Avon Luck for Her

This has been my signature scent for a few years (used to be Attraction by Avon). I'm now starting to switch my signature scent and want to get away from Avon, however, this perfume in particular is extremely hard to pull away from. This is the only one that my fiance loves to death. If I wear this, he'll always notice and comment on it and his acknowledgement of it has the demeanor that he really appreciates this one more so than others. If I ask which perfume I should wear, his answer is always this one. This comes in nice bottles, I have the rectangled bottle with a bow shape and the smaller one that thins out at the bottom. The smell itself does smell luxurious, it's like a cherry scent blended well with other berries it's hard to describe. Although I'm waning off this one now, I'll always love it. I think this is exceedingly more alluring and attracting than Attraction is! I definitely feel like this smells quite sensual and passionate. It's strong without being spicy. I really can't describe the smell better than red berries but for me, I mainly get cherry. Absolutely worth it! I have worn this across all seasons, but I do agree summer is the least suited season for this.

I've had the Avon Luck set for years and just unpacked it to wear today. The perfume has remained in the original packaging and when I took the bottle out, the juice was amber colored and I feared it had turned. I decided to wear Luck today as a test since it was a cold fall day and I wanted to test the fragrance and its longevity during cooler weather. I didn't experience any of the notes listed, on my skin I got caramel, vanilla and a bit of sandalwood - it was very sweet. Luck reminds me of Fancy, which I loved and used up earlier this year. I sprayed it heavily and added a few sprays to my sweater which created a nice scent bubble of approximately 4-5 hours before it quieted to a skin scent. I'm glad that I've finally gotten around to trying Luck and will enjoy using this up during the these cooler seasons.

I absolutely love Luck, it has to be my favourite Avon perfume by miles. Please forgive the non technical review, but there is only one way I can describe the smell when I wear it - a strawberry Cornetto! Honestly, I get the waffle cone, the vanilla ice cream, the strawberry syrup and the chocolate, all of it - and I just adore it! I only wish it lasted longer, and also, that Avon would release the matching body wash that isn't available in England but is in the States, why?? The bottle is beautiful, and everyone I meet loves the smell. And of course, being Avon, it isn't expensive so is more than suitable for everyday wear. LOVE!

I got this fragrance as a gift in the 30ml version. When I smell it from the bottle, I can feel the sandalwood which to me reminds of cinnamon, so sweet! I was already thinking, this fragrance is going to be too sweet for my taste. The fun thing is that at first spray, I smelled some sour and fresh notes. I was like, what is thiis? As it settles down, the freshness goes away leaving the very sweet florals. I love the drydown a lot more than the opening. Stays close to skin, does not project much. It is so pretty for colder days. I really, really like it!

This will be my second review on this perfume now that I finally got my own bottle. I literally exclaim "oh...my... goshh..." every time I blow it on myself. It is just so deeply satisfying, mouthwatering and uplifting, I feel ants running when I blow it. The dry down is not so exciting anymore but as I wrote in my previous review - the opening is worth to have a bottle. Not to mention it the bottle is just so beautiful and classy. Looks expensive.

It's a lovely December fragrance with a delightful red berry note, possessing a charming and romantic quality. If I were going on a date to the Christmas markets, I would wear it with a sparkly sweater. My husband expressed his fondness for it after my first application, a rare compliment regarding fragrances from him. It reminds me somewhat of Bath and Body Works' Forever Red, a favorite from my youth, but this is a more sophisticated version.

I recently got this from Avon and I got the perfume set that comes with a body lotion and shower gel and I really like it,i it is a very sweet fruity floral but smells lovely once on the skin,it’s not super strong but not too weak either and I really like the bottle it comes in, overall a very nice perfume from Avon and one of my favourites from them along with Little black dress.

This is pure joy and fun in a bottle - such is the opening. Fresh but sweet, it recalls laughter and sunshine. It is very uplifting emotionally. Now that joy only is there for the first 5 minutes really then it dries down into a more "nothing special" kind of smell. But I`m considering to buy a bottle only for that opening, a real shot of anti-depressant drug;).

I love this one. It's giving fresh out of the shower, getting ready for a beach party and a long night. For the money, I didn't expect it to be this good, the longevity is not long, but it's fine. I carry it with myself for reapplying during the day. I recommend it to all my friends, it's just making my heart warm. That's a hug in a bottle for me. 10/10

This was on my wishlist and I'm endlessly happy to finally have it. I didn't realize it at first, but now I'm sure that 'Luck' strongly resembles 'So fever' by Oriflame. Both perfumes I love and find sweet and attractive. Not enormously lasting, but satisfying. 'Luck' for the win <3

Love this fragrance. It's such a warm and comforting berry blast with a gorgeous dry down and excellent longevity. Perfect for work. Very girly. Definitely my favourite Avon fragrance! I layer it with the body lotion for an extra gorgeous finish. Oh and the bottle is so pretty!

