Creme Brulee

This smells like the whole crème’s brûlée’s dessert. This is beast mode, so potent and so beautifully sweet. Smells just like whipped vanilla sweetened cream, condensed milk, straight sweet vanilla and rich caramel! I love it, it won’t be to everyone’s taste! So gorgeous. It is very, very caramel-vanilla, without being sickly sweet. Has great longevity, and is quite strong. (I actually had to pat it down a bit, it's much stronger sillage than I'm used to). I had ordered just a sample, but I think I will invest in a bottle.

I have been looking for a realistic creme brulee scent and I have finally found it with Ava Luxe's Creme Brulee! This smells exactly like creme brulee, and is SUPER sweet! I get a huge dose of toffee and some delicious milkiness. I am very careful to spray only one spray of this on since it is super potent, and I love pairing it with Giardini di Toscano's Bianco Latte! This also reminds me of Maison Mataha's Escapade Gourmande but Creme Brulee seems to be a bit sweeter to my nose since it doesn't have the musk to balance the sweetness like Escapade Gourmande does. Absolutely delicious!!

Incredibly strong when you first apply it and remains this way for about 10-15 minutes. Becomes a rich, sticky, buttery background hum. A little goes a long way.

This didn’t smell like crème brûlée on me. It smells like a glazed donut with sweet milk and a hint of rum. It’s really good but the dry down had this burnt tires undertone on me.

I love gourmands but this one is too cloying for me even. Straight up smells like I spilled sticky dessert caramel on my arm. There are much more satisfying gourmand perfumes that meet my needs better.

Ava Luxe Creme Brûlée is so so SO realistic that when I wear it, I get the sensation that I've spilled dessert all over myself. It's TOFFEE to the max. I subconsciously keep wanting to go wash off the phantom gooeyness from my arm and half expect to feel something sticky if I touch the area. This is straight up caramel, torched sugar and toffee. There is nothing to ameliorate the scent, nothing to make it more perfumey. It's 100% gourmand, no grey area. Great for people who've been looking for a no holds barred dessert fragrance. Not great for those who appreciate some artistic license in perfume-naming. Creme Brulee will either be a holy grail or a freak show kinda fragrance. Doing something like this takes guts. Lots of guts. For me it's a pass because I'll be itching for a shower whenever I wear this. However, if you've always wanted to smear yourself with toffee candy, BLIND BUY WORTHY.

I got a sample of this perfume after watching a video about it, and when I went to the website I was amazed at how pretty, and aesthetically pleasing everything looked, and very reasonably priced I may add. When I got the samples it was so elegantly presented I was mind blown! So chic, and artsy, really tasteful, I only wish I liked how the scent smelled on me, it’s too lactonic to my taste, and to my nose it smells like butter, or warm milk, but it doesn’t agree with me. It has decent projection, but since is hand crafted it might need to macerate to perform better, I guess. It is definitely gourmand, but in my opinion it doesn’t remind me of Creme brulee, though.

I haven’t seen anyone’s review so far mention this smelling exactly like Fig Newtons, but that’s what I get from this. It’s been on my arm for maybe around 15ish minutes and it *might* be starting to morph into some semblance of the toffee I’m seeing so many mention, but that could also be the power of suggestion lol. So far I’m just getting straight up Fig Newtons. I don’t hate it, but it’s not full bottle worthy for me at this point and I’m glad I was able to sample first.

This is a beautiful, thick and sweet scent. Definitely more of a colder weather scent. It's very gourmand. I wore it to work and got complimented by 2 people. It has amazing longevity, as all the ava luxe perfumes I've tried do.

Best Creme Brulee scent in the world !!
