Little Lace Dress

I agree with MoonGirl, it's a warm scent. I also find the initial spray a little unisex. On me it settles to a soft warmth. I much prefer it to the original. My favourite of the collection so far. On me though I get no patch whatsoever.

Smells pretty nice after you let it settle down for a few minutes. Don't judge the scent until you've had it on for at least 10 minutes otherwise it'll just smell synthetic. It's not a very daring scent. Quite subtle and delicate. Better to be worn at night. Quite appropriate too as it's not offensive in any way possible. Longevity is like most Avon fragrances not too long but you will get a few hours of it though. Sillage Is moderate/weak Overall A decent scent which itself doesn't make quite a huge statement, pretty generic. You really can't go wrong with this fragrance wearing it later on in the day.

the beginning is just blaaaaaaah! just as Saully mentioned , " Don't judge the scent until you've had it on for at least 10 minutes otherwise it'll just smell synthetic" . In the beginning it smells synthetic citrus - patchouli , i was absolutely shocked . But after 15 minutes the middle notes start to show up and blend beautifully revealing another facet of this perfume : a sexy scent, closer to the original Little Black Dress but with a heavier patchouli twist. So, if you re a fan of patchouli, this is for you .

Little black dress Lace, for some reason, comes off as a bright sparkly orange to me. Fizzy. Little Black Dress Weekend was also oranges, but more sombre and mellow/smooth. Those two smell like flankers for one another. Little lace dress eau fraiche I see no resemblance to the others- it's green and watery. My take is Little Lace is festive and cheery for a pick me up, LBD Weekend is evening or zen, opposites.

I love this perfume. Soft and elegant perfume for evening use. I have never had Little black dress perfume but this new spin off-LLD is truly a success, no doubt. At first LLD gives you a burst of fresh citruses and then it changes into warm and soft patchouli & jasmine combo that lasts on your skin for hours. Well, on me anyway. A grown-up scent, thats for sure. Resemblance to Coco mademoiselle.

It has been seen before. A very perfumery perfume. Like the fume lingering around a fragrance shop. Very similar to La Vie Est belle drydown and some resemblance to Coco Mademoiselle.

Has a definite family resemblance to LBD. This is for ladies not girls. Deep, mysterious, warm and somewhat unisex, I detect sage in this.

Smells fruity and nice. Not too sweet. Good scent but i don't think it's dupe for chanel. Smells different and nicer to me.

Very nice floral scent. Ladylike, with no sharp edges, truly charming. Good quality for the price for sure.

I dislike the usual LBD. When I saw this in the catalog -a new release here- I immediately requested a tester and it rather felt like similar to La Vie est Belle or VR Flowerbomb. It was sweet an delicious, heavy on the patchouli and berries part. So I ordered. When my bottle came and I gave it a full test drive, I was rather disappointed. Little Lace Dress is similar to her sister the bigger LBD. Orange and sandalwood in this scent is big on me, so much so that it leans to the masculine side of the spectrum. Patchouli - giving it a dirty edge - and musk is detectable. This smells like a booze, and it's a fragrance very young at heart. It isn't exactly so girly like a celeb scent, but it isn't quite my definition of lady-like either.

LLD is one of those nowadays extremely popular sweet sour juices. Not very unique, in the same family as Coco Mademoiselle, Miss Dior, Avon Dreams and so on. It’s not as elegant as LBD. However, it’s a nice fragrance that smells youthful, feminine, sexy and cheerful. Mostly for teens and very young women. Best suited for spring/summer night parties. The bottle itself might look cheap for most people, but I’m ok with it since I’m a fan of lace. Well, longevity is... Avon longevity. @jovejove, you are definately misinformed. Kate Spade bottles came out years after LBD. Moreover, I think only the caps are similar.

The scent itself is nice, totally agree with the similarities with coco m. and the others, however the longevity is worse and the drydown is not giving deeper look in the perfume, I have a sample and wouldnt purchase a whole bottle

@jovejove, with that reasoning, Guerlain ripped off Avon since LPR line is about a decade younger than Avon's Little Dress line. So there's that.

Very nice but it smells like the original black dress and has nothing to do with mademoiselle.

Guerlain name, Kate Spade bottle...help me out with the scent lol