My four year old nephew hugged me and with excitement said. "You smell like a marshmallow!" lol I loved it!! :) You will get compliments. One time I got "hmmm smells like warm caramel popcorn!". There's hint of lime. If you're in the mood for sweetness, give it a try.

Creo que puede ser atemporal y definitivamente tiene un parecido a Ari de Ariana Grande la diferencia que siento es que Ari tiene un toque polvoso y luck queda con ese aroma sutil de crema batida por el precio está perfecto

This DOES smell exactly like Dreams by Mariah Carey! The only difference is that Dreams projects better and last longer. Other than that, I love Luck just as much as I love Dreams!

It's a nice wearable scent, lovely bottle. Reminds me of the new Black Opium by YSL, they both showed up in the market at the same time and I don't think it's a coincidence :)

I really love this fragrance, it's a little bit sweet but fresh and lasts hours. All in all a great, original scent and smells way more expensive than it costs.

Deospray: A very pleasant and calming sandalwood scent. A bit sweet. ... I think it'd be better without that but I'm happy with it as it is :)

Very sweet scent, almost too sweet. Like it. Nice bottle.

I first smelled this as a sample and was pleasantly surprised, as I usually find all Avon scents smelling really similar and boring. I immediately liked this one, though, so I bought a full bottle in a gift set. First of all, I love the bottle. It looks very pretty on my dressing table and it could also make a great gift. As to the scent, the opening is sweet, uplifting citrus and red berries. Quite soon it becomes really creamy and I can definitely notice the sandalwood and a little bit of floral notes. This perfume reminds me of happy, carefree days in the sun. It suits the cold weather well, but I could also see myself wearing it in the spring and autumn. The sillage is quite decent at the beginning and in the drydown the scent stays a bit closer to the skin. Longevitity is fine for the price, and it is a good idea to pair the scent with the lotion and body spray. This will probably become my easy going, pick-me-up everyday scent.

On the fence about this one. I clicked like it but the truth is, I am not too sure how well I like it. I can't pick out any one smell in the mix. In fact it is such a light perfume, I can hardly smell it at all. I like wearing a new fragrance to bed at night so I can see what the after smell smells like the next morning. That to me is always a great sign of how well a perfume is designed. This fragrance lingers on my clothes and leaves that weird twist that makes me want to sneeze. I am not so sure I can tell Avon I like this perfume. The bottle is kind of pretty, nothing special IMO. I got this on a pre-order with the Man's version of it and the man's version smells really good to me but my husband does not like it. Go figure. So all in all, if you like a very mild scent that really is not so impressive but lingers on your clothes with a bit of a sneeze factor, this one is for you.

Sweet and sour light scent, where sour notes of berries prevail over all other notes. I can smell even the accords of champagne, although it is not listed here. Sour accords are produced by red berries. Longevity and sillage is moderate on my skin and even clothes. But this fragrance is beautiful and I want to feel it longer. I had it some years ago, and now I decided to repeat it again. I bought a bottle of 50 ml and I'm happy again like many years ago. By the way, the bottle is gorgeous! But be careful not to tear off the bow on the cover, as I did. It's made separately from the cover and reminds me of Miss Dior bows. This fragrance is long-liver among other Avon fragrances due to high demand. And I will buy some more bottles for future.

This really is a great perfume but whether you like it or not it has that DNA that is in most Avon perfumes. Sometimes there’s so much of that do you know that it gives me a really bad headache and in this case this perfume can give me a headache on a bad day but somehow I still love it. It smells a bit mature and a little bit dated but it still smells great to me. However, I do have to say I did wear it at night once and I have learned my lesson the hard way. I will never spray this perfume at night about to go to bed because I will Be smelling it the whole night which will eventually lead to a headache in the morning which really sucks. But overall I still love this perfume!

Surprise !!! I got from my mother and very liked. The smell of elegant, light and interesting to develop. Fairly "light" as per my standards, but I can not say that this is a fragrance for teens, but rather a thoughtful and elegant for a young woman. The bottle is beautiful, the bow, I notice a slight inspiration Miss Dior Cherie bottle vigorously (but only in terms of the bottle) Persistence is good. Price too attractive, but it is known that Avon and not a luxury brand. This is not my signature scent, but rather the next few months, at least once, twice a week I use it, it is beautiful. I do not know whether buy again, because probably seduced into something else.

This is such a lovely, sweet fragrance. It's starts with a fresh, slightly bitter feeling of bergamot and mandarin orange that quickly transforms into a milky sweet blend of cereus, berries and sandalwood. I really love how soft, comforting and pleasant this fragrance is. There is an air of innocence and happiness about it. I think it will be a great scent to wear at home while you cuddle with your loved ones in front of the TV or while you do some errands downtown. ''Luck'' wears more like a skin scent on me, but I think this just makes it more intimate and sweet. The longevity is also pretty good for the price - around 5-6h.

