Far Away Beyond The Moon

Wow! I'm so positively surprised! It's totally my scent! I was afraid that it would be again one of those toffee scent, but no! It is very fresh and powdery, reminds me of Avon mesmerize black, but this one is more fresh, almost juicy and after some time you can really smell those sour cherries, no vanilla there, maybe it will come out later. I can feel the sandal wood, and something I cannot name - it's probably this something flower. I'm really glad I got it;) the ad is made very well, so I couldn't resist;) this perfume is good for any occasion, any time, any age;) woody, powdery and fresh! highly recommended;) Edit: after some hours it gets very deep, but still fresh, I cannot get this vanilla, maybe better, cause I don't like vanilla;) I got something like aloes. It goes sharp but smooth, avonish style like;) I think that's some mesmerize series continuation. Edit 2: yes, floral accents are there;) still powdery and fresh, sandal wood - nice;) it has the original faraway scent, but not so sweet, rather sharp. I am so curious how will it end tomorrow;) this is going to be one of my favorites now;) Edit 3: some musk and balsamic notes are there;) finally some vanilla, but not strong. time to sleep, I'll make another report in the morning;) Edit 4: ok, so here's my day after report, still noticable smell, powdery, those cheries are still somwhere around sometimes. Great longevity and sillage! I must go and get some shower, so this test is finished 😜 as for the perfume that's a must try one;) I will wear it a lot. thanks for reading;)

It's really good for the price and I got so many compliments wearing it. It smells so expensive, I'd never have guessed it's the Avon perfume. It's not a simple, one-dimensional fragrance like you'd expect a cheap perfume to perform. It opens with a gorgeous, ripe sweet cherry and gets this mysterious floral note after a while, finally getting to the woody, creamy vanilla drydown. I can't recognize the characteristic chemical note that's present in the vast majority of Far Away flankers, just some similarities with the standard Far Away Beyond - it's also quite woody and dark, but lacks the masculine note the brown-bottled Beyond had. It also outperforms most of its FA cousins in terms of longevity, easily lasts an entire day, but for the price I have no problem reapplying during the day. Also it's a great blind buy for deep cherry fragrances lovers.

Wow I have a travel size and wore it already five times. Addictive perfume and way beyond rest of the Avon line (hence the name 😅). Sure will order the full bottle. It has a strong fruity opening that leans more plum to me, followed by the white flower heart that is for me the most dominant note. Sandal and vanilla are a beautiful base, but this to the end remains a strong, complex floral. Reminds me of Dior Addict, Paradiso Assoluto...worth a try, for the price you get way beyond a basic perfume 😉

i got maybe 50 fragnances. none of them compares to this one. idk what y'all say this is such a gorgeous fragnance. it feels kinda spicy but still fruity. sexy but elegant also i sprayed this on one of my cardigans i didnt wash it i smelled the cardigan 1 month later it was still smelling soo good. honestly i tried a lot of designer parfumes libre, good girl,paradox, black opium, alien, hypnotic poison and 40 more but this fragnance has got a special place in my heart.

Um perfume que tem uma saída de frutas vermelhas e esse cheiro prevalece no perfume, tem uma baunilha gostosinha. É um perfume doce e bem agradável para o dia a dia. Não acho um perfume sexy, mas não é bobinho, infantil como alguns da linha Egeo da Oboticário. Ele fixa ok e projeta ok. As vezes dá pra comprar por 50 euros no site da Avon e na Europa pode encontrar de 10 até 15 euros. Pra o dia a dia vale super a pena.

Me encantó es misterioso y muy seductor. Percibo una cereza muy fresca, e incluso ese día tenía un frasco de cerezas y así se sentía ligeramente acidito y dulce, no alicorada, al paso de 2 horas llega el sándalo que es muy agradable, su duración en mi piel fue de 8 horas y en ropa fue hasta el día siguiente, me encantó, recibí cumplidos, creo que lo tendré siempre en mi tocador espero no lo descontinúe pronto

Amazing quality fragrance. Lasted for hours and hours on me with good projection, mixed well with my body chemistry. Smells like peppery Vanilla on me which I adore, I get more Vanilla than cherry notes, slightly floral but absolutely gorgeous all the same. A very Avon fragrance, same DNA but luxurious quality. Love love love. Ps I'm a guy and this works amazing

It is the richest gourmand flanker of the Far Away family. The cherry note is soft as a cream. I have not tried any perfume with a lady of the night flower note before, however, it makes the composition soft and floral. Vanilla and sandal are in a perfect combination with each level. During the cold weather, it will be your no. 1 preference. Good job Avon!

Pleasantly surprised how good this perfume is, considering the price point. This is very creamy, just the right amount of sweet, and very warm and cozy. Sillage is good (people don't have to hug you to smell this), and longevity is about 6 hours on skin and definitely longer on clothes. This is a well-made perfume in general. A love for me.

Wow!! I must have the right body chemistry because this has such a beautiful scent♥️. I get a sexy cosy warm scent. I believe body chemistry has a lot to do with how this flares and settles. It’s comforting and wearable. Very different from what is selling. It will be good for warm summer days and warm nights by the fireplace.

This became one of my favorite Avon fragrances. It is sweet but at the same time fresh, on skin immediately settles into a sweet vanilla smell but opens with a more fresh and fruity smell. It does not smell much like the other Far Away fragrances.

