Roja Scandal similarities in Mr. Fragrant which I adore but a bit easier to wear and more overall appealing. Scandal is more animalic and leans more grown up where I can see a younger person enjoying Mr. Fragrant. This is a year round fragrance that is unique in the fact that it’s a niche but also can be enjoyed by many. It’s doesn’t smell like everything else. You can dress this up or wear a polo shirt and jeans and be good with it. I feel confident, fresh, and in control when wearing this fragrance. It’s not going to give you a ton of compliments but you may recieve some. Overall, well done Omar. I enjoy your youtube channel. You seem genuine in wanting to help the buyer. I own 7 from atrium and tried around 3 others but this is still my favourite in line and easily in my top 15 from my collection. I've got first version so don't know if current is similar. Amazing green spring fragrance but could wear all year apart from high heat which in UK isn't really a thing. Leans more mature I'd say 30+. Longevity is brilliant and good projection aswell. I get average 12+ hours. Quality in 1st version is amazing and promoted as an edp but is actually high parfum/extrait concentration. Sorry I'm no good at describing pacific notes but very refined and I get a vintage vibe and memories from childhood in 70's and 80's. Would easily sell for loads more if it was a kilian etc and for price atrium stuff is amazing. So pleased to have 1st version in my collection and will have to find a sample of current version to compare
