My Magic

I am an Attar al Has fan. This addition to my family does not disappoint. I actually get a burst of rose and it dries down to a beautifully warm, vanilla, and amber scent.

I have heard of this house and perfume after the current Esxcense, but wasn't thrilled or moved by the idea of yet another sugary rose. The whole Delina line, many Montale/Mancera fragrances and literally half of all middle eastern offers are based on these notes, so I didn't even want to try it. Plus, aquatic vibes are not my jam. Yet one fine day, I was sent a sample of it with a recent purchase and boy, was I stunned! The full bottle purchase happened like in a matter of minutes. Imagine a sweet, fresh drink made of candied roses, that you are sipping while walking down an oriental bazaar. You can smell some incense, warm baked goods, but you're still walking surrounded by a fresh, clean bubble of watery, sugared rose. This one is a breathtaking scent, a compliment getter, and is also office safe. It projects at arm's length and lasts 8 hours on skin. A 10/10

Oh what a fragrance! A masterfully accompanied rose, sweetened, caramelized in my opinion, slightly vanilla and which then becomes fresh and clean. As a lover of this flower, it is a perfume that I literally adore, sensual but simple, spring-like, inebriating. Beautiful. I see a dreamlike painting in it: the vase full of these flowers represented by Marc Chagall in "The Roses and the Moon", there is magic, as if smelling this wonderful creation takes you into a dream.

Attar Al Has couldn't overlook the timeless pairing of rose and patchouli. Here it's a sweet, almost grape-like rose softened by patchouli, rich resins and a noticeable oud accord that isn't officially listed but is clearly present to my nose. These notes remain at the heart of the fragrance throughout. Beautifully executed, even if it doesn't reinvent the genre.

Sweet dewy roses, pink and white roses, drenched with Vanilla scent. Creamy, woody but not Oudy... There is a little nargamota/cypriol but it is minimal and well behaved...not too green. This is very very nice. Lovely scent and way better than Montale's Roses Vanille (they are like close cousins)