It starts off as a sweet but fresh cherry with a mix of white flowers, but it dries down to a spicy and peppery woody smell. I got a tester before I bought the full size and a few sprays lingered a good 5-6 hours!

It's a really nice boozy vanilla fragrance that starts with loads of cherry. It lasts on me for a good 7 hours and the projection is great for the first 2-3 hours. I think it's a great value for money.

This fragrance is similiar to perfum Definition from Christina. It's magically, sophisticated and beautiful warm scent.

After some days - can you also feel this green tea scent?

The cherry is on the sharper side, so Beyond The Moon starts with a fresher zap of energy, in contrast to the majority of the other Far Away flankers. There is also a gentle undertone of pear with the cherry to provide a teensy drop of sweetness, so we get a instant nod to Far Away Beyond which has a strong presence of pear. I also get something vaguely plum-like in the background of the two more distinctive fruits, which I'm not sure is plum or maybe currant or berry? I'm not overly familiar with belle de nuit but I recognise the distinct accord [which I describe as sugared-magnolia-infused-with-vanilla], from the few other fragrances I have owned which contain this floral note. There is accompanying orange blossom, rose and jasmine behind the stronger belle de nuit note, so we do get the expected floral blend that is the traditional nod to the original Far Away within the flankers. There are hints of patchouli & cedar notes in the base, intertwined with the traditional sandalwood & vanilla mix. A darker balsamic & spicy effect, clashing with the cocooning warmth, for a final energising zap to the fragrance. This ia a richer parfum concentration [Beyond is the first one] for a more intense & longer-lasting scent that wears all day, no top ups needed. I wore a sweater a few days after I'd last worn Beyond The Moon and would still get the occasional wafts of cherry and vanilla. I've been looking for a more affordable 'dark and moody' cherry based fragrance for everyday use for a while and Beyond The Moon is smoothing my impulse to reach for [Kayali] LOVEFEST every other day. I'm not saying that the two fragrances are overly similar or anything like that, however there are some characterisics here that are a bit reminiscent; the not too sweet fruits, a few of the florals are the same and the patchouli to toughen the blend up is a bit familiar. Could be classed as suitable for every season, but the heady florals appeal to me more the autumn & winter months. I very highly recommend people try out Beyond The Moon; it's a beautiful fragrance and the quality is unbelievable considering the affordable price-point. I'm not sure if I prefer this or the original Beyond - if I had to pick one I'd go for this, but it's a very close call. Avon have hit it out of the park with this.

Guys come on be SERIOUS 🤣 Dior Addict??? No resemblance whatsoever, not even slightly. Fragrantica is supposed to guide people, or give at least some kind of clue as to what a fragrance comes across as. I get that scent is subjective, but this is so far removed from anything even remotely Addict like that it leads me to think people have just voted without smelling it, solely based on it having a blue bottle, and the fact that this has a blooming night flower in the notes...I have one on each arm and Dior Addict, even the recent formulation blows this out of the stratosphere...Dior is a very dry, acrid white floral and bourbon vanilla so don’t get this hoping it’s along the lines of Addict it’s not...This has a ‘sour cherry’ in the opening that pulls a bit blueberry-ish, or plummy, slightly reminiscent of Midnight Fantasy, it dries down to a non-offensive white floral with vanilla and soft wood. The vanilla is quite nice and sweet. Performance seems just ok/moderate, but I’ve only just received it today so will give it time to macerate before judging too harshly, all my other Far Away’s have fantastic longevity and projection. This doesn’t smell as refined as Royale, Splendoria, Beyond, or even the original Far Away - but this may change with time as these Far Away flankers seem to develop into something better with a few weeks/months sitting in my cabinet. Not really any character or strong identity to this at the moment, it’s a perfectly acceptable fruity vanilla for around the £12-15 mark but I can’t see myself reaching for this that often. I’ll come back and give it a go in a couple of months and see how I like it then...

Finally not a medicinal cherry fragrance! I blind bought this after seeing all the positive reviews and while I find it nice, I like the other Far away fragrances just a bit more. This one somehow reminds me of what I was expecting from Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy. You can definitely smell the cherry, but in a smooth way and it stays there in the drydown as well which none of my cherry fragrances (not even niche ones) managed to do. I would consider this a more mature scent though. There is something a bit heavy about it towards the drydown. Longevity on skin is about 3-4 hours which is not bad. I am glad I got this in the set with the body lotion for less than 10 EUR. It is absolutely worth the price if you like fruity scents and you are looking for something that is a great wear for the colder weather.

This is a review for Far Away Shine which isn't in the database yet. It is in a dark yellow bottle. As taken from the Avon site: Top note: Powerful Pink Pepper...For a crisp and spicy freshness. Middle note: Elegant Ispahan Rose...Adds a rich floral depth. Base note: Luminous Golden Musk...A warm and delicate accord. To me this smells similar to Michael Buble By Invitation, Avon Maxima or Avon Luck . The top notes are wonderful but the dry down is that same peppery masculine edge that I didn't like in Maxima or Luck. It is a warm yellow combo of fruity and floral until the pink pepper kicks in. The colour of the bottle is suitable for the scent.