I really like this scent! Very soft, warm and feminine. Inoffensive. Perfect for someone like me who can't stand very sharp and crisp scents. I get what the reviewer who mentioned marshmallows means! I swear I get a bit of vanilla as well. It's sweet in the most charming way, not childish or teenage in any way (I'm in my late twenties). It's light and not sickly at all. My husband loves this on me, too. To me this is a winter or autumn scent. It's so warm and cozy I even wore it on Christmas Day. My only complaint is that it's not very long lasting and sits close to the skin.

I buyed it because I used to have a sample a while ago and loved the sweetness of it, like a vanilla ice cream by Ben & Jerry plus the bottle is AWESOMNESS pur, I m not used to from Avon, but Im dissapoited now, its too strong, too harsh, too chemical and makes me sick. Im giving it away to my mom I can smell only the sweet but not natural Cereus, very odd on the plus side: this really lasts and you can use MAXIMAL one spritz to make it strong enough, otherwise ist overpowering and nauseauting (it happens hardly to me with any other scent)

I disliked this when I tried it previously, but I'm learning to wait before judging a fragrance, and it's worth it here. The opening's a bit too candy-sweet for my taste, but the middle & base, oh my! The red berries soften, and the white flowers and cereus start a lovely floral dance. Then sandalwood, already watching from the wings, joins in and really takes centre stage. There's a lovely "sauna sweet wood" quality at the end that I adore, the sandalwood smelling crisp and bracing. Very strong like, that may develop into a love!

I've had a bottle of this for years and haven't worn it in a very long time. Decided to revisit it today and, I'm not sure if the notes went bad or what but it smells just like toasted paska! (If you're unfamiliar, Paska, is an Eastern European bread usually containing anise and raisins. It's sold around Easter time at bakeries and Catholic churches). I do not recall it smelling like this and there are no black licorice or anise notes so I'm a little perplexed. Interested to see if anyone else experienced this?

The smell is honestly a bit mature for me as a 21-year-old. It has a heavy ambery vanilla scent, despite not actually containing those notes—which is honestly pretty interesting. To me, this scent would suit a 40-year-old woman who works in an office. It gives off serious business vibes—think pencil skirt and chunky highlights. I still like the perfume, but I only wear it on dates, since the scent is also slightly romantic. But this wouldn't be for a playful date—like I said, SERIOUS vibes only.

Another perfume my parents got me for Christmas (yay!). This is such an upbeat perfume, makes me feel confident. Not sure if there is something this contains which is uplifting, or if it's a gimmick and I've tricked myself into thinking I'll have more luck when I wear it during times I want more confidence and luck because of the name. Similar to Miss Dior, but sweeter and fruitier. Good perfume for the price and lasts a decent amount of time on your skin.

I wanted to try at least one scent by Avon and I chose this one. It's a nice scent, I sense it as sweet, woody and a bit spicy. There's definitely a sandalwood note and sweet fruity notes. Not the most original one, but good enough for an everyday scent. It lasts quite well. It is suitable for darker and colder autumn weather. This scent doesn't amaze me, but it's a good scent to wear right now. It would also be a very nice shower gel scent.

This is a really nice cheapy to have in the collection, sweet fruity floral to my nose. I find longevity lasts on my skin, around 3 to 4 hours , it’s not the strongest, but it’s certainly not the weakest fragrance I’ve had. I find myself wearing this to the gym a lot of the time ( perfect for the gym) or when I’m running errands Can Pull a little bit soapy but it’s still nice

Hm, first sniff on my skin is like green apple, after 10 minutes turns into sugary-watery sweet-vanilia smell, there's no vanilla but I can feel it:) Reminds me of a little bit Aquolina Pink sugar in watered mode. Lasts about 4 hours with minimal projection, I don't understand Avon why makes a lot of weak and new scents, very boring...

I get strawberries from this. Like how under ripe ones taste, tart. Sweet/tart yet fresh and clean. It's pleasant enough . Not a standout, which can be good for work and things like that. Will keep in the rotation but not repurchase because this is far from a classic staple.

It's a little too sweet, the bottle is beautiful and it can be purchased on ebay for reasonable prices. I had hoped for something a little richer and wintry. The fragrance lasts fairly long, it is not unpleasant, but just too sweet.

I really love this one! It's incredible, but it's similar to Fendi's Fantasia on my skin: sweet and fruity, with an oriental base and a strong sandalwood note! I've just ordered the body lotion and spray too!

Cheapie but a goodie. Bottle is cute, the juice inside is sweet, almost gourmand, moderate silage. For what it's worth is a great one. I can smell the fruits and not much else, but that is good enough for me.

I love Luck, it is soft, floral with white flowers and berries, sweet but not so much, but, on me, it has low to moderate longevity of about 4 hours but a really princess-y delicious aroma.

Maybe I'm weird, but this perfume kinda smells like watermelon bubblegum to me. Maybe it's just red berries and white flowers, but it's a sweet and very pleasant scent.
