Attraction Desire For Him

A long lasting tart (not sweet) black cherry main, which is probably the best in the Attraction line so far. The black cherry dominates from beginning to end, has a bittersweet gourmand twist and dries down to a powdery metallic note. It is masculine, best suited for cold seasons and nocturnal. The projection is moderate but the longevity on skin and clothes is absolutely remarkable at above 8h. This costs 15-20€ which is amazing value for money, but it's hard to find, Avon sells this one sparingly. Shares a common cold, refreshing, metallic mid and dry down with Paul Smith's London (look at the notes). A sleeper in Fragrantica and a bargain for sure. I will go as far as to recommend this as a blind buy for the aforementioned price because it is an EdP and it performs as such, plus it has a rare black cherry note thru the scent's life.

Either Avon Turkey website is taking notes from fragrantic or this one really got a cherry note. Notes listed are Cherry, Orris and Warm Spices and not Cardamom, Leatherwood and Amber as some pointed out. I really liked this scent but projection is non-existent, skin scent right from the top. I would have actually bought this if it had a 1 hour projection, but this is not the case ; at least on my skin.

Similar to Bvlgari Man in Black but Attraction Desire is more powdery and sweet.

Attraction Desire stands out from the rest of the rather average fragrances in the series. This is the best fragrance that has come out of this line. It opens with a ripe, slightly bitter cherry, after a few minutes the cherry mixes with other notes and together with them creates a homogeneous, sweet, oriental mass. You can also detect some powdery iris and leather. In the base, Desire becomes woody, amber, and you can also smell vetiver. The composition is not flat. The scent is nice, warm, sweet, but not sticky, rather masculine. It reminds me a bit of a freshly baked cherry pie. The dark red of the bottle suits the composition very well. Attraction Desire, however, has one significant drawback, namely its parameters. Longevity is still lacking, it is moderately durable at 4-5 hours. Unfortunately, the projection is basically unnoticeable, the scent is very intimate. Even increased application does not help, it is very close to the skin from the beginning. This leaves an impression of considerable dissatisfaction. It's a pity, but this is a characteristic of Avon. Most of the perfumes from this brand are either undesigned or very weak. However, it can be used for an intimate date. 6/10

Another good one from Avon. This opens with a perfect mix of the cardamom and the cherry, thick and heavy. Within a few minutes you get the powdery, perfumey violet coming through. I think this is the orris root (iris). Very good, very distinctive. After about 4 hours the cherry becomes quite cakey, hard to describe but a bit like a cherry spongecake. As time rolls by it gets sweeter before turning in to a light sandalwood powdery amber after about 8 hours or so. Long lasting longevity, and strong sillage for the first hour, moderate after that. At only £12 for a 75ml bottle this is a bargain. Big like from me.
