Far Away Beyond Intense

This one is fantastic! 🥰 So I recently ordered some new Avon scents, and in my order my Avon Lady gave me a number of little samples. One sniff of this and I was sold! So I spent a good 6 hours wearing the sample (and I'll update this after I get a full bottle). Upon application I got an immediate rush of florals, nice, lush, yellow-y florals. Not indolic, medium sweetness, very nice, and pleasantly, not overpoweringly strong. A bit thick for day wear, but not the strongest scent I have. She'll definitely be great in the coming cooler weather. After drydown I realized something, it's VERY similar in drydown to Hypnotic Poison. I whipped out my small bottle and played sniffy test for a few minutes. Yeah, they're very similar. Not identical, it's not a dupe, but a very good sister scent. FABI is a bit more vanilla heavy, the tonka bean really elevates the warm vanilla, and the sandalwood is mixed with a gentle cedar, rather than rosewood. I think it's closer to the HP Eau du Parfum mix, but without a licorice opening (which is preferable to me!) So, in the end, Far Away Beyond Intense lasted a solid 6 hours, 8 if I sniffed hard enough, so it lives up to the "intense" in its name. Overall extremely pleasantly surprised. She's a fantastic, rich, woody jasmine perfume! It passed the hubby smell test, which is always a bonus! 😘👍

Very beautiful layers. The almond is heavenly in this. A myriad of fragrances that list an almond note land with a cringing thud. This is NOT one of those varieties. Also the amber warmth is so subtle and pleasant that I don't mind it at all. Nor do I dwell on it, before the subtlety, clean jasmine reveals itself....yes, it's a clean jasmine. Not at all gritty or dirty. This fragrance seems to adore high humidity and the warmth of a hot sticky summer. The longevity is so impressive. Truly underrated. The bottle is captivating as well. So glad Avon creates unique, captivating fragrance options that are delivered both physically and emotionally to everyone. Thank you.

I bought a pack of 2mL samples and OMG. I saw that people liken this to La Belle Le Parfum so I really wanted to try it but holy wow I will be buying a full bottle as soon as I’m out of time out for buying way too many perfumes! The almond note is so delicious and the floral blends perfectly with it. It’s truly a hidden gem. I’m gonna have to make these samples last! And I’m definitely gonna have to try JPG La Belle & Le Parfum next!

This is beautiful! Love at first spray! Of course, I discovered it after it was discontinued. It’s rich with almond and amber. The floral notes, musk, tonka and vanilla are perfection. I can’t smell the patchouli at all (which is great news). The woods and citrus notes are not overwhelming. It’s warm, cozy, sophisticated, well-blended and lasts for several hours. I’m buying a backup bottle and a body butter from eBay.

One of the best Avon perfumes EVER, and I've had some Avon classics. So of course, they discontinued it. I's gone gone gone baby gone without a trace left. Thanks again Avon. Can we at least have the un-intense version of this. So many incredible Avon fragrances and various flankers out there but North America gets next to nothing these days. SAD.

Omg this is absolutely beautiful, bought 2 back up bottles and 2 body butters it's that good ! The almond is super intense , as well as it's a super tonka bomb so comes off as a sexy cherry scent ! Wow wow 👌 under rated

This is the softest wild ride I have ever taken. It's bizarre. This honey amber jasmine elixir is the perfect perfume for Maleficent's little sister. It's giving me young goth trying to hold onto their innocence.

This is a nice, clean, "safe" perfume that manages to be interesting! Starts off kinda soapy and then morphs into vanilla loveliness.

Well, I couldn't resist this one after reading these reviews! Grabbed a remaining bottle on Ebay...Gotta love Avon's amazing prices, too, LOL! I love finding those fragrances that are few and far between- cheap but amazing!!!! I found that I liked Avon's original Far Away Beyond, but something about that one was cloying to my nose. Now as for Far Away Beyond INTENSE- WOW!! It is intense. Floral and feminine for sure!! I would say that this one is a "1 spray, under clothing" perfume for me. It is PRETTY. And it's LOUD. I am still assessing FABI, but overall, it is very beautiful and softens into a nice, aura type, shampoo-y scent to my nose. It never morphs into anything cheap, "off" or chemical-y, which is SO appreciated. Its longevity is great too, 7-8 hours and I can still smell it on my skin! My initial thoughts are that this is more of a floral fragrance versus a vanilla fragrance, but the notes indicate that as well. I'm excited to see how FABI wears in summer and winter weather. It's definitely worth trying and having in a collection IMO!

Any update on when they plan to actually release this? I can't find anyone selling it anywhere
