Cherish

Everytime I smell this, I smell Ari by Ariana Grande! Only three notes are identical but at first spray the raspberry jasmine sambac are from Ari and the bergamot note is a hint of Sweet Like Candy. I can’t pick out the the pepper note for some reason! EDIT : The jasmine and bergamot note is in Sweet Like Candy. The raspberry note is in Ari. This smells like another flanker in the perfume line!

The cherry blossom opening on this is gorgeous. Good sillage initially. It stays close to the skin on drydown though. Not massive staying power sadly. The drydown vaguely reminds me of a very soft version of Thierry Mugler Womanity. It turns aquatic on the drydown on my skin. Yummy still!

I hope this come to Portugal! Will make me super happy! *o*

I have this one in my collection for many years. What firstly attracted me to this is that cherry blossom, because I bough it having in mind that image with sakuras in bloom from the anime, and people resting under the trees and watch the fleeting petals. And this fragrance did not disappoint my expectations, because it truly smells like white cherry blossoms (this is all I can pick up in this, along with a little peppery note, mild jasmine, and woodsy accords), but just like the cherry blossoms this fades away too soon, and strangely, it doesn't bother me at all. Just like it's title, I cherish it while it lasts (4 hours at most on my skin, quite bold in the first 5-10 minutes, then it tones down in less that an hour, becoming more like a skin scent). It's a nice and familiar fragrance, to me, this reminds me of a spring day, when trees bloom.

I decided to purchase it from curiosity. Many times I was passing through the pages of the catalogue and after few sniffings, i wondered....is it worthy? so i saw it in 30ml bottle one day, and i said "now's the time". My first impression from the page was of something sweet and fruity. But when I unpacked it, it was more on the flowers' side. The cherry blossom is very intensive, also there is a particular sweetness which i enjoy. It's a total spring masterpiece, don't think it will work for me during the winter. But i dislike waiting, so probably it will be finished by the spring :D
