that pepper note i love so much.. sadly it lasts only couple of minutes in the opening.. its like sharp, sparkling.. if only it lasted longer. as usual overal scent is average.. and lasting power is a joke..

The scent is somewhat in the spirit of Dior Sauvage EDT, in a greener and, of course, much weaker version. I'm not a fan of all Sauvage-style aromas, so this Real Avon seemed rather uninteresting to me, although there is undoubtedly some potential, but it's botched. In the opening we have a hit of pepper that fights with bergamot and clary sage for the upper hand. None of these notes give up and that's why the beginning is quite sharp. After a while, the scent softens, calms down, lavender and geranium appear, and then moss with a green patch of patchouli comes into play. The composition is masculine and would be quite good if this famous Avon note could be avoided. Unfortunately, after an hour or so we are left with a cheap, shallow, bland and slightly scratchy base, well known from most Avon perfumes. The second complaint is poor parameters. The green, quite expressive character of what we get in the first 30 minutes begs for more power. Projection is very mild from the beginning and noticeable for maybe fifteen minutes. Longevity is about 3 hours, but after an hour we are left with a faint trace of the scent. There are better options in this series. 4/10
